Experiencia negativa: Employee on shift 1/28 at 12:55 decided it was in their best interest to not handle a simple transaction based on assumptions and no viable reasoning. Blatant discrimination in front of other customers. Whether they violated policies is between them and the company. This employee seems to have a terrible attitude ordinarily and their service is subpar compared to the rest of the company.
Experiencia negativa: I waited 30 minutes in the store to make one purchase of an item they had. After waiting 30 minutes while one person was serviced at the counter I decided to leave take care of something and come back only to find out after being gone for 30 minutes the same person was still at the counter being waited on I tried to wait another 15 minutes said this is too much and left the store. Please stop this store better on a Saturday so that customers can actually make purchases I am done going to the store though and will never go back again.

Experiencia negativa: Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a GameStop in my life. Employees are disgruntled (maybe they don’t get paid enough, or maybe they’re taking their pent up aggression out on the collectibles they sell). It’s a huge mess, toys and leaves and tons of trash on the floor as if they don’t care. I saw one of the employees literally kicking stuff behind the counter and another one was throwing boxes around like they were mad for having jobs. Sad to see, and frankly extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. Maybe if GameStop actually cared then their employees wouldn’t be so mad all the time.
Experiencia fantástica: I had an awesome experience at GameStop last night! I dropped by around 10 PM, and the guy and girl working there went above and beyond. They were super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I wasn’t originally planning to buy anything, but their helpfulness and great customer service definitely earned a sale of a brand-new Xbox from me. The store was well-organized and clean, which made browsing through the games and consoles effortless. I’m definitely coming back for my future gaming needs!
Experiencia negativa: WOULD NOT RECOMEND I went to GameStop and inquired about their trade-in offer. They informed me that I could trade in my console for a cheaper item. I explained that my console was clean and undamaged, and I expressed interest in getting a different color. They agreed but mentioned that we needed to run some tests on the console. If it passed, I would only need to pay the price difference. When I asked how much that would be, they told me it would be $17. I said okay and planned to return the next day with my console. The following day, I arrived to find a huge line. The cashier I encountered seemed quite annoyed. I explained the situation regarding my console, but she didn’t even pick it up. She entered the details into the system, and after I finished telling her what happened the day before, she simply said I would get $6 off my console. Keep in mind, she conducted no tests at all, despite that being a requirement for trade-ins. Two cashiers had informed me otherwise the day before. I don’t know what’s going on at that store, but they definitely need to address these issues. I believe the cashier who worked that morning should be let go. I won't be returning to this location, and I would not recommend it to others.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve tried to come to this location a few times always has a sign that their out and no time showing when their coming back. I try to call to see when they will be there no on picks up. Just close it.

Experiencia fantástica: Brett, Mario, and Justin were very kind, helpful, attentive, and personable. Unfortunately, my ps4 slim is as defective and died after only 4 months of use so I came here looking at options and they were all helpful, empathetic, and made sure I walked away happy with the best deals available at the time. They even bought my old accessories (like the controller) to help with the costs of buying a new ps5 Slim. I appreciate their help and efforts! They were also knowledgeable and explained their pre-owned inventory and warranties well.

The employee just stood there completely uninterested and said "I don't know, I don't like Call of Duty or PlayStation" -_- sir I just wanted to know if pre orders were available or not. But ok.. so no I didn't pre order Black Ops 6 because the employee there couldn't be bothered to even check... Really sad tbh.. but what's worse was his remark when I went to touch the Game Informer "those aren't free"... So not only did I not get the information about a game, I chose to not get a Game Informer and walked out only with control accessories... All because the employee didn't want to be bothered

Experiencia negativa: Worst GameStop in Dallas, their front desk is ridiculous, there was this guy whose been so mean, I came for trade in my phone, he was strict on grading the phone, the phone is dirty but no any scratches, I didn’t argue with him and just plan to leave, while he starts to say all bunch of trash to me, I just ask him to give my phone back, then he become so angry and throw my phone on the desk and say thank you for wasting my time, imagine how it goes when your kids walk in to this store and meet this guy…

We warned y'all we would put you out of business for under paying us pennies for our used games back in the day hows it feel now GameStop. Did you think we would forget?
Experiencia negativa: I came in today to trade in a console and games and the first staff member was great and cordial with me. Shift change happened while I was there and the younger guy came in and started man-handling my console telling me it was defective. The system worked perfectly fine. I have never used the joycon attachments and they normally stay in the carry case as I play on a monitor. He ripped one of the joycons out of the side and said it was defective. He then started to say my value was plummitting and that I was probally not gonna get much if anything at all. I got home booted up my console on my monitor with the controller I brought as well and both work fine. I felt like the younger guy was trying to get my console for next to nothing. Additionally Homeless person came into the store and laid down in the corner out of sight of the attendant and as I was leaving they shoo him out. Going to give the console to my Sister's kids and let them enjoy Pokemon on it.

I love that farcry 6 was treated as a used game even though it is a new in-box game. The employee said the game was downgraded in order to sell them since the launch was not good.

The employee kept talking to one of the customers over what games were best and I understand it’s good customer service but 6 of the people waiting were there for over 30 minutes. I personally waited over 45 and once I finally got to the counter I was told there was no game systems what so ever. The employee didn’t do bad but definitely needs to learn how to manage time around with different customers. Super friendly but please learn to engage the room. Probably won’t return here.

After getting 2 replacements that were both broken I called customer service and sat on hold for 2hours and 14 minutes. When someone finally did answer they were no help at all. I called this store and spoke with Anthony and explained what was going on. He was very understanding and went above and beyond to help me out. Anthony, I hope corporate sees this because they obviously need you in a higher position! Thanks brother.
