Negative experience: I stopped in to have my DSI and about 30 games appraised because I wanted to potentially sell them to Disc Replay. I was roughly told the cost of the DSI from a quick look but they wouldn’t bother looking at my games. I was told I couldn’t get a quote because they weren’t sure the price off the top of their head. Games weren’t even looked at. I thought you guys bought this kind of stuff? It was weird but I wouldn’t sell here. The employees clearly don’t care.

Negative experience: Me and my husband went in so he can sell his Pokémon cards, as soon as we got to the counter this skinny guy with glasses and long hair was automatically rude to us and loudly told us if we were here to sell we need to get in line. I didn’t take offense to that of course, but as soon as my husband started talking to him he starts giving him attitude and just being extremely rude to him and making us feel VERY unwelcomed, and basically talking down to my husband at one point. He had a really bad “I don’t care” attitude. We have been to this store many times and have never had an issue with anyone. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but there was no need for him to treat us like that.

Fantastic experience: Got top dollar trade in for multiple consoles, games, and controllers. Used as store credit towards pre owned Xbox series S and got it for less than game exchange across the street. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable and got all the stuff I was trading in done before closing time on a Sunday! Answered the phone quickly too both times I called to inquire about inventory.

Fantastic experience: New place is organized so well, I can see each cover of the game instead of having to touch and pull them out. Staff (and Joseph) was helpful and offered more than I thought they could. Prices are honestly decent compared to other places. If you compare it to nearby retro shops (we only have a few in Clarksville) it’s about the same, but feels new and the lights and display are bright enough. Also it smells nice (doesn’t smell like nerds aha) Staff and guests were chattering excitedly and felt like a welcome environment. Some cool rare stuff, and they print out covers if they don’t have the original case, which is nice to see. Game Exchange also has some nice inventory if you also are looking for more games, but there are a few at Replay I haven’t seen in person , amazing.

Fantastic experience: First time in the store tonight and it was a 10/10 in my book. Lots of options for DVDs and games, and u was surprised by all the cool poster options. Customer service was also a 10 l, Jose rang us up and he was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Jose helped me out during my last visit, and he really knew his stuff. He made the whole transaction quick and easy, which I really appreciated.
