Experiencia fantástica: Dropped off my PS5 and my controller for overheating and stick drift, they got it done in less than 24hrs!! The hall effect joysticks that were added to my controller has made me more accurate and they even gave me a free PlayStation stand to make sure it doesn't get ruined again, these people are amazing and were very good at explaining the issues and what I needed to do to prevent future issues. Very affordable as well, gonna bring my PSP here to get it fixed next! 5/5 service wont go anywhere else now!

Experiencia positiva: I had an issue with my ps5 where the fan wouldn’t spin anymore, described to me as a “south breach” repair. I heard about console fix online and thought i would give them a shot. I brought my ps5 in on January 8th 2026 and the repair was 215$, i paid the same day. I recieved my console back on February 19 2026. It does completely work and they took care of the issue. There was a few different reasons why i got my order delayed and that is my only slight complaint about console fix. From my experience they can be a little lack luster when it comes to communication. I thought possibly something nefarious was going on around week 4 or 5 with very little updates about my console but fortunately it was just delayed. So all things considered I have to give them a total of 3 stars. They will fix your stuff and you can confidently take your devices there without being worried they will do something nefarious. Just expect to wait a little while maybe.

Experiencia negativa: Update below!!! In spite of the other good reviews, I'm going to have to NOT recommend this place for ps5 controller repair. Something felt off from the beginning. There was an awkward tension about the details and i should have known right there but i thought i might give them a chance. They do explain what they are doing but I feel like it's not worth it. For 20 bucks more, you can just buy a brand new controller. The fix they do has faults and it's kind of like trading one bad thing for another. I honestly thought they were just going to open it and clean it but they replace the springs. I've never worked with these ps5 controllers but most electronics are the same and just get a black film on the relays and they just need cleaned. They claim this magnet replacement is better than the original but it's not. Trust me. Just buy a brand new controller. Sell the old one for the difference. Boom. Problem solved. Yikes.... owner tried to cap me but anyone can Google that the factory ps5 controllers HAVE SPRINGS. Yes, they REPLACE the springs but that's not what I said

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this place. I have a Nintendo switch lite with a dead screen. I could hear the background music but no screen. Chris was a great help. He let me know parts were on backorder and could take a few days. All good, I wasn’t in a rush. Two days later Chris called to let me know the switch was ready. It had some very bad corrosion. They cleaned everything up and good as new. I will be taking my consoles here for all service needs going forward.

Experiencia negativa: Try someplace else... This ain't it! I am utterly disappointed with the service and pricing. First, took my Xbox Elite 2 controller in to have the USB port repaired. No other issues,no stick drift ,no sticking buttons other issues at all. Just dropped w/USB plugged in. You have to get the $95 maintenance and upgrade fee on top of the cost of the repair. (But I'm like okay. At least I'll end up with an upgraded controller, hall effect sticks and what not.) $125 to repair a $160 controller. Dropped of on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready I a few days. Call on Friday morning and am told " The USB port was discovered to be broken and they would repair at no cost. It would just take another day." OKAY not Okay. So I stop by on Monday (6 days) I am told they completed the upgrade but then they rediscover the USB port was broken and they want to make sure they take care of me and fix it at no charge again after being charged originally for the problem that I brought it in to be repaired. At this point out of frustration and not so gently made him aware that the USB port was the original reason has documented on the slip that they have you sign when you bring your your item in to be repaired. And they were not doing me a service as I had already been charged for the repairs that I had been expecting to be completed. Called Wednesday, part not in and no ETA on completion I am a huge advocate for small businesses. Try another shop or spend the $35 extra for replacement, save yourself headache. Update: R3 hasn't worked properly since I picked it up.

Experiencia negativa: Go somewhere else, anywhere else. They broke my PS5. I took my PS5 in for an HDMI port repair, and I thought all was going to be well, but it didn't turn out that way in the end. I called and was happy with the quote on the phone, and everything seemed to be legit, so I went in. The repair took longer then expected, but as long as its fixed right, its not that big of a deal. Well, that's the problem, they fixed my PS5, or so I thought. I got it home, and it fired right up, got my 2K going, and after a little bit, the screen goes blank. I thought it must be an HDMI problem, maybe it is, but the lights are off. I tried turning it back on, and nothing. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it works again. Is it a fluke? Nope. 15 mins later, it turned itself back off again. It looks like they broke it. it wasn't doing that before. I called them, but of course they were closed for the day. I called around to other repair places, and one of them knew exactly what was wrong. He was like it turns off in 30 minutes doesn't it. Yep. Apparently this comes up a lot on PS5s that have been worked on. I just dropped it off. Well see if they can repair it right. Ill update this review when i get it back. UPDATE So I got my PS5 back from the other repair place a couple days ago, and its working great. I've had 2K running on it for hours and I have no problems now. I don't recommend Console fix at all.

Experiencia fantástica: My 3DS had many things wrong with it after 12 years of use and a few botched attempts to fix it, but it had enormous sentimental value, so I called around. No other place bothered with old handhelds (they always only served the Xbox, PS5, and Switch). I am forever grateful that they managed to restore this thing to basically new. Also, they do microsoldering, apparently. If you have a console problem, this is the place to get it done!

In addition they saw I had more damage so they decided to fix it and refurbish the entire console for FREE. Crazy stuff especially these days, will continue to repair my gaming stuff here and recommend it to anyone else fs.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped off a DSI XL that had a damaged charging port and would not power on. I tried to fix it but I just made it worse. Well Console fix took a look at it and said they could fix it. So I dropped it off and 3 weeks later ( due to ordered parts ) I had a working DSI XL. The techs at the shop know their stuff and have great customer service. So if in the future I have any other tech problems I will definitely be calling them to take care of it. After MONTHS of excuses, they finally said it was fixed. I clearly asked if it was working and I was told yes and everything was good to go. My wife goes to pick it up, and suddenly they admit to her it couldn’t be fixed. Total waste of time, completely unprofessional, and dishonest on top of it. Avoid.

Experiencia fantástica: Stopped by the shop earlier today because my physical copy of Pokémon Silver for the Game Boy Advance SP wouldn't save, and so I needed a new battery soldered into the Pokémon Silver game cartridge itself. The staff today at Console Fix did me a tremendous favor, as I thought I had a bad copy of Pokémon Silver, but they were really quick to solder the new battery on and clean my cartridge, which fixed my issue, and now my game runs and saves perfectly fine. The Pokémon games feel like antiques nowadays, and I'm real fond of all the games, especially since Pokémon Red was my first ever game, which is what started me on my journey as a gamer, so I'm glad they were able to resolve my issue so quickly. I would definitely recommend this place if you are searching for a place to fix your games at a reasonable price.

Experiencia negativa: Better go to another place Bad customer service and bad service. Okay, so I bring my fiancée switch for a charging port change, we got a flight in 3 days and the owner received the console itself and said that it would take less than 2 days, because it’s something pretty simple. 3 days pass, they don’t respond calls, make 5 calls in different times of the day, all of them at the voicemail, leave some voicemail, no responds. Almost 2 weeks later, I call them again and the owner responds the call, I asked him about what happened. They said that the console it’s not done yet. That they will give me an update the next day. 3 weeks later, still no updates. So after calling and waiting I get an update that they change it but the module of the charging port came defective (understandable) so they may send it back and change it (they didn’t). So I call them again the following week and the owner pick up the call and immediately said that just wait in the line, it’s gonna be less than 5 min. They made me wait almost 30 min. They said that they forgot that they pick up the phone. After almost a month and a half, I finally received the switch in my new place (since I was moving). And Immediately after I turn it on, the screen just freezes, the switch turn off and never turn on back, so I have to take it to another place where they change the module and the port back again. Now we have a working switch but the bad experience is unforgettable after paying and get this treatment. Please don’t waste your money and time

I definitely felt the difference in the joysticks immediately after he handed them to me over the counter. Customer service was great. They extended a military discount also gave me a bundle deal since I brought in the six controllers. The turnaround time was less than a day which is great so I can return to playing my Call of Duty. Definitely give these guys a call and get your controllers and consoles serviced here. I will update as needed along the way. Update: I played a few hours using one of thr new controllers and the difference is very noticeable!

Experiencia fantástica: Brought in controller initially to see if they could fix my stick drift and we ended up going with the Hall effect sensor install which is extremely fast same day. I appreciated the new sensors so much when another controller started having drift I brought that in as well. They did me a solid and looked at a trigger on another controller I had that was stuck. I don’t get a lot of work done so this is by far the only place I’m taking the little work I do have as it’s been nothing but a great experience!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service I dropped my console off in March and was met with nothing but excuses and false information. Anytime I’d call in to get some feedback I was told one thing then I’d call back and get told another excuse. They have no communication what so ever I had to constantly reach out to them to get an update and even then my console still was not repaired. I called in to get an update and instead of being reassured the work was being completed I was hung up on by there front desk guy and then the technician answered and proceeds to say if I had an issues to come and get my console and a refund dude to them having horrible customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I gave them my Ps Vita to fix and I thought it would have been beyond repair but they somehow did it! It took a while but it wasn’t their fault, and they talked me through why it would take a while so they were always fully responsive. They worked really hard and helped me get it through the deadline I needed it so I am really appreciative for them, I 100% recommend this place!
