Fantastic experience: Great location with an even greater staff. A big thank you to Joe he went above and beyond in delivering top notch customer service when i came in to trade my Slim Digital PS5 the other day. He was awesome. I Highly recommend this location for all things Gaming.

Negative experience: Pro: They had a hard to find game that I really wanted, so I’ll give them that. Cons: Maybe some of the worst upselling I’ve ever experienced. In a sales job, I understand that upselling has to happen, but when a customer says no several times, making them feel bad about it is not the right way to go about it. In what world would that make someone want to buy more from you?? Wild sales tactic to try to use. Also, this policy of not helping you out if for whatever reason your brand new game is messed up unless you pay them extra is diabolical. I knew GameStop became money hungry, but I didn’t know it was THIS bad.

Negative experience: This GameStop at the Florida Mall in Orlando. Florida is one of the worst most disrespectful most rudest employees at the store. Do not at any cost go to this store and buy anything the employees are so rude and so disrespectful.
Negative experience: I've been to this store a few times, but the last time we were there (January 2026), we received very poor service from the manager, CJ. She seemed unfriendly and was extremely rude to us. I asked her to get a toy for my son, and she made a face as if I were bothering her, abruptly opened the ladder, slamming it hard on the floor, and handed me the toy in an extremely rude and impolite manner. I asked to speak to the manager and was surprised to find out that she was the store manager herself. She is completely unprepared for the position. I imagine that a rude, ill-mannered, and aggressive person should not hold such a position.

Negative experience: If there was a negative star rating GameStop would definitely been awarded with that ! My case did not started at the Florida mall but I went there to trying to solve the issue and it got worst. So I bought a Diablo IV steelseries arctic nova 7 limited edition headset from the online GameStop store. For my surprise when I opened the box what was there is a pre owned arctis nova 1 and all dirty by the way. As I’m a tourist and got to Orlando on vacations, I was just enjoying the theme parks and everything and I only opened the box one day before I went home when I was packing up my luggage. Then I contacted the customer service and all they said was we’re so sorry but you lost the window to return the product. By ONE DAY ! Then I explained that I’ve been deceived and the headset was not the same that I paid. The customer service sent me emails telling me that they would make the refund and open an exception but then in other email I guess they just changed their minds, and told me to try at a local GameStop. So then I went to Florida mall GameStop and tried my luck with the manager of the store who told me unfortunately he couldn’t do nothing at all that the system just blocks any action that he could do, and this already happened to him before and that this sucks but it is what it is. So this proves to me this is more common then I could possibly imagine. And as I’m a tourist I can’t even take this to the court since at this point I’m already at home. But think more than twice to buy at this store. As GameStop is a large chain of retailers store I never imagined that this could happen, and so here I am with a used and dirty arctis nova 1 (without the dongle by the way so I can’t even use this piece of junk wireless) when I paid 150 dollars in a Diablo IV limited edition headset. GameStop never more !
Negative experience: Won’t leave you a message when they call, and will give away your preorder without hesitation after 48 hours. What’s the point in a preorder if when it’s not available on release day, and then you give it away instantly when it finally shows up 2 weeks later.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. Be very cautious when shopping at Game Stop. The company is a rip off and knowingly taking the customers money. I went to the Orlando location in search of replacement headset for the original oculus. I asked the employee if they had any in the store and he brought me a headset. I made it clear that I had the original oculus because the headset looked different. The employee assured me that it would fit so I trusted him and bought a 70.00 headset. Well I got home which I live almost 2 hours from that store and the headset did not fit. What they failed to tell me is that when I open the box the company will not refund or exchange the item. I called customer service and they were no help. Only to say “I’m so sorry “ . So basically I’ve donated money and I I have no product. The company does not care! So I would definitely buy your electronics, games Or anything from another store that will honor your return. Never I life would I recommend this store to anyone!

Fantastic experience: We love going to this location for they provide outstanding customer service! The staff is professional, always willing to help and friendly! There’s so much to see here! They have not only baseball cards, but other sports, too! This is a usual stop whenever we go to the Florida Mall!
Negative experience: Visiting from out of state/country and we waited in line for over an hour when there was only 15 people ahead of us. They had three clerks and only one checking out (which i heard was the manager?) we already had the free account but she was forcing us to get the paid membership for pokemon cards. Even after telling her we don’t live in the USA anymore she kept pushing for us to buy a membership. Clearly doesn’t listen or care what the customer has to say and just wants our money and that’s why the line is so long for no reason.
Negative experience: Something needs to be done about the clerk that’s there on Mondays mid day, he’s the only one that wants you to open an account if you want to buy a game!! From my 29YO who always has return empty handed when going to this store: “In every other gamestop i’ve been in, i can choose to not register a gamestop account when given the option, but for no reason, this gamestop employee FORCED me to register an account or he would literally refuse to let me purchase the game” Will also check if I can place a review at Game Stop’s site…
Fantastic experience: This Game Stop store is by far the best in my opinion. Everyone is truly exceptional and take pride at what they do. Ms. CJ is so knowledgeable, and kind. Jose is as well so nice and has so much patience and Mara is very nice. Truly everyone is just Amazing! Excellent customer service. :)

Negative experience: Fiz uma compra e me falaram um valor, passaram a mais e disseram que eu teria cashback, porem nao recebi, ao voltar na loja disseram que nao poderiam fazer nada, so me dar um valor menor do que gastei na loja para gastar la, nao sei pra que tem gerente se ela nao pode ajudar e ainda é ignorante. Negative experience: Worst service I have ever received in my life! They told me a certain amount and then overcharged me, saying that I would get cashback. The money never came back and when I went back to the store they said there was nothing they could do. In short, the only option was to buy from the store and they would give me a discount (for a lower amount than the extra charge). I felt like an idiot, being robed. And the manager is ignorant. If I could I would give 0 stars

Negative experience: I went in to buy video games at 7:00 p.m., then the guy who was working talked to me in Spanish (as it is my native language) i took my little in-laws to buy a videogame and this worker started talking bad things about me to his partner in English, which I obviously still understood, later someone else who was with me went to pay for his own order and the guy threw a tantrum and fell to the floor complaining because we paid separately, terrible service.
Negative experience: The guy checking me out signed me up for the membership without my consent and hit the yes forms for me before I could even look at them.

Negative experience: Suggest ordering from Amazon, Target or Walmart instead. I did an online order, paid and came to pick up. And I apparently ordered to the wrong location. No One has ability to change it to let me pick it up at the store I am at (even though it is in stock). The rep at the store said there was no way to change the order to the store, I called the main customer service number they said to call the store that has the order to transfer to this location at town center, called and that store said they can't, call customer service they said I can cancel and order at the Town Center store and the manager can update the price since I already purchased it at that price. Go back to this store and the rep makes a call and makes sure to be rude while talking to whoever with statements such as " exactly, that's exactly what I told her" in a tone to be sure i knew he was annoyed. Game stop needs to get with the times and allow for easy customer service fixes. This should have been such a simple request to grant.

Tardaron 6 dias en entregarme el pedido, yo ya no estaba en el pais y no se hicieron cargo de la devolución, lo que me ocasionó un montón de gastos extras. NO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO!

Then she tells me that the sweatshirt was $40 after 30 minutes waiting and being told that it was $30…. I asked if she was the n manager she said yes and did nothing to help us out… very disappointing, the service is awful awful awful. NEVER going back. Kaitlin you suck!

Negative experience: First of all they need to answer there phone, i have call almost 20-25 times and everytime it goes to no answer. Second of all they need to pay attention to there job I placed a order at 2:35 pm to be delivered same day to be delivered at 8 pm, I placed the order and pay extra for same day delivery, i received a confirmation that the order has been placed and it's been prepared almost 5 hours pass by time frame of delivery it's getting closed and not even one notification of your order it's out for delivery. Right now it has all ready pass the delivery time frame and i bet you they won't do nothing tours my late delivery and will be receiving my order probably tomorrow who knows. It's unbelievable that website and everything gives you a full confident of when it will arrive bit no status nor a phone answer to make sure that my order will be shipped out or a even a call from GameStop to at least notify me that it will be late. It's absurd that I placed a order way on time to make sure it gets prepared and to be delivered.

Not only did they help out with recovering my partner's Pro account but the leader, CJ, was also very helpful and kind when it came to selling our Nintendo Switch. We had lost the AC Adapter and nowhere else would take it, but CJ made it work for us and helped get us the money we needed. She was genuinely kind and a true help during a rough time.
