They helped me figure out what specific storage card I needed-was 1000% lost- and gave us a great deal too! They even had some WWE guys he was looking for! The free arcade games they have are so fun! Everyone working was so helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome! Def worth stopping by if you’re in the area! It’s a really nice atmosphere compared to the other local resell shops. This is gonna be our new regular spot for SURRRRRE!

Fantastic experience: Huge fan of this shop that carries literally everything pertaining to an affinity towards media. I went it to scope the place out based on a buddy's reccomendation and was greeted by everything a man of retro appreciation would admire. There is clear passion influencing these halls, and I encourage anyone wishing to purchase media of any decade to investigate. The list would be shorter of I described what wasn't there.

Fantastic experience: This is an incredible store! Everything is organized, well-lit, and the owner helps people find anything they want quickly. If it's video game related, they have it. They've got a designated TCG counter. Everything was nostalgic: the music they played in the store, the CoolBoarders 2 intro playing on loop on a TV, and the demo game stands. Reminded me of the good old days of GameStop and Walmart. And they've got anime merch (Manga, wall scrolls, DVDs, etc) too!

Fantastic experience: This place is incredible. As soon as you walk in, it’s pure nostalgia and happiness. First thing I noticed was how incredibly clean it is inside. They take excellent care of their display cases in their store. It was my first time there, we drove down from Michigan. I wanted to show my eight-year-old daughter some cool retro games that she is just starting to get into video games. Hi myself, have not played in a really long time but we recently got a PS5 so starting to get back into it. Just a really awesome store and really friendly staff. So many video games it’s super impressive. Talked to the owner and he’s such a cool dude. He happened to have some tickets to an upcoming comic-con event that he offered to my daughter and I. So cool. Have told all my friends and will definitly be back.

Fantastic experience: Solid selection of retro to current video games. Good selection retro consoles as well. Not in to Pokémon but the counter was busy and there appeared to be quite a selection of loose cards and old to current sealed packs. Definitely will be back again.

Fantastic experience: Just went in there today, visiting Toledo from Columbus. There are so many gems to find here, and the staff were very friendly! I was just looking to get a certain cheap game for the Wii, but I was given so much more. We'll try to stop here again and again when we're back in the area!

Positive experience: Awesome place! Great inventory and awesome staff. Prices seems reasonable and one of the staff even helped me get set up with an adapter for my new Atari 2600! Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk in to Secret Level Gaming you are greeted by nostalgia and happiness. While you sit there looking in awe at the games, boxed consoles and toys, you hear a beautiful gorgeous sound calling your name… it’s the soundtrack from Halo on Xbox, you walk over drawn to the sound and you discover an original Xbox kiosk which you can play for free! I felt right at home, Isaac and his right hand man were so kind and friendly! I made some fun purchases and I’m so happy!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been there yet but imma give it five stars because I have a quick question, btw it’s far away so I want to know if there is Skylanders there because I have been looking for them everywhere and I couldn’t find them but I’m rating this a five star because it’s looks really clean and a lot of retro gaming items.

The staff was super friendly and we loved wandering around the store looking at all the cool stuff. The prices are great and they were very nice and honest about what my stuff was worth! They even gave us a free figurine! We'll def be coming back to shop sometime when we aren't in a hurry, I love all the pokemon cards they got and the japanese exculsive gaming stuff

Fantastic experience: I found secret level gaming on Facebook and thought I would stop in and see what they were about. I have to say, I was surprised beyond my wildest dreams. I felt like I was reliving my childhood with the fantastic selection of retro games spanning from Odyssey 2, to Sega game gear, Nintendo game boy, NES, SNES, and more. The staff is in&are Amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even on their busiest time of the year, they were more than willing to not just help you but also carry on a brief conversation in order to better assist helping what you needed to find. Also, from the bottom of my heart, not only thank you for being amazing, but also thank you for having a blue Sega game gear In stock. You have a customer for life, and happy holidays!

Fantastic experience: The owner, Isaac, is a nice dude who made great use of the space he has. Store is open, inviting, and has a broad array of retro games, collectibles, and even trading cards for sale.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised by this store. Prices on desirable games were less than online pricing or right on the money. There's something for everyone in the store too. Pretty amazing there's definitely no wasted space. I think every employee in there helped me and my family at some point. They were all great people. I ended up trading some things in for store credit and the prices they offered me were super fair. It beat listing the items myself for sure. I couldn't recommend shopping here enough. I can't wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: Amazing small business with big business energy and quality! The owner and staff are kind knowledgeable and PASSIONATE about gaming which is what customers NEED! I have sold Pokemon cards here a couple times now and the offers have not disappointed! They also have a massive amount of hard to find items especially within the retro & Japanese videogames and systems! Upon seeing prices for used/refurbished consoles as well as many TCG and collectibles, I have definitely marked them on my list of places to shop for the holidays this year as well as birthdays. I will definitely be a returning customer for life!

Was able to bring them a couple MTG cards that are hot right now and they gave me a nice amount of store credit so I could buy more packs and have fun ripping them! Definitely will be back! If anyone needs a Spectacular Spiderman boarderless or a full art foil Terra , The Adept they got them and others! They also have a really good selection on packs that are very decently priced including Phyrexia! They might not for long though because ill buy it all! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Excellent, Friendly service and extremely good selection of Retro Video games and collectibles, one of the best in NW Ohio. Has some import options too. Prices are fair and even have some fun arcade machines set to free play. Had a fun time and made a purchase of a Wii game when I was there. I will be coming back really soon!

Fantastic experience: Really cool place! I was browsing online trying to find a good spot for retro handheld stuff and this place exceeded any expectations I could have had going in. They have a plethora of older consoles and games in general, more than I could have anticipated when I decided to give this place a try. The guy I talked to (owner I think?) was really chill and seemed like he was genuinely into the stuff. Place seemed well maintained, had great prices, a great selection, and an overall great vibe to it. 5+ stars for sure, I have every intention of making this place a regular stop of mine for the foreseeable future.
