Negative experience: Terrible prices. My wife wanted to do something nice for me so she went out and bought me some pokemon cards. Well she doesnt know anything about pokemon cards, but the store sure did when they marked a single etb up over 100% of msrp. She clearly didnt know what she was doing and they took full advantage. Shame on you guys.

They have all the new and old consoles, Dvds, blu-ray, funko pops, laptops, retro toys and a huge collection of pokemon cards! Definitely enjoyed my experience! Negative experience: ‼️‼️SOLD ME A BROKEN AND DIRTY CONSOLE‼️‼️ Bought a Ps3 back in January for my game room didn't get to actually try the console till now (which ill take blame for) but the console doesn't work and is completely dirty inside which make me believe nothing was done to make sure it worked beforehand but since i bought it 4 months ago (which it should be a yr warranty on used consoles) they're telling me its nothing they can do and im basically stuck with it horrible service

Fantastic experience: If anyone in the area needs to make some extra money and you have any dvds or electronics laying around unused, stop by Disc Replay on Monroe Street. They payout fair prices, more than I was even expecting. They even bought an unused TV I had. They payout cash or will give you store credit .

They have tons of older and newer games, some plushies, just. Stuff. And! They also discount games sometimes, like. I believe I got Splatoon 2 for $17 when I stopped in, which I was really excited about. obviously idk if its still gonna be the same price later, but still! Good deals, good people, good selections. I enjoyed my visit a lot :3

Fantastic experience: Needed a few dollars due to an emergency. Came into the store. It was clean and spacious. I was helped immediately. The attendant explain the store policies and made sure I was comfortable with them before continuing. They had other orders ahead of me to check. So they gave me an estimated time. Which wasn't bad based on what I saw they had to check before mine. They gave me a call when my assessment was ready. Which I believe to be fair. And I had no issues receiving my cash. Also the attendant was helping someone trade in their pokémon cards. She encouraged the customer to hold on to one of the cards as its value has been going up. She didn't have to do that and most stores would have probably just tried to lowball the customer who didn't know what they had. That's an extra star in my book

Positive experience: This is a new store in Toledo, some things are marked ay good prices, however they have no clue how to mark a used music CD, they price them at what it cost new, or a few bucks under, so they are out of touch in this area, no way LED Zeppelin cd sells used for 17.00 Amazon sells the same cd for 15.00 new, so im trying to understand selling used for more?

Negative experience: Dropped off several items to sell in a laundry basket and cardboard box. The items they didn’t want were returned in the cardboard box and my laundry basket was apparently “thrown away”. They offered to give me one of their used bins and coupons to their store. I don’t shop at these stores, that’s why I am selling my items, so the last thing I want is a coupon to their store. (Or a used bin that has been who knows where) The least they could have done is offered me a few dollars for not returning MY basket. Now I am out a $12 laundry basket that was basically brand new. Super disappointed. I did not need the cardboard box back. They could have done the right thing and returned my items in the laundry basket…not the cardboard box! I was also quoted (over the phone) $255 for my items, but when I went in to “cash out” they gave me $172. I’m not sure what the process is, but they should not call a customer with a price if they haven’t evaluated all the items. In hind site, I should have clarified over the phone what they were buying so I would know where the price discrepancy was when I went back to get the items they didn’t want. Two lessons I learned…don’t take items in a basket you want back and make sure you ask what they are buying when they call to quote you a price!!

Fantastic experience: EDIT**I’ve been here a few times since their official opening and each time has been great! Most recent interaction (today) with CANDACE went just as well. They’re always friendly without the phony customer service facade and have always been fair in their offers when selling old electronics. I also love seeing the whole place come together as they continue to add more and more items to their shelves. It’s clean and well stocked without looking cluttered. Heard about Disc Replay over the radio, a new business opening up and they are buying electronics/gaming systems/laptops/headsets, etc. We had a good amount of old gaming systems, controllers, a laptop, games and a few movies stored in our back room once everyone upgraded to newer systems throughout the years. I took in 5 bags and they bought everything except one damaged PS3, a few games, along with a few cords that ended up not working. I was genuinely surprised and extremely grateful for their cash offer for all of our items that were just collecting dust. Employees were very friendly and welcoming! Great first impression, will definitely be back! Thank you!

Positive experience: We got home and realized we were missing a free game or movie and the desk didn’t mention to go get another. We did spend quite a bit of money but I think they were more focused on the system being down. It’s a nice store and we will be back again.

Fantastic experience: I brought in badly scratched PS2 games to get the disc repaired and they did an amazing job. I'm glad I took a chance because it was cheaper than buying them over again.

Negative experience: I tried taking my older PS4 in to see about selling it since I upgraded. Apparently they care more about cosmetics and less about functionality. They would not take it because the the top cover panel had a crack. That was it. Not that it wouldnt work. Just that there was a crack. Ridiculous. Never going to shop here or recommend to anyone.

Positive experience: After encountering an issue with a purchased Nintendo Switch light that wasn't working, I contacted the owner and she replaced the defective item with another one that works great. I was disappointed with the initial purchase, but very satisfied with the end result and appreciated the replacement and service. Good job!

Fantastic experience: This place, reminds me of buybacks, replay, allied records, so many games to choose from consoles old school, Arcade 1up Super Nintendo Sega Genesis, PlayStation 123 Xbox I just picked up Gran Turismo4 for the PlayStation 2 definitely recommend I will be going back for a future game collecting.
