Negative experience: Told me that they take phones. Husband went to take one today but apparently only a manager is a loud to take them! Then proceeded to say oh he might be in today after 3 30 but then says he won't be in til the next day!

Negative experience: Smells terrible, everytime I go in there I get a headache its so bad

Fantastic experience: The gentlemen who helped were very informative. One wore a Slayer shirt. The other was a blonde gentlemen who wore glasses. Very nice guys. My buttons were stuck on my current controller for my Xbox. I think it was time to retire it anyway. It was a gift from a friend. The blonde gentlemen gave me the best prices for my Xbox. They were both awesome! Hopefully their manager sees this to know they were cool and helpful. FOUL TARNISHED attached is the controller I bought!

Fantastic experience: Very cool shop lots of inventory.

Positive experience: Not at all impressed with this location. Most of the stuff that I was looking for was highly overpriced. Also to me personally, this felt more like a Funko pop store than a game store. They had four or five rows filled with Funko pops. I would say it would be fun to come visit once, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Positive experience: Pretty good selection of cards but really need a place for you to look at them instead of just having to stand or sit on the floor. They need more kinds of posters and not just Taylor Swift ones. They were also pretty knowledgeable about tech.

Negative experience: Maybe list your return policy on your receipts instead of the customer having to be told in person they can't return something. Terrible store and terrible business.

Positive experience: The Place is real cool! So meny old and sometimes rare video games! And all the action figures and othere oddities as well. Staff was really nice as well!

Negative experience: Went by there on 10/5/24 to look at Funko pops for my child they had a sale of buy two get one free so we did that and they charged us for all three. I went back inside and asked if the sale was still going on because I was charged for all three and the little gamer people said yes it was easier for me to just pick out another Funko pop of the same value rather than refund the debit card which was fine but then one of the other little gamer kids that worked there proceeded to make the comment it is just a Funko pop it is not that serious. But to me it’s that serious because I work hard for my money. So the people there Clearly have a little respect for customers. The needmore location.

Negative experience: Bought a laptop and month ago worth 1000$ and tried to sell it here and whatever off the wall site they use they tried to offer me 50$ for it XD

Negative experience: Had a nice selection of games and hardware. However the customer service was absolutely abhorrent. It was very difficult to get the workers to acknowledge us so we could check out and then they were not friendly in the least and talked to us like we were irrelevant and stupid. I won’t be back.

Negative experience: I will not return to this store! Really bad customer service. The two employees did not great us when we walked in. Didn't ask if we needed help finding anything in particular, which we were. They spent most of their time talking to each other. They spoke out loud about the owner coming into the store the other day. When I came to the counter to check out one employee left the counter and the other just stood there not saying a word to me. I stood there for two minutes before the guy came back behind the counter to check me out. And then he stopped checking me out to answer the phone. The guy on the left should have answered the phone. You should always speak to all your customers especially if you want them to come back. FYI they don't take DVDS anymore and they don't give a military discount. The game store off exit 11 gives a military discount! And I will take my business to McKay's in Nashville.

Negative experience: Absolutely 100% will never go back to this game x change. Completely disrespectful. The game I bought kept giving error codes, came to return it. They said I buffed it, it should be good. Do you honestly not think that I tried that? Tried to buy a different game and that game was scratched to all hell. This place up charges, has extremely inappropriate conversations with customers about women sending naked pictures to them right in front of my kids. I will be putting in a huge complaint.

Negative experience: So if your in a extremely, I mean extremely tight bind this place can help out if you own laptops, etc...., but the price quoted for my laptop was unrealistic and downright humiliation persay. Store attendants were pretty nice, but it felt like here and there it was always "something" that almost swiped selling eligibility from me. The owner should seriously start actively being within the company instead of calling highrise shots from the local sauna.

Fantastic experience: Great place for my younger boys (7&9) to explore some different games and find some "new" ones to entertain them for a while at a great price!! Love the prices on many of the used games and out of probably 12-15 bought there in the 2 months since we got our PS5 there, we have had 1 game that had an issue. They took it back, no questions asked, and we exchanged it for another. They were extremely helpful with making sure we had what we needed and didn't pay more than necessary.

Fantastic experience: How can you not like this place. The guys stock what they have, it's clean, and prices are good on some stuff and great on others depends on what you want. I was able to get my magic and Pokémon cards so I'm happy.

Fantastic experience: This store is pretty awesome because they not only have old school games and consoles, but newer ones as well along with movies and figurines. I love this store because they have games and gaming gear dating all the way back to the Atari! It's totally retro and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Love this place, it's great for cheap second hand games, movies, or music. And they give great deals on trade ins.

Negative experience: Typically enjoy shopping at Game Xchange, however I have never had to return an item after purchasing it. I bought a copy of Pokémon Colosseum for the GameCube for $100 today and it didn’t work after trying it out at home. I brought it back and they can only exchange for store credit. No money back on my card or cash refunds. Really disappointed and not sure why this is okay when I don’t even want to shop at a store that doesn’t test their games before putting them on the shelf, let alone the glass display case up front.

Positive experience: Great spot for all sorts of video games, and has several locations.. Learned recently that one is opening here in town, in a couple weeks... Very happy about that!

Fantastic experience: Went in with my 3 year old son, he wanted a toy out of the machines near the counter, I paid for it; however the man behind the counter went above and beyond for my son and made sure my son got the one he wanted. It was amazing and definitely amazing customer service. They’ve definitely got a returning customer.

Fantastic experience: Always love going here… with their help today I was able to get Pokémon scarlet Pokémon violet and Pokémon snap all for under $75!!! This is the only place I shop for anything that has to do with games!!

Positive experience: Found PS1 game I have been looking for about three years. Lots of games for all game consoles! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly!

Negative experience: I am a regular customer of the bowling green store. Came to clarksville, highly upset I was considered a shoplifter. I wanted to buy a MacBook Air but they demanded ID just to get a look at it. I’m a person of color but I can afford 10 of those computers for cash. The bowling green store doesn’t treat me like a theft risk like this one did.

Negative experience: That manager has no customer service/ rude. As one other customer stated/ the large fella with the dark hair & the short extremely feminine guy is the problem/ the women are great. And, when he sells you a game/ he sells you games severely damaged/ charges you to clean them/ slides the $1 in his pocket. Lol

Positive experience: Cool place with lots of older games but trade in value is super low.

Positive experience: It's a great place to find many discontinued games or pokemon cards. I go here all the time with my brother just because it is fun to look at how many games they have and the prices of them. It's pretty easy to find games for cheap too and the pokemon cards range from a dime to ¢35 so you can get a lot for under $5. 7/10 I would recommend for any nerd who lives nearby!

Negative experience: They offered me $46 for 22 games and 3 controllers. Made me sick to even hear that offer. Won't be coming back. Sell your stuff on FB marketplace or eBay

Positive experience: This place was awesome a couple years ago. Not sure what happened. They still have a great selection with decent prices, but the staff isn't very welcoming anymore. One girl in particular makes me not want to go anymore. They also used to have a better online presence promoting things in the store on facebook. That has ceased to exist completely.

Negative experience: They have a pretty good variety of new and used games but that about it. If you're trying to sell or trade anything just go to FB marketplace and do it yourself because they'll low-ball you while they sell pre-owned things for just a few bucks less than brand new.

Fantastic experience: They were great. Super organized shop, had everything we were looking for and it was easy to find. I left my phone and they answered and held it behind the counter for me.

Negative experience: *1st visit was good, the manager was nice and very helpful (Mr. Joshua?) Thank you for showing customer service to fix my Playstation. ➡️2nd visit to this store, unfortunately changed my opinion from 5 stars to 3 stars.... ↕️ *Customer Service (makes customers happy to come back) Walked in, no "hello", "welcome", "please let me know if you need anything"- Seems like a perfect job for people that love gaming, so you'd figure they would take pride in assisting Customers that love gaming too (if the store is busy or not). So hearing employees complaining about the customers that call the store, in front of customers that are in the store, is not acceptable- it's a business. *Organization- it's nearly impossible trying to keep up with who's "in line" and who's just there to "gab" while customers who are waiting patiently to be taken care of. (In the middle of paying, the employee literally walked away to interrupt someone else's conversation by the systems, not the 2nd register. At that point, we still didn't have the games in our hand we already paid for- that took 20 more minutes. *Employees are unorganized when the store gets busy. *Most games for the older systems are damaged/don't work.

Fantastic experience: They've got a great selection. From Funko! Pops and Pokémon cards to posters, electronics, and $1 DVDs. If you're looking for entertainment for yourself or your kids, they have something for everybody.

Fantastic experience: Staff was Willing to test an Xbox I bought off Facebook, and happy to help with questions I had. Also took the time to clean a game I purchased before I left. Very personal staff and I’ll happily spend money here when I’m in town!

Positive experience: amazing store! it was actually my first time coming and i enjoyed all of the various things they had selling; video games, plushes, figures, movies and consoles as well! i’d give it a 5* rating, which i really did want to give it that, but the two people working there didn’t make the environment feel very welcome. i was almost uncomfortable shopping, even when i went to check out it had taken them forever to notice i was at the counter even when i placed my item of purchase on the table. it was only until i asked them where i could check out despite them being a few feet away from me. perhaps this was just a first time experience, but i’m not sure if i’d go back as often as i’d like.

Fantastic experience: Tons of retro consoles and technology, figurines, TCGs, movies,games, funkos and my favorite; anime stickers!

Positive experience: Good place to buy retro titles but you may want to be careful when buying oldee consoles. Got a PS2 there the other day and just now noticed it is dustier than my attic. Ya'll could at least clean these things before selling them to customers

Fantastic experience: The prices are on point for games and the selection is huge. Even for xbox 360 games. Far cheaper than people selling games on fb marketplace and if they don't work as they should u have 90 days to return as long as u joined their membership. Employees were friendly. Me and my 2 kiddos walked in 15 mins prior to closing which I hate doing but they were still kind and informative and we made sure to be out the door 2 mins before officially locking thr door at 9pm. Figures are overpriced but they are everywhere.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff, better than the service at any of the gamestops here in town. Sold my Pokémon cards here about a year ago got a reasonable amount of cash for amount of cards. If you want to sell lots of common, uncommon, rares, etc... you do need to bring pre sorted in bulk. As of game selection, its amazing, games for almost every system and accessions.

Fantastic experience: Game X Change is awesome. They have a great selection of all electronics and offer a fair cash and credit price for trade-ins. We only go here and will not go to GameStop any more unless we absolutely have to. At times some of the staff can seem a bit impersonal, but they are actually nice people and just very busy and probably overwhelmed at times when the store gets crazy busy.

Fantastic experience: Great place to find your collectibles or trade for cash\in store credit. You don't get a lot of value for the trade or sale but if it's something you no longer need, heck yeah trade it and go. I do like the store and the great team too

Negative experience: Poor experience due to the fact they will not review current prices of collectible items. These items prices change all of the time. You are much better off going to C4 Entertainment. Staff are better and so are prices.

Fantastic experience: Greatest gaming store I've ever had the pleasure to enter ..... from all the newest video games to some of the oldest video game consoles and games as well as graphic comics and collectors stuff even the original D&D books.

Fantastic experience: I LOOOOOOOVE going in here. I dont go in here as much as I would like to, but when I do. It gives me the old Blockbuster/ Hollywood Video vibe that I miss. The employees are always nice whenever I go in there. Thank you! Also found an old replica of an action figure that I had as a kid.

Positive experience: Always have rarer games for older systems and the staff is always friendly. Downside is they are brutal when it comes to trade ins but not nearly as bad as game stop. Come to this place to explore ur nerdisums and fun. If ur a gamer, collector or nerd this is ur place

Negative experience: The cashier was very rude. Did not catch her name but she has dark hair. We had to return a game because it was not working right and we spent $36 on it and she only gave us $12 back and we said we'll the game is not working properly and we would like our $36 back in store credit and she yelled at us and said "What part didn't you unserstand?" I do not recommend coming here the staff is very rude, not helpful, and very inconsiderate, and they rip you off as well!

Fantastic experience: Super fun store a bit of everything. Need a nerf gun, got it. Pokemon cards yup. DVD's I mean old but sure. Ps1-4 games all over it.

Negative experience: Overpriced games, rip you off for collectibles items. Got offered 70 dollars for 600 dollars worth of items. They will sell the stuff you sell them for more than what they are worth. Everything is overpriced and I will not be going here again ever. Great staff though.

Negative experience: If you’re looking for a place to buy or sell games I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Instead I’d recommend The Game Hub on Fort Campbell Blvd. It’s a new store that opened a few months back and they offer fairer prices for games and give more in cash than what this place offers for your items in trade credit. Also the owner of The Game Hub, Ryan, is far more professional and helpful than the manager here. This place has honestly gone downhill since Eric and the rest of the original crew stopped working here and is no longer the same store that opened back in 2016. Again, if you’re looking for a better deal on your games whether to buy or sell them then The Game Hub is definitely the place to go. Always support locally owned businesses.

Fantastic experience: Employees are friendly and the inventory is varied. Comics, games, movies, Manga, apparel. A little bit for everyone. I just wish they had a steelbook section so I didn't have to sift through everything looking for them. Fair prices for their stuff.

The employees were so friendly, helpful, and assisted with any question I had. They had a lot of knowledge on things I had questions on and it was quite impressive. It makes me happy to see small retro gaming stores not going out of business, especially a store like this. If you are bored and in the area, come check this place out. By checking it out, you won't regret it. Who knows, you may even buy something and help keep this establishment in business? I highly recommend this place to you and your friends. I'm sure this place can fulfill most, if not all of your needs.
