Experiencia negativa: So you offer trades but your tv to test my switch is down, and due to “las Vegas pawn laws” you won’t give cash. So all of this inconvenience is my fault? I will be contacting corporate for this. The switching question was barely used and now I have to have to almost two hours on a bus to Henderson just to trade in my console that is advertise that you take trades. Julie was wonderful and Anthony not so much.

Experiencia negativa: Tried to return a desk mat new in the box with the receipt. I'm a pro member of 15 years and was denied the return. Where the box hung on the rack, it showed some wear ,so the child working there says "you opened it". I said, this is new in the box. So no return - I went to make a social media post about it after I was polite to her and was asked to leave. Won't waste my money here every again. Local independent card/game shops from here on out.
Experiencia fantástica: I have to say that I am an avid shopper. I shop all over this city. I have for years. I am an educated Engineer holding two bachelor's degrees so my opinion may not be perfect but I'm definitely no dummy lol. I say that to say this...this store has an employee that I must say is truly impressive. Not just as a game stop employee, but as a person. Her name is Olivia. She's always smiling, always helpful, always genuine, always knowledgeable. Even when my truck was stolen from this same parking lot while I was shopping, she was very responsive in trying to help me figure things out, and STILL ended up somehow getting a smile out of me even when someone just stole a truck my grandfather gave me before he passed away. If you guys are ever in the area go check out GameStop on Maryland pkwy. You might even get a chance to witness what I think is one amazing woman that works there.

But naw just messed up on release dates how product for the public goes missing. Instead of the very few 10 they had when I went in the guy cut the asian girl of mid conversation said there's only 8! It's for customers not employees on the clock! I would give this location again zero if it wasn't for her. Hope corporate does something about this. Showed up for release night. Guess how many people are in line 8! Now if there was the ten that sent to that store i wouldn't be missing out on a one time thing for employees snatching items for them selfs. Really not happy with this situation. Dude should be fired. I know theres something in employee handbook that goes against doing that. Im calling corporate thats not right at all!

Experiencia negativa: this and every other gamestop in las vegas are guilty of false advertising, the website CLEARLY states that you can trade in your old games for CASH or store credit, but after wasting gas to drive all the way to this place, they refused to give me cash for ANYTHING! they said i had to drive to another town just to get cash, that is false advertising and is against the law.

Experiencia fantástica: Brilliant service from Daniel, couldn't be a nicer guy. I went to go pick up an Xbox series s and he already had it prepared when i got there. Super cool guy and awesome store. However, I did see a tall bald white man with a selfie stick screaming racist obscenities as I was leaving the store. Perhaps a little more security is needed.

Experiencia negativa: Tuesday, September 26, a little after 7 PM last night, the GameStop employee, Carlos lied. He stated that this game stop location was the only location in Las Vegas that didn’t do cash returns. A highly suspect, the liar, Carlos, didn’t want to do the return so that it didn’t affect his stores profitability.
Experiencia negativa: I called this location today ask him if he had Spider-Man 2 controllers they confirmed they do I go in after spending $32 on the list to buy one she tells me she can't sell them to me cuz they're being held for employees to buy next week I'm reporting this to the general manager and I reported this to corporate I am put in a complaint on the store

Experiencia negativa: Pretty stocked up but right off the bat the employee was rude and trying to get us out the door. We look around and see some other things we need and get in line. Immediately she’s hurrying us and I let her know we need some other things that are locked up. Sage seems annoyed and finally goes and get them. When ringing us out I let her know she forgot to scan an item and she got bothered even more. At that point I get fed up but don’t say anything. She needs to quit her job if she hates it so much.

Experiencia negativa: Don't shop here!!! As I stated on YELP I went into gamestop to purchase a rechargeable battery for my sons xbox s series controller. The one that you can charge by using a usb cord that plugs into the wall. The associate was advised me the one they carried was no longer available and the one they did have available was the Dual Ultra Slim by pdp gaming. My son advised me that the back that is suppose to cover the battery doesn't fit his controller, and that it takes forever to charge! The product isn't compatible to what I gave her specifics I wanted. To make matters worse I asked her to look up to see if they did have the one I was looking for at a different location, and she advised me no that her system was down!!! I have been a member of game stop for many years, and am so happy I refused to update my membership because of this behavior. So when I took the product back with out my receipt which was gone, the woman informed me that she could see about returning the item. However the manager of the store looked inside of the box took out the items and denied me an exchange! I have no idea why he denied me anything after I spent my hard earned money on this item. I am a single mother who does not have money to waste! Game stop has been robbing our communities for years, with their low amounts of money for trade ins of games and items. They are always asking or trying to force you to get coverage over an item. The associate then asked me for the number associated with my membership, before I could give it to her the manager automatically turned me down. She is the one who sold me the item! Why is it that your store cannot assist me with locating the item I want at a different location. I mean this manager who was very rude didn't even go the extra mile to find out what was going on? He didn't manage to ask me any information about my membership nothing! I hope he gets retrained or fired!!! The store is under kept and the attitudes of the associates are awful. I'm sure because it's in a low income neighborhood that the people get treated so poorly! I will not stop attempting to get something done about this. There is no telling how many people they have done this to.

Experiencia positiva: I went ahead and suggested the edit for google for your closing times. Kinda ridiculous to close at 7 when it was originally 8. Just upset I literally ran here just to be told your store was closed. So google is reviewing the time edit suggestion I placed and I highly reccomend you stay updated on all information. Just a waste of my time. Gamestop used to be better especially when it came to closing hours. Also it says online that the store time was updated by the business 2 weeks ago And it says 8pm closing time, but closing at 7 now? If you change the store closing time update it immediately. Doesnt even take that long.
Experiencia negativa: Only go to Gamestop when they have sales/deals as their "normal" prices are high and I get tired of having to shut em down when they hit me with that "warranty/ renew your pro rewards " thing they are told to do. This last time though dude just just throws the warranty on without asking and I am glad I caught it before paying him. Warranty is worthless to me..I'm an adult and take care of my games. Besides, you really got to work to scratch these current gen disks anyway. In the future ASK about "add-ons" and don't just assume...unless its free...lol

Took back ty local game stop they were very kind there but informed me they have ZERO consoles new refurbished or pre owned. I opted for the refund. Then got an email telling me my refund could be up to 3 weeks to receive. Not only did they ruin my son's birthday gift but then they are going to sit on my money for his birthday for almost a month??? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (OTHER THAN THE EMPLOYEES AT FLAMINGO GAME STOP) I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
