Positive experience: Bit overpriced but huge selection sorry it's going out of business

Fantastic experience: Great spot I luv it there I found so many items I hadn’t seen since I was a kid and now I’m retire army it’s plenty to look through and purchase

Negative experience: Don't go here either...they only give 25% for games that you want to sell but overprice things they are selling. Let me buy your games I will give 50% of value! Send me a message on messenger!

Negative experience: Was in the area with my family (We live a couple hours away) and decided to check this place out. Pretty big selection, so I thought I was racking up on some good finds and left with 6 classic retro games. Made it home to find that 4 of the 6 didn't even work, 2 disc's and 2 cartridges, and the 2 disc's that work NOW are because I restored them myself. Doesn't help either that the guys behind the counter were lifeless and had zero interest in helping us whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: It's truly memorable. I went to their Sevierville location (it closed down.) And the prices were so cheap! Switch games? $45

Fantastic experience: Walls full of games, games for all consoles. Even sells these older consoles, ps1, GameCube, ps2 etc.

Negative experience: I have visited this store a few times and Bought games from it. I recently purchased all the Call of Duty games for the Xbox 360, and some for the Ps3, aswell as a PSP console. The PsP has a major Crack in the screen that when pressed slightly, you can see and feel it get pushed it. The PsP works fine, but any other game store I've gone too wouldn't charge $125 for it. The woman at the Counter, and the previous person don't check the condition of the games. So my Copy of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, has a Huge smudge on the bottom. My Black ops 1 copy has multiple scratches, and my Ghosts copy has a scratch big enough for the Console not read the disc. This place is 1 of 3 game stores near me, Retro Revival, and GameXchange are the other 2, and everything I've purchased from those stores have been in Like new or very good condition for everything I've purchased. They check every disc you buy, and play test the consoles to make sure they work. They also price on condition. A PsP with a huge crack in the screen would not sell for $125 at at least GameXchange. Yes Gamehub has many games, but I'd wager half of them don't work, or are over priced. The Pictures shown below are the disc's for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, Advanced Warfare, Modern warfare, for the Xbox360 and Black ops 3 for the Ps3, aswell as the PsP I purchased. Will not be supporting Gamehub again. A true shame.

Fantastic experience: Nice little store that I did not know existed for longer than I wished. Huge selection of classic games and consoles! Helpful staff. Found a charger that I never thought I was going to get.

Fantastic experience: Bought a playstation 2 and 23 games. Only 2 didn't work and I took them back and they let me replace them. Their stock is impressive and the variety is outstanding. The staff was warm and friendly.

Negative experience: I called to check if they were open. Upon 10 minutes of leaving I get a threatening call about someone named Zack. Who is he don't care but don't just randomly call someones freaking phone. Ty

Fantastic experience: I have never had issues going to game hub. The people there are amazing and knowledgeable. And they have tons of systems and games to offer. I only go to game hub for all my retro games. Also everything I've bought was at a fair price, no crazy markups. Please go check them out.

Negative experience: No prices on anything, give random prices off the top of their head. Your receipt is not itemized to show what you purchased, just has a total, which you won't find out til you're about to pay. The older guy that works there was nice but was using language that I don't find very professional, and he used it often. Mostly complaining about customers. I was blown away when I first walked in about the sheer amount of games available, but it's just not worth not knowing the prices or the semi cocky/"I'm better than you" attitude. Really wanted to love this store, and I would if they put prices on items, stop making up random numbers on items and be a little more professional with your choice of language. I'm not there to listen to you complain about other customers. You'll find way better deals on ebay if you're willing to wait for shipping.

Fantastic experience: Love this hole in the wall Retro game store a bunch! Been coming over since they opened up and definitely loving the selection of rare games in store! Ryan is awesome and everyone else is quite cool! Definitely have that close friends atmosphere with peeps who love games just as much as I do!

Fantastic experience: Amazing selection of games and system from current all the way back to vintage Atari! I saw some games from my childhood - instant core memory unlock! The owner and staff are super sweet! Thank you for a phenomenal experience! We will be back again and next time we'll bring the kids too!

Fantastic experience: I went in to sell a lot of Pokémon games and some other miscellaneous games and walked away happier than I expected. 10/10 would reccomed going here if you love old school games and consoles. Staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.

Negative experience: Horrible Customer Service. They also went against their own store policies then continued to accuse me of saying things that were never said. Very unprofessional and said many things your taught never to say in customer interaction practices. They also called other stores to try and catch me in something that never happened. They gained and lost a customer in less than a hr. DO NOT shop here.

Negative experience: It has a great selection, but the prices aren't the best and most of the discs I found looked terrible. The man at the counter also wasn't very helpful when I was asking about prices. He seemingly just made up numbers on the spot. Be sure to do your research before coming here, because you ARE NOT getting any deals here. I'm amazed this store is as highly rated as it is.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying this place is small but the people are absolutely 100% amazing. I went in there a few weeks ago and ever since my brothers and I were little we had an obsession with Guitar Hero games and DDR. Trying to find GH anywhere the prices are insane. This place had 2 of the games I was looking for plus the guitars for the wii . Not only we’re they priced well, the man there named Ryan, took down my information because I was searching for GH5, it’s my favorite one. Within a few days he messaged me to tell me he had it and he held onto it for me. The customer service and interaction here is absolutely amazing. I will be going back and I would 100% recommend anyone searching for slightly older games or systems or anything go and see them! You won’t regret it ! Fantastic experience: I've been a regular in this store since about August of 2021. I had no idea that this store existed until I started to do some research on video games stores in the area. I am hugely impressed with the amount of games, consoles, and accessories that this place has in stock. They almost ALWAYS have new games in stock every time I visit. I have not done business with another brick and mortar gaming store ever since I found these guys and I will continue to do business here many more times in the future as well. They are also very knowledgeable when it comes to the authenticity of the games they sell, unlike most big chain gaming stores. This place has added so many great games back to my collection again which I believe are at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much Game Hub!

Fantastic experience: I went in to buy a nintendo switch lite for my daughters birthday. I had went to multiple places. They helped put me at ease and made me feel nastalgic with all the classic snes games. I even walked out with a few myself. Its a store with items you rarely see.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the largest selection retro/current video game store I've been to! Ryan knows every game in the store, where he can get exotic and rare games/systems and is always willing to make a deal! By far the best retro game shopping experience I've had! I drive all the way up to Clarksville from Franklin at least once a month because they're always getting new stock. I will continue to be a customer here for years to come!

Positive experience: This store has just about anything that you may be looking for when it comes to retro games and consoles. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to and seem to know their stuff when it comes to all things video game retro. They were super nice and did not pressure you into any sales nor did they constantly bother us while we were looking. Only giving them 4 stars because you have to ask them about prices (they are not on the item) and they are pretty pricey in comparison to eBay and the Game Exchange off of Needmore. I would give 5 stars if the prices were on the product and if they were a little bit cheaper.

Negative experience: Its funny their on facebook trying to bash another store when the reviews i read are true. Been on a pokemon binge and decided to go up there. As you walk in theres barely any space and things are all over the place seems cramped. Couldnt find a whole lot. Seriously should think about expanding to a new building but thats just my opinion. Super sweet loving cat. Both my wife and i walked out literally saying that place was a mess we will not go back but said we loved the kitty.
