Experiencia positiva: Hope whatever happened here, people are okay as I saw a cop car pull up, but they had a be back in 10 sign up on the door, and watched me wait outside, literally didn't say anything as they were going in and out, knowing they'd be closed for a while. So yeah, that was really inconsiderate to not at least say, "Sorry, it's going to be a while".
Experiencia negativa: Employee was very rude this last time I came. I was getting a charger for controllers and while I was waiting for him to finish checking out another customer I was checking out the colors on the used controllers. Very rudely told me I can’t be behind the counter which I wasn’t. Then told me I can’t look at the controllers without him handing them over. This was my go to spot but this is the last time I come here.

Experiencia negativa: Don't buy anything here just save your money and get it from a larger retailer. They don't honor their warranty. Just charge customers 30% over market then tell them they will sub out a used controller

There's plans they claim that save you money and don't do Jack.. example: You buy a controller, get the insurance, the controller stops working, you take it back instead of them giving you your money back or replacing the controller free of charge.. They use the insurance, Kicker: they just used your insurance, and the insurance is only good for 1 use. Then, you must pay $15 more to get another insurance for 1 year, lol.. Even though you just bought the controller and had it for only 1 or 2 weeks.. It wasn't dropped or broken it just stops controlling the Xbox altogether.. If I bought the controller from Walmart and this happened, I could return it or trade it in for another within a certain time frame, like 90 DAYS!!!!! I will not be buying anything else from Game Stop.. I see why this company almost went out of business..

Experiencia negativa: Just walked out of here still sitting in front of store. Not sure of girls name( white girl) but she talks to fast first off all. You can’t get a word in. She is a know it all. Her favorite word is unfortunately. She is not helpful at all. GameStop must be owned by individuals as she doesn’t want to help me at all. Maybe help navigate another GAME STOP that may have what I am looking for. She is useless to someone like me who is NOT AT ALL VERSED in the GAMING world. She has a smart mouth. She should not be in customer service. I don’t know about PlayStations always being out. She was speaking to me like I had all the knowledge in gaming as she does. No not the case that was why I was asking her. Too many Game Stop locations to deal with this know it all!

This lady over here, disrespectful since I get in the shop, not even letting me ask if they have or no something that I was looking for, they just said is not in stock or is not easy to know if it’s already coming. Experiencia negativa: They need to answer the phone. Sometimes there is a good reason to call before spending the time and money to drive to their location. This location can be considered "temporarily closed" until they have their store phone fixed.

Experiencia negativa: Drove all the way from another store 20 minutes away for a switch lite. Turns out the lady working there shipped them all out and never updated it in the system. So after paying over $200, they had to give me a cash refund. So ridiculous. Do not recommend this store.

I called multiple times, then drove down to the physical location, then called four times while I was in the store with no other customers but myself. And apparently they just don’t answer the phone. Unprofessional will order on Amazon before I ever go back.

Experiencia negativa: If i can put negative 5 stars i would, The blonde lady with tattoo at the register was so rude and very very bad customer service, very sarcastic, didn’t even greet when we came in and all of me and kids questions was answered with an attitude and sarcastic answers. She was the only one there when we came in, but there was no other customer but me and my kids so shes not busy at all, very rude! I haven’t experienced this before with this location, the guys that used to work here before was very helpful and very nice. We might not go back on this location anymore, i didnt like the way she talks to my kids. My kids are very polite on her.

Experiencia negativa: An employee there didnt understand the ESRB rating system and would not give me a game I wanted to buy. At the time I was 17 and I wanted to buy a rated M game. You have to be 17 AND OLDER to play rated M games and the employee did not know that. A Gamestop employee did not know the ESRB rating system! This is horrible service and this just looks bad on Gamestop. Make sure your employees KNOW THE ESRB RATING SYSTEM!

He had me so hyped over games i finally got a gamestop membership after a literal lifetime of turning it down. Experiencia fantástica: Traded in 1 game and bought 2 new ones. Staff was friendly and helpful. Limit of 10 customers at a time, heard staff counting as people entered but there was plenty of spacing available and there were no issues. Everyone masked up, cooperative and friendly. First time visiting this store, won't be the last. Great, quick visit.

Ive been calling everyday since last week almost 3 or four times a day and never once do they answer the phone. Customers shouldnt have to deal with half way employees

Experiencia fantástica: So my great experience started with a awesome employee, Shareece. I’ve been trying for a day and a half to get the new promo B2G1 Free. And all the games I wanted were available but all in different locations. Of course I was doing this online. And unfortunately I wasn’t getting any luck, I tried on my work time, breaks , even after dinner. Still noting. So I got extremely discouraged to buy, I called customer service and told them my situation, not even them could’ve help me. A was starting to really give up. I figured I call around to locations and see if I can get somebody to help me, there were no great results. So i tried one more location. The Cheyenne Common location. Aka ( Shareece’s ) Store. Best decision I’ve done in awhile regarding Gamestop stores. My games were all there except one. The location of the ONE was way out of my reach, she understood that it was out of reach, then she did one of the most sincere things I’ve ever seen a Manager / Business do. She called that Location, reserved it. And said.. I’m going to get it for you.. Use Managers are allowed to do transfers/pickups. I was dumbfounded and at a state of shock. To know that this was really happening and just to earn my business.. I finally was at a place of peace. Said thank you so much for going above and beyond for me. When I arrived @ my NEW GAMESTOP Location. She was there. And I was extremely happy to see this special person who's only mission was to give me a awesome experience. I thank you very much Shareece to making this the best Retail experience I’ve ever had. I hope for your success at this industry to climb and give others a great experience aswell. Thanks from Kevin
