Positive experience: The interaction with the employee was strange, he just pointed us to our area of interest. The attendant barely spoke to us, didn’t sell us anything and reacted as if we knew everything in the store even that it was our first visit to any GameStop.

Negative experience: Is this store even open? Called 3 or 4 times today no one picks up

Fantastic experience: My sons were able to find the remote control that they have always wanted on sale here. It was even cheaper at this store than online stores!

Negative experience: I bought a GameStop ps5 cooling system 2 weeks ago at this location , I asked about the return policy I was advise that I have until January 1 to return the item . I just bought a ps5 and the reason I want to return the cooling station was because It didn't work on my ps5 . So I went to the store to do the return and they told me I can't because the box was open and that I should of make a research before purchasing an item . I am very disappointed I've been a GameStop customer for over 15 years and I can't return something that I don't need, I didn't use and it don't work . How the heck I'm supposed to know if something works or not if I can't open the box . They didn't even want to do store credit . I didn't even rip the box or nothing, everything was wrap on it original packaging... Never coming back to GameStop .

Fantastic experience: Jan the Man! He hooked me up with the Nintendo 3Dsi and helping me find a game that was lost in the process. He was so patient and personable with me and I really appreciate how much he went out of his way to help me out! Pokemon has a special nostalgic place in my heart and I’m grateful he went all out to make sure I relived that experience. He deserves a raise!!! If I could give him 6 stars I would!

Negative experience: Just to let other people know, the workers here will add game warranties without telling you! Specifically a man named Isaiah with dark curly hair, so watch out. The warranties are not free, and to scam you out of seeing that they're adding things without your permission, they use your points without telling you too! Be careful coming here. It's unbelievable what people will do nowadays. We didn't even get greeted at the door, haha.

Positive experience: I have only a handful of interactions with Gamestop so please keep this in mind when reading my review. I have sold a few PS4 and Wii games and received much less for them than expected but I suppose Gamestop marks them up on resale quite a bit for profit margins. However, every employee I have interacted with in the Orlando area has been friendly and helpful, especially when helping me find Switch games that are appropriate for my 6 year old son. Overall, their service receives high marks but the prices for buying games and selling your used ones is not as I had hoped for.

Negative experience: The prices they gave over the phone for how much they buy back xbox one s controllers and games were not nearly even close to the price the store associate gave us when we got to the store. Even the store credit value was ridiculously low. They would only give .88 cents for NBA 2K19 and .77 cents for another game. And $13 for two controllers. I don't think so. Better off keeping them

Positive experience: I've gone multiple times and received trade offers that do not match what the website is offering. They are lacking stock for alot of items I've seen at almost every other gamestops. 3 out of 5 because I have had very neutral experiences here.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this store my wife went to buy a ps5 and was told that she had to buy a controller as it is part of the bundle which is inaccurate information. She was told by Alfredo she couldn’t sell the ps5 without the control my wife told him that doesn’t say that online however wanted the ps5 for my son so still purchased it. She then called other stores and was told that was not correct. She was basically forced to buy an extra controller without her needing it. We have returned it.

Very Welcoming and clean environment, as soon as you walk in you are greeted and theres always a friendly face ready to lend a hand and answer any questions asked. They always call me for my pre-orders when they arrive, they explain the perks of the Pro membership and the protection plans benefits, plus they are stocked with a surprisingly good amount of merchandise and collectibles from T-Shirts all the way to Socks! I’ve been to many GameStop's in my life, but with the customer service Alfredo and Mesmer gave me, it was more than just a store visit, it’s an experience. The rest of the team is as eager to make sure your visit is a good one! This is my go-to destination to acquire my POP’s and anything else i need, and I’ll always know i got the best deal!

Normal prices games but great used games for consoles like the 360, wii, wii u, ps3, etc. But anybody ever notice how expensive the used ds and 3ds games are, they don't even come with cases for crying out loud.

Negative experience: Drove across town on the word of another store for something that was listed to be in-stock at only this store. Called 8 times before I left my house and no one ever picked up. Just someone answering the phone could have prevented a wasted trip when we discovered that it was out of stock here, too.

Negative experience: Sold me a used discolored black controller that the R2 felt weird, the inside of the joysticks were dirty with some type of food or dirt, the mic plug in was hard to go in, and sold it to me for 80 dollars. And i had to use it bc there were no more controllers in stock anywhere

Negative experience: Picked 5 games off shelf for Christmas presents for family members and my son. After searching for 20 minutes they found 3. Had a sign up for shiny Pokemon, so as a consolation prize for my son, I tried to get that but apparently they "ran out" of those as well. Disorganized dumpster fire - don't bring your kids they'll leave sad.

Negative experience: I pre ordered the mandalorian helmet for $100, What comes out on April 1st. I called them twice to see if it came in, no one answered. I drove to the store what is like a 17 minute drive to get to the exact store I order it in. On top of that I have a V8 what is not very gas friendly. The person at the counter couldn't give me a exact date, but it will be here SOON. I waited until the 5th called them again still no one answered. I drove there AGAIN, turns out it should arrive hopefully on April 12... Like seriously I pre ordered that bloody thing, shouldn't I get on the day it drops.

Negative experience: Went today to trade in my PS4 1tb Slim system. The sale rep was very arrogant.. first he said i needed the usb cable that goes to the controller.. he try to up charge me 10.00 for the cord thank god i live only 5mins away. I went and got the cord for the controller when i get back he starts nit picking the console.. mind you this console is basically brand new and was hardly played on. He then complained there were stains on the console and the controller had a jammed button.. when i inspected the console and controller I noticed NO stains and NO jammed button on the controller. I personally feel as if he was trying to swindle me.. I then took the PS4 back because he offered not the 112.00 dollars on the site but 84.00 for it. I then took it to the gamestop on Goldenrod and they told me they have never seen a playstation in such great condition to be traded in and that it was practically brand new.. lesson here don't go to the gampstop on lake federica they will try to up charge you for anything they can.. Worst experience ever as a gamestop customer.
