Fantastic experience: Staff was very helpful
Positive experience: In person at the store, they are amazing BUT don’t bother trying to call this location because they never answer the phone! Call 10 times throughout the day and they NEVER answer!
Negative experience: Today I went to GS at 1215 am door was still close and the employee was sitting on the chair I knock the door to see what time will she open and she totally ignored me, I wait another 10 min before I left she stand up look at me and went to the back without at least say what time she open, hope she fix her attitude and at least let the customers know what time will she open the store, I know we are busy and we have stuff to do before open but at least let know the customer know that you are busy and will open a little late.
Negative experience: Would not go here they do not value customers or items
Negative experience: Do not buy pre-owned controller from here … bought 3 preowned controllers all have had stick drift and still have to pay to replace . They fix the controllers enough to sell
Negative experience: I bought stuff here that they claim works, and it breaks before the year is over. They don’t respect a 30 day return policy, which makes them “middle men” with a fancy sign. Spending $100 dollars per item, and it’s either not worth it, or breaks.
Negative experience: Consistently rude and condescending for the 10+ years I’ve been here. Only one cool employee ever.
Positive experience: All of the nearby gamestops (including this one) are under a test and are not supposed to price match with anything including their online store which made our trip there a little annoying although you can still order for pickup with online prices. Everything else there was great and the staff were very great helping us do an online order for pickup.
Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. She was super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Store was clean and well organized.

Half the bad reviews here are just salty about game prices and the rest are mad about mask mandates from the corporation in 2020. Lol. The people that work here are great and they keep this place running for our convenience. The store is always clean and well kept and the selection is as robust as it's gonna get. If you don't like dealing with people order online.

Negative experience: Yeah I think I am done with gamestop in general. Went in to see if they had Valkyrie Elysium which released today and they have no copies. They seem to no longer carry newly released games on day one unless you preorder it. My pro membership ends next month and I don't think I will renew it and just order my physical games via amazon or just digital. Don't really see the purpose of this store anymore

Positive experience: I think this visit to pick up my copy of Persona 5 Strikers will be my last visit to any game stop ever. Nothing bad happened but these stores used to be a good place to go and pick up interesting titles in niche genres I love to play. Now they sell shelf space to the big AAA companies and now all I see are games like CoD, Battlefield, Madden, Assassin's Creed, etc. Basically if you aren't EA, Ubisoft, or any big budget AAA studio, you aren't gonna sell games here anymore. I will be from here on out ordering from Amazon or buying games digitally. Goodbye gamestop, it was fun.

Negative experience: Walked in, said hello then asked why I didn't have a mask. Tell them I medically am not able to wear one and they still tell me I have to leave and were pretty rude about it. So I walked out telling them they'll never see my money ever again. I'm sure judging by her attitude she will not care but I think GameStop would like to know how their employees at this location treat their customers. By the way, the mandate for mask was lifted and only in place for government offices in Clarksville. Not video game stores. So technically, people should be able to visit this store regardless if they have a mask on or not. Just fyi

Fantastic experience: The staff were very friendly and patient with me. I admit that I am stuck in the 90's, so I was completely floored to discover that they dont make the Wii anymore. They answered all my novice questions, and didnt make me feel small for asking. If I ever venture into the gaming world, I will definitely return to the branch off of MLK and Madison.

Fantastic experience: The management and the workers are really chilled and down to earth. Besides pushing the forced deals down your throat they are quite knowledgeable and helpful to the many questions that could be asked. The store is kept nice and clean and well stocked.
Negative experience: The girl working there that I delt with the past two visits has very little knowledge on gaming products. Went in for a Elite controller but all they had was a used one. I was told one price even though it was missing some of the accessories. Upon check out the price was just as much as a new one and the girl said the system wouldn't take the discount and I was still getting a good deal. What a freaking joke. It's sad because I love Gamestop and have shopped here for years but because of one ignorant employee I AM DONE WITH GAMESTOP FOR GOOD!!!

Negative experience: I meant to write this review sooner. I love about 25 mins from this location. I called them on a recent holiday and asked if they really closed at 6pm like the online said, and the lady said “not that I know of.” So I said I’d be there soon, with the intentions of spending $400 of my money on a new PS4 pro. I get there and as I’m walking up to the door I see customers in there talking at the counter. It’s about 5 minutes after 6 at that time. I reached for the door and the guy that was working locked it right in front of my face. He could tell I was there. Didn’t even make eye contact or apologize and say they were closing early or anything. So I went back to my car and called them. Same lady answered. I told her I had talked to her earlier about the Pro and that I just got there and got locked out. She just kind of laughed and said “yeah. I guess we looked at the schedule wrong and really do close at 6. We will be open tomorrow.” This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this location. It’s the closest GameStop to me and I’d like to start having better customer service when I get there. Or at least not to be laughed at by someone’s own fault when reading their schedule. I immediately walked next door to Walmart and gave them my $400 and bought a pro. I wasn’t very happy at all. Still not. I really looked forward to getting the points for buying that console. I’ve always done business with GameStop and that location, but I’m almost done with you guys in general.

Negative experience: Gamestop' s website said they would give me 100$ for my Xbox one s to trade I for the Xbox one x. When I went there they only offered me 55$ when it was in prestine condition. No scratches, clean, super quiet and recently changed the fan.
