Negative experience: Terrible service, overpriced used items when the new is like 5 or 10 more, why would anyone want the used then? And they don't give you bags, I don't have a car and took the bus here so now I have to carry multiple items that people can see what I have on the bus. Horrible experience

Fantastic experience: I feel like customer service here is always good. I've gotten back into the hobby of sports card collecting and they usually have a decent selection. Humble brag - I bought a single 2025 donruss blaster, and a single 2025 Phoenix blaster, and BOTH boxes had case hits! Negative experience: The fact you're raising prices on tcg cards above MSRP is ridiculous and also illegal. Power to the people, more like consumer unfriendly. And don't get me started on trade in values. Hey this game just came out yesterday ill give you 10$ for it. Use to love gamestop now im just going to go elsewhere from now on.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, the customer service aspect has plummeted. Unwilling to go beyond to make more money, and when I try to return other items all of a sudden the return period goes from 30 days to 14. I don't blame the individuals as much as the company that is being driven into the ground.

Negative experience: Everyone was very uneducated in there and didn't know much about their products and when I made a mistake and bought the wrong gift card there was no way they would return it even when it was literally minutes after I purchase it

Negative experience: Pre ordered the premium edition of Doom Dark Ages, went to pick it up early access release, get told I pre ordered the DLC code not the game itself and the best I could get was a refund. Nothing on any receipt shows I pre ordered a DLC code. Will shop elsewhere from now on

Negative experience: Horrendous experience. Called ahead to see if they had a game available to play while my wife is sick and the guy said excitedly "Yes we one!" I ask if if it was used or new and he then confirmed it was new. Made sure he can hold it for me while I drive over which would be 15-20 minutes of course I got a yes. Get there they guy says with his phone in his hand "oh I tried to call you back to tell you it was bought by this girl last week (pointing at the girl cashier next to him)" Then why is it still there? no way. I respond shocked with "what? how rude?" and she said in the most disgusted tone " how is that rude?" Can't say I want to ever shop at Gamestop again, long time customer. Waste of time and energy.

Negative experience: I tried calling repeatedly but only heard a recording telling me to call back after several rings. I then called Walmart, they pleasantly answered after the second ring and had the gaming gift card I was looking for. Sorry GameStop, I won't be trying this store again.

Negative experience: Glad I could find a switch for Christmas, but after playing it for a couple weeks I can’t get over the fact that the right joy con just slides off and seems to be having input issues. Called and asked for a replacement but the whole console has to be replaced according to the store if they will even help me at all. Even with the receipt. Very poor customer service making a customer deal with a problem that should have been noticed by the store beforehand.

Negative experience: Was told by an employee at around noon while buying a controller that collectors editions of Zelda TotK would be available first come first serve at 3pm. Went back at 2:45 to be told by the next employee that they weren't doing that and it was pre-order only. Looked online hours later to see many folks on Twitter talking about their first come first serve collectors editions from gamestop. If the employees were properly trained or even just communicated, I would not have wasted time driving back to a store hours later to be lied to and leave with nothing. Will no longer be trusting gamestop for any big launches going forward.

Negative experience: I bought a new game that said it was 1-2 players on the back of the package with the intention of playing with a partner. It definitely was not a 2 player. I attempted to return the game the next day with the receipt. They refused to accept it or give me store credit at the value i paid. Instead they offered $35 for a trade in value when i paid $60. I left. The employees followed policy. However, to keep customers wanting to do business with you, exceptions could be made within specific circumstances.

Negative experience: The manager at this location doesnt know how to interact with disgruntled customers without getting rude. Gamestop's website was out of stock on a product and the employee wouldnt match the value of the website even though the website is stocked through all the locations? Thats fine, but one of the "managers" at this shadle location wouldnt explain things to me without acting as if I'm suppose to know? Poor marketing for the website, poor training for "managers", poor customer service especially if the manager is taking things personally when I'm frustrated that gamestop isnt being consistent with their sales. I understand if they cant match website prices, but the manager needs to learn some customer service skills with disgruntled guests instead of just acting "matter of factly".

Positive experience: Staff are nice and there is a big selection of reasonably priced games. I had to drop 2 stars. I was in today and there was a manager there that was a real tool. He was making derogatory remarks about a previous customer. I stood at the counter for a good 30-40 seconds listening to him say rude things. He never acknowledged me. After he was done talking he barked at his female employee to help me. She was very kind and even apologetic of his behavior. That’s unacceptable behavior from what I am assuming is a shift manager.

Negative experience: Just went here against my better judgement looking for Minecraft on the PS3 as a little gift for a friend. Found the case wait in line to pay and when I get to the register they tell me this item isn't in stock and " someone" must have put it out by accident. That someone is you and your inept staff. I won't be back.

Positive experience: You pretty much know what to expect when you go to a GameStop, and in terms of inventory, this location really isn't any different than any other. I felt staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying 5 used games with a 4 for $20 promo thinking I would need to do two separate transactions. Staff advised their system no longer requires such purchases to be made in two separate transactions.
