Negative experience: I called this location on 9/23 to inquire about the preorder bonus for silent hill f, the steelbook case. I was told that they had 30 steelbook cases and that 15 of them were going to be given out on a first come, first serve basis. I preordered online and arrived an hour early on 9/25, and there were 3 people ahead of me. When it was my turn, I was told that they had just given out the last steelbook to the person in front of me. I have no idea if the person I talked to on 9/23 made a mistake on the amount of steelbook cases they have, or if the manager stole all the steelbooks to resell on ebay at a later date, or what is going on, but this is a ridiculous way to treat your clients. This behavior is exactly why gamestop is shutting down stores and going out of business. Ill shop at amazon/walmart next time.

Today I tried to trade and they said their power went out YESTERDAY so they can't accept trades today... Absolute nonsense. This is a dumpster fire of a location. Go elsewhere.

Negative experience: If you're gonna buy a Switch 2 or any hardware really from this store MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE BOX BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE! 2 weeks ago I came here for a Quest 3 and got a box with a bag of rice in it and didn't realize until I opened it back home. As of making this review I am still waiting on a word from the company regarding a refund/exchange. Absolutely terrible quality control on their behalf.
Negative experience: Literally made everyone wait outside in the rain until the exact time they were going to open (which was 3pm) just to get a number so they could come back again at midnight to pick up the newest game console. Really terrible way to treat your customers.
Negative experience: Never go to this store 11241 E Colonial Dr #215, Orlando, FL worst customer service very unprofessional! The “person” behind the counter had a I do not care look like he didn’t even want to be there ♂️ he didn’t even care or wanted to help me with my needs. I returned my ps5 I was having issues with it so they exchange it for another one that was refurbished . As soon as I got home with the refurbished system that was damaged as well.. I went back the guy this time with a disgust look on his face was rude again and he didn’t even care the second time he had no patience .. I asked to speak with his manager and he told me no way to get a hold of them, I was very disappointed and stressed went back again returned gave me another one the 2nd system inside was dirty and nasty / scratched up. He didn’t even bother looking at it or testing it out for me before i walked out .. The only place that took care of me was the Oviedo mall I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I suggest to everyone to go there they are very professional and took care of my needs. Best customer service I’m very pleased!!

Negative experience: Did not honor preorders and changed their mind down the line on their preorders. Purchased 15 Pokemon card packs and only received 5. This store also does not accept grades cards so I don’t see any reason to ever visit this store again.

Negative experience: It’s been 30 minutes since the store has opened and no one will pick up the phone. I’ve called 6 times for it to go to voice mail. Seriously ridiculous, at least pick up the phone and put me on hold if you’re busy.
Positive experience: They have Xbox games and PS4 games ams PS5 games all pre-owned. They also have gift cards. They little stuffed animals nut I don't known what there called. They also have controllers for Xbox and PS5 that are preowned. They also have the little bobble heads. They have a PS5 base stand and PS5 controller holder and also PS5 stand for games themselves and Playstation cable and they also have PS5 for $699. There are games on the right corner but did not get to see what they were.
Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here. I spoke with Eva over the phone before coming in and asked a few questions. She sounded really nice and seemed to really care. When I walked in, I questioned her about the game and she had already pulled it for the shelf and was ready to checkout. 10/10 EVA!!!!

Fantastic experience: Somehow, this store has better stock than most of the other GameStops in the area--possibly because it's a bit more out of the way to get to (complete with difficult access from the main road, a bit). However, the employees are always quick, kind, and willing to put things on hold when I need to drive 30 minutes or so across town. Have found two hard-to-find newly-released games here on two separate occasions. Always satisfied with their selection.

After one experience where I get laughed at by the store manager kat and alex the employee for for asking to cancel my membership and expecting them to do their jobs. They were extremely un help full. Did not want to give me any information. Refused to call customer service everything i asked she told me i had to go back to the original store i purchased the item from.
Fantastic experience: The only place was able to get a PlayStation 5 before Christmas without standing in a line a waiting to see if I can get one. You can usually walk in and purchase what you need within mins.

Negative experience: Drove 30 minutes across town to buy a game. Got to the store at 2pm, to find a hand written note saying the store was closed. Won't be bothering with this location again. Nothing but problems at this store. I'll drive the extra distance to go to the Oviedo Mall location from here out.

(Thank pandemic) I bought a shirt and the young man forgot to take the security tag off before I left, but we were engaged in gaming info and his knowledge was impressive. On top of that In the past two days I’ve called the store a total of 17 times to only have 3 of those phone calls answered. Once my pre order arrives I’m never dealing with this location again! Absolutely horrible.
