Fantastic experience: I've loved going to Disk Replay for a while. It's a great second-hand store that has used devices in almost pristine condition. I've gotten my switch lite from there, Sonic Frontiers, a microphone, and an amazon fire tablet. All in great condition.

Negative experience: went in today; was told 30-45 min on a tablet eval 3 and a half hours later they called to let me know it was done (and i had less than an hour to get there before close) i go in and unfortunately i forgot my id so they couldn’t cash me out (no biggie i get that) but what i don’t get is the redhead who stared at me for 15 minutes standing in what i thought was a line (as did other people behind me) before i asked “are you available to help?” and he proceeded to tell me the receipt printer wasn’t working (okay no problem i’ll wait for the next person) but THEN another employee says that we aren’t in line and have to ALL get in line behind the now 12 or so people who have accumulated in the last 10-15 minutes i have been standing in the other line. i get upset and asked what the issue was and what i needed to do instead and said do i have to come tommrow for another 3 hour eval and the lady said “you can take ur tablet and not come back tommrow either” RUDE ?!?

Negative experience: I usually go to the Castlton location but ended up on this side of town. The screens on everything were very dirty and the air in there smelled bad. The guy with long brown hair checked us out wasn't very friendly. Maybe he was having a bad day.. idk but I'll stick to my usual place. The other staff were very nice and helpful. I forget his name but I hope all is well. Happy holidays!

Negative experience: Everyone was very nice, however, one of the controllers that I took in, that they weren’t able to buy because it drifted, they kept the battery pack and cover and claimed it was not on it when I brought it in. It was though, complete in the box when I took it in.

Fantastic experience: Justin was very nice. He helped me out with a particular game that I was looking for. He rang me up for the games. I told him they were a Christmas gift for my Grandson. He thanked me for shopping at Disc Replay. I told him I appreciated his help.

Positive experience: Good pricing but every time I go it turns into a two trip situation since I buy 4-5 games at a time and one or two need to be exchanged because they don't work.

She was super friendly, patient, and helped my girlfriend and I navigate their massively stocked store. We were searching for Garchomp Pokémon cards, and not only did she show us everything on display, but she also went the extra mile and found even more in the binders we didn’t even know about. If you’re looking for cards, games, movies, collectibles, or just a great store experience, I highly recommend checking this place out. Huge shoutout to Alyssa for making our visit awesome!

Savannah was very friendly and helpful, letting me take a look at it before hand. Definitely recommend stopping by for older consoles before certain ooother places!

Fantastic experience: Their prices are fair and they have a pretty sizable inventory. Most of the guys in there have decent customer service skills. I like this place because you can get games for under market value although make sure you checkout price matching at Best Buy and the Game Stop too you may be able to get a good price there. You may be able to get a better deal but most of the time Disc Replay is your best bet. Edit 11/14/2025: Savannah took care of us. She was awesome my son was purchasing Pokémon cards and another customer had given some Pokémon Energy cards which she informed me that Disc Replay doesn't sell, so she gave them to my son free of charge. Thanks Savannah.

Negative experience: DONT SELL FUNKOS IF YOUR NOT GOING TO MAKE VISIBLE! Large selection is behind counter you can hardly see and when ask to get closer your told no even with an employee right there but willing to waste time and go one by one. Make visible or don’t sell it’s not that hard. Lost out on large sale

The resurfacing was quick, professional, and every disc came out looking brand new — even a few that wouldn’t load before now work perfectly. The staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the process. Great prices, fast turnaround, and top-notch results. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: My previous visit, I purchased a Blu ray that I later found out had a Criterion version so I returned it back today for in store credit. Had my receipt so process was super smooth. Marlo was pleasantly helpful with seeking out another title as I shopped. Upon checking out, another employee noticed a disc i wanted to by needed a cleaning process wich took around several minutes. She did a proper search through their Playstation memory cards to get one I liked as well. Top notch service all around A+. If you shop here, make sure to check the glass cases and ceiling shelves. This place is packed with finds.

Fantastic experience: Good old-school type place, local in the sense that its a franchise. Unpolished and a little messy, but that's a positive here. If you're the type stocking back up on physical media these days, you definitely want to check it out as they frequently have good deals going on old DVDs (I think I paid something like $10 for 10 around early September 2025). Personal data collection when selling to the store is a little extreme (photos, biometrics, ID), but ostensibly goes towards keeping them out of the fencing business. Good cash or credit compared to many other options. My text message from the store to leave a review post-visit says they'll give the staff member who helped me a bonus if I do. Thanks, Jonah, you work for a cool store and they'd be even cooler if they have you a bonus for this review
