Fantastic experience: An amazing store with a great inventory and a friendly, helpful staff! I have both sold them games and movies and purchased some great gems and prices have always been far. I go back to them first when I slim down my collection.

Fantastic experience: Was a nice shop with a good variety. Had a very large selection of DVDs, blue rays, etc. All sorts of games ranging from old to new. If you are looking for a movie, this would be a good place to go.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with the selection, especially with some of horror movies. I've been to similar resell shops down in Memphis and even though they had more inventory they lacked quality. I know it's constantly changing though through people selling to Replay, so maybe Toledoans just have better taste?? Prices were very reasonable, lots of stuff for $1.99 or $4.99 and a section of 99¢ DVDs. Staff were friendly and knew their inventory as well. Definitely going to be coming here regularly to see what stuff they get in and get more punches on my card.

Fantastic experience: traded in a couple of games and was impressed with the amount of store credit I got. Their 99 cent movie selection can’t be beat. This last time I was there I got all the seasons of Dexter (except one missing) for $20!

Negative experience: Refused to take my federally issued ID/passport for transaction as I don’t have a local Ohio drivers license days after moving. So, do you not want business from people who are traveling, or recently moved? Real shame. I’m not a meth head, I’m a clean shaven, clean dressed dude in his 20s. Actually ridiculous.

Negative experience: I’ve been going to this store for years trading in and buying Blu-ray’s and games. I had money left on my trade in card( I asked for the balance after the last time I used it and even borrowed a sharpie from the clerk to write said balance on the card) well I go in today and suddenly my balance is zero?? Nothing they can do unless I had a receipt from last time I used it but that was at least a month ago and I don’t have it. So I’m just out that credit? What a rip off

Positive experience: Great movie selection/show selection as well, it’s been month since I bought these shows so partially my fault for not immediately opening them up and playing through the discs to make sure they all work, but I’ve got 2 seasons of a show I’ve been watching that just refuse to work whatsoever, super disappointed. I also bought a saw movie from them a while back and recently realized they had the wrong disc in said dvd case which was also a bummer.

Positive experience: The business itself is OK, Some of the staff are amazing Like Ryan, Brandon others ehh. Most of the stuff is reasonably priced and in decent condition, sometimes you will find a error in something and sometimes the newer employees don't know you can't buff Blu-ray or ps4 games. Other then that we go there alot.

Negative experience: Wow let me just say was NOT happy with my service here I got a ps 4 form here had to go back 4 times one of the times they gave me new controler for my time but by the 4 time ps 4 was still not to find it they gave me the wrong cord so I drove back 4 times for the wrong cord wow plus on top of that the new controler they gave me for my time they took back so I had to ask the guy can I get something for my time so they gave me a used controler poor quality control I will not be going back for anything NEVER BUY USED GAME SYSTEM HERE you will get screwed! Buy new or go somewhere else not here!

Negative experience: Okay tell me why I bring games and my switch in last time all was good I was happy then this time they can’t help me or take it and they don’t even care to take a look at any of my stuff or take my switch that was only used one or two times sayin there are scratches on the screen

Negative experience: So I went in and I took a Wii and they told me there’s three people in front of me for a trade-in but now I guess there’s nine people in front of me. I took it in three days ago and they’re saying I have nine people in front of me even though they told me I had three when I took it. Everything’s also overpriced and they lowball on everything. All they want is your money for the games or your system to make money on.

Negative experience: Sold me a Genesis that was missing a panel, went to sell it back a month later and he didn't buy it because of a missing panel.(so it was good enough to sell but not good enough to buy)..then I purchased a PS4 the disc open/eject had issues and same guy does not honor his own return policy..I use to love that place but that's some scumbag business ethics.. also 2 weeks after I wrote this I see many people having trouble with the same guy... It heartbreaking cause 1 tall skinny brown buzzed hair cut with glasses person has ruined the entire store , atmosphere, everything, the other people that work there use to smile and be outgoing, not anymore, that individual store is dying.

Negative experience: I was a long time customer here and after today I will not be. I was getting ready to drop over 2000 dollar this week after settlement check drop to purchase all my funko pops back from the store and some more but who ever is in charge there now as ruined it for the store. Very rude, well not even try to work something out to make a sale nor on trades or buy back how ever u want to call it. I miss Jen and big red they where great and reasonable and always made sure to make the customer happy there at all time, the tall skinny dude with glasses needs to go, I have seen ppl walk out upset cuz of him and I seen how he deals with ppl who know there stuff on items on trade ins. Very sad and disappointed with the store direction and how he answers and I “ plenty of ppl come here we don’t need ur money” very sad and disappointed I will not go to any replay store anymore in this city I will be going to ur competition and eBay u will not see another dollar from me at ur store ever again.

Negative experience: Idk who manager is, male..tall skinny with glasses. Maybe he isn’t a manager but thinks he is? Went in to ask questions and hopefully find something cool for my sons birthday. This guy is a creep! Made comments about my body as a “joke”. Then had the audacity to ask for my number. I didn’t feel safe in there alone. Won’t return to this location, hopefully he doesn’t work at the others.

Fantastic experience: Come from Michigan once in a while, friendly staff always find some kind of treasure there.

Negative experience: The staff were very rude and it felt like they were just trying to get me out the door. I would put zero stars if I could. I’d find it hard to recommend this place to anyone, especially after the employee didn’t even attempt to help me. Never spending my money here again and I’d advise you to do the same.

Fantastic experience: These kinds of gaming stores are becoming rare. GameScape is McDonalds and this place is Schmuckers. They have a knowledgeable staff and all the old school items GameScape won't carry or even take on trade. Their strengths are retro games and collectibles, but they carry all the new systems as well.

Negative experience: Dear neighbor, there is a neighborhood right behind your store that has to suffer through your touchy alarm system some of us work at ungodly hours of the morning and it makes it very difficult when your alarm is always going off. I know we have had this exact same talk before but still there has been no action this time it went off at 7am on my day off I’m not to happy with this so please move your alarm to face W. Alexis Road and NOT the neighborhood behind your shop. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Like its sister location, Replay is an excellent place to find a decent selection of both newer and older games, ranging from the switch and Xbox one, to the Atari 2600 & intellivision. They also carry plenty of DVD's & BluRays, some gaming & av accessories, and have an excellent return policy on used items.

Fantastic experience: This place is perfect to go to if you're looking for, movies, posters, games, and even figures! I love collecting amibos from here as well as some anime!
