Experiencia negativa: Extremely bad , I tried to contact the store by phone, but don’t even bother they won’t answer I was calling them to check on a game to see if they have it but no answer so I drive myself over there and before entering was so funny I tried calling again to see what is it that they do that they dont answer maybe they weree busy and i got unlucky no i was literally on the store calling their phone and they would be using their phone ignoring the calls
Experiencia negativa: Please do not go to this store. After coming to this store at least 5 times I can say that this store is not professional at all. Including we all know that the switch 2 is a high demand console. I doesn't hurt to ask. Every time I ask I get some negative vibes coming from the employees. And today is the last day I come here after their employee Danyel told me he would slap me because I asked for a bag and a steam card code on a receipt. Either close or get your management and employee's up to date because us Cubans will not take the respect you have given me today!

Experiencia negativa: They need to close this one down as well, the staff is honestly a bunch of clowns. The old guy in particular, he lives up to the old GameStop stereotype of trying to rip people off for their trade-ins. They lowballed me on my consoles, I went to Best Buy and got a much better offer. This is a joke company that is only in business from manipulating the stock market in 2021.

Experiencia negativa: Yo acabo de llamar por una figura coleccionable que en otro GameStop me dijeron que esta tienda la tenía y desde que me contestaron fue en muy mala forma una señora que me contestó y me dijo así “señora yo no tengo nada de eso aquí “ muy desagradable, e incluso le pregunté por otro trabajador de ahí que es bien atento y me dijo que no sabía quién era y se empezó a reír de mí sin tan siquiera haber colgado el teléfono, a mi criterio deben de tomar medidas con esa señora porque van a perder mucho clientes como yo que compro mucho y además soy miembro de esa tienda, nos tante a eso hoy me voy a llegar al local en persona para ver si ella se ríe en mi cara
Experiencia negativa: Today at 2-7-25 around 10:45 am an employee showed up to open the store that supposably has the Pokemon blooming waters that releases in store today but he pointed at the door that it was sold out. How does it get sold out before the store opens? When he opened the store now he says he didn’t received the packages. Next time don’t give false information outside that gets people upset.
Experiencia negativa: The associate that opened the store today (he had glasses on, didn’t catch his name) was very rude and unprofessional. There was a line waiting for the new Pokémon cards that were supposed to release today first come first serve. As soon as he arrived he yelled at everyone that was in line saying “why are you guys here ?! There’s nothing here for any of you, just leave.” I understand if this GameStop didn’t receive a shipment but there’s a way to talk to your customers that have been waiting in line for hours becuase the GameStop official website said the store will have them today. That’s not the consumers fault for not knowing, GameStop you gave train your employees to properly know how to communicate with your customers. At the end of the day the customer is what are keeping your doors open, very unsatisfied with the way he expressed himself. Do better
Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional behavior of one of your employees, Yoaska (female worker) , during my recent visit to your store I approached the counter to process a return, the employee did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. Despite my attempts to explain my request, they refused to assist with the return, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. Their dismissive and rude attitude made me feel disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. I have always appreciated good customer service, but this experience was unacceptable. I believe employees should be held to a higher standard when interacting with customers. I urge you to address this situation seriously, whether through retraining or disciplinary action. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to handle this matter.

Experiencia negativa: Came in with my husband and son on 12/27 around 3:00pm, the woman behind the counter has a crazy attitude. It seemed as if she was annoyed with costumers for just coming into the store. I purchased the game tekken that was the game my son wanted and she was just extremely unpleasant to be around. While shopping and looking around at other items there was a boy and his mom there and she spoke to them in such a disgusting tone. The boy was selling his Xbox one, at first the lady behind the counter didn’t even want to give him a price and instead started lecturing this boy who by the way looked no older then 12. Saying the console was disgusting and telling him very aggressively “you have no value here”. Then continued to try and convince the mom he wasn’t responsible enough for a ps5 which is what they were discussing to purchase. I come to this game stop all the time because it’s conveniently close to my house, I have fortunately never encountered this woman before and previously have had some amazing service and help from everyone else at this store. I didn’t get her name unfortunately but have provided date and time.

Experiencia negativa: I wasn't going to leave a review but, after this situation got worse i have to at this point. Today I arrived at the store at 11:30 am and waited for them to open at 12. When Daniel opened the gates of the store I figured since we made eye contact that he would also open the door and greet me. He did neither. I proceeded to walk in through the door as he had his back to me walking away to the cash register. I then greeted him and showed him my cell phone so that he could see what item i was there for. I also presented a photo that stated that the item was avaliable for purchase today and in stock. Dainel look at my phone very quickly turned away and said that item isn't out yet sorry i can't sell it to you. First of all, you didn't even look at the photo how could u know. He was so quick to dismiss me. Anyways i said fine knowing that he was wrong and paid for a pre-order item that i was told i had to pick up Saturday. It is 2 o clock now and Daniel calls me back to tell me he made a mistake and the item I reserved was not the one i was looking for. So that i could go back to the store to pick up the original item i wanted. When i called him back and mentioned what time i could pass by he then told me its his lunch hour and has to be sooner. This is an extreme inconvence for me as i work a day job just like everyone else. Now my reservation will go to waste and my item will be gone if not picked up in the next 24 hrs. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PREORDER ANYTHING. DANIEL NEEDS A CLASS IN GENERAL MANNERS AND SHOULD BE WORKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE, ESPICIALLY AY AN ENTERTAMENT STORE. ALSO, VERY UN-KNOWLEGABLE. I have also attached the voicemail so that the Gamestop owner of this store can see that nothing I said is not true.

He just kept arguing while I kept my mouth shut, like I understand companies have policies and I respected him calling me out but to keep arguing at a person who isn’t even talking back is just really low.

Experiencia negativa: Where do i begin, i drove 50 minutes to pick up a game i order just to find a paper outside that said “well be back in 10 minutes” and i waited for over 30min and still nothing this is not right close down if you dont have enough to pay for employees
Experiencia negativa: CUSTOMER SERVICE isn’t a focus at this GameStop they have ZERO Xbox one in stock and every item I just sold to them was typed in the system as refurbished and no explanation given behind why. This is misleading and confusing when we download an app on our phone and prep our finances due to what your app says the item would be bought back for. Nothing we’re refurbished about my items controller or games and they weren’t tested or given any attention. Store manager Jimmy didn’t seem to care to much about how HECTOR was treating the situation but the fact that he told me go to another store tried to hand me everything I bought back and say go to another store showed me how lazy he is and his desire to help customers or uphold what the app says items can be brought back for. I come from a customer service background also was employed for GameStop and work many other sales jobs. In my opinion if you want value on your games or consoles and not to be lied to for your items worth I wouldn’t recommend this GameStop and Would say go to another and HECTOR will not do much but offer you the lowest amount and refer you to his other brother stores instead of handle business even being out of stock and inventory which is very weird and unprofessional to me but maybe that’s why their inventory and stock could be possibly low. Just my opinion and feedback of my experience from a pro member and previous employee oh and the other GameStop up the street took care of me more professionally and offered me the correct rates.

This is exactly why I do your company is closing stores and struggling to survive ! If I wanted to wait I would have purchased them online where they’re cheaper anyways ...this will be my last transaction with game stop good look with bankruptcy fellas

Tried to return a purchase without a receipt and was told they can only give back store credit in the amount their system rings. I was completely ripped off. I asked to look up my credit card in their system to see how much a paid for it. They lie by stating that they can't do that because the GameStop system is too old to look up credit cards for receipts. WHAT A LIE. They also told me that they can only do what the policy states. I felt completely ripped off. I received only partial credit for what a paid for. Because it's in store credit, I'm forced to shop at GameStop again which I no longer want to.

Experiencia positiva: My son is a gamer so I make several trips here. The people are knowledgeable & nice, the prices are decent & I love the toy selection. My biggest problem w/ this store is that I have never seen more than 1 person working there. If it is just a matter of ringing up items than a long line would move along nicely but many customer transactions are more involved than that & the wait can be ridiculous.
