Negative experience: My local GameStop in Ocoee closed. I tried to give this location my business and the employee working tried to make excuses on why he couldn’t take my trade in. Went as far to insult me by saying the system had imaginary bugs. I went to a different location and was treated much better and they took my trade in with no issues. I will never give this location another dollar of my business and wish this store closed instead of the Ocoee location that I went to for over 20 years.

Negative experience: Money hungry company makes no sense you put sales on games but want to charge more for a pre owned version because your low in stock then I have to go look for it if I want it no convenience for the guest and not a great look on how price points are made and won't make it fair because of there policies ....

Fantastic experience: At first I was disappointed, I bought a PS5 and the disk drive did not work. But luckily a gentleman named Jonathan helped me replace the broken unit with a new one. He made it very easy. Definitely turn a bad scenario into a good one. Thumbs up to this guy.

Negative experience: I bought a game for my son at this store, when I got home and son opened it, it was empty. Went back to the store the next morning, store was closed, the kid was on a long break or something. Didn't bothered to go back just got the game online.

Negative experience: This place never answers the phone the people are portly overweight never know what to do can't answer any questions refer you to the website the website can't answer your questions so then they refer you to calling gamestop customer service line who then refers you back to the store for questions.

Pre ordered saints row with hopes I’d be able to play it the night before like always but they said they are no longer doing the early release. There goes my night off to play. I’ll def just order from Microsoft directly next time. GameStop has been butt honestly since covid.

Fantastic experience: I initially gave a negative review because the store was not opened when it was suppose to be open. BUT I have to update my review. Although I did not go in and make a purchase my fiancé did. He was extremely pleased with the level of service Jonathan provided. He offered him a genuine conversation and great customer service. Which as we know is hard to come by post-pandemic.

Fantastic experience: This is what my children call Daddy's toy store. Not saying it can't be mommy's toy story but it's definitely one of Daddy's.

Negative experience: I went to the store to exchange my headphones because I bought a warranty with them. Well needless to say the guy would not exchange them so I called corporate and he still refused to do it. So of course I called another store and they did it for me with no problem because he said that's what warranties are for. Well glad he did exchange them at the apopka store because the guy was so nice I bought $300 dollars worth of stuff which I would have done in the Kirkman store but the guy refused to exchange my headphones.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. My kids know all about anime, latest games and newest consoles. I walk in knowing little to nothing and the folks behind the counter could write a Essay on whatever question I ask. As long as they are still standing I'll be there for all my gaming needs. Negative experience: My partner is currently in the store and I attempted to enter to grab them, for a medical reason I needed to leave. Afro haired guy at the door wouldn’t even listen to me. I’m asthmatic and they just threw their hands up and slid the grate while I see my partner in there. Just needed my inhaler but I guess this store staff does not care.
