Negative experience: Absolutely horrible! I get a voicemail last night at 7pm that my game I pre-ordered and paid for in full is available to be picked up starting today and to make sure I come within 48 hrs or to call so I drive up there 1st thing today only to be told the other person screwed up dates and its not available to be released til tomorrow. Last time I pre-order thru gamestop

Fantastic experience: I dropped off several old basketball cards to be sent to be PSA graded at this store. This is a new service that they are providing for customers. The staff were welcoming and made the process very simple and smooth. I recommend everyone who wants cards graded to submit them through GameStop, it is the cheapest and simplest way to do it!

Negative experience: Was a bad experience, employee was on break and was suppose to return 6:14pm and didn’t return to open the door until 6:31. While 10 people were just waiting around on him. Will never return to this location and they should have better integrity at their job!!

Fantastic experience: Melissa was literally the greatest GameStop employee I’ve ever dealt with in my entire time shopping at GameStop (20 years I would guess). This GameStop has had excellent employees and I’ve enjoyed frequenting this location for the last 5 years.

Negative experience: Went inside to purchase a game for my son. Standing around for 30 minutes . The associate Joey had no control , there were two lines to the register . I asked Joey a question where’s the line he didn’t give me an answer . Look like he didn’t care . Not great service at all . Very disappointed .

Negative experience: If I was able to leave 0 stars i would I run a small business in the area and answer every call coming in even for advice. I called another store they answered told me the item I needed showed one in this store I said to myself cool I was willing to spend $200 plus also get protection and carrying cases to protect what me and the wife got for the kids this year now mind you I have a switch lite already coming in so I was going to spend the money and just get another one because the one we ordered said the 27th after Christmas now on shipping. so I told the wife you keep it for yourself I’ll get the kids another one locally so we have it for Christmas and was going to spend more on things to protect 3 switch lights that would have been what another about $200 $250 on products to up the sale on products going out the door the fact that they won’t answer me is upsetting but it goes to show how management is running this set location compared to the other one not to far from this one! Your district Managers should be on the store employees and the manager there unless This district manager does not care I called for the last 30min I gave up not even someone answering to put someone on hold or even a hey sir or ma’am we are super busy can I take your info and call you back in 15 to 20min nothing and I don’t even shop at GameStop and this here shows me not to even waste my money or time!

Negative experience: Very rude. No greeting as we walked into the store. Never acknowledged our presence. Didn't ask could he help us....never evenlooked up and just moved around the store as if he was alone. No one else in store so no excuses. Makes me want to NEVER shop at game stop period. Whoever was working 07/18@7pm needs more training in customer service.

Positive experience: I went to this GameStop. Staff super friendly and very knowledgeable. Gave me some good co op recommendations. Ran into issues at checkout. Once I got my receipt noticed a $3.99 1 year game warranty charge for my game. Ended up refunding the whole purchase and left the store. Make sure to check your receipt. They will offer you a few things for you to pre order, buy their membership, and a useless warranty at checkout. Guy made the warranty sound like he was doing me a favor. Never said anything about there being a $3.99 charge for it.

Negative experience: If you are thinking about buying any hardware this was my experience. I purchased a controller for the Xbox on cyber weekend after a few hrs of gaming the left thumbstick base started malfunctioning I contacted razer online and they advised I return or exchange it at the store. Went to the store a few days later to exchange it for manufacturing defect the first question from the store clerk was did I purchase the warranty I stated no the product was defective and I needed to exchange it for another. They did not have another of the same item in stock so they had to order and mail it to me. A bit of an inconvenience but I agreed then the clerk tells me that I owe an additional $22 because the controller was no longer on sale. I explained I’m not purchasing but exchanging a defective product and I’m not paying any extra money. The lead at the store overheard our conversation and intervened he fixed the price. The clerk then pitched the warranty I declined. The clerk then asked if I wanted free shipping or expedited for an extra $2, 2-4 days he said I agreed. This was on 12/3 it took GS 2 days to process the order got a shipped notification on 12/5 estimated arrival 12/15! 2-4 days expedited shipping. This is an example of why online retailers like Amazon are killing local store sales. I paid for expedited shipping that will take 12 days to arrive. I will not be purchasing any hardware at any GameStop in the future. The clerk and lead who attended me were ok help not rude.
