Negative experience: Don’t go there if you don’t like being profiled to steal … me and my daughter went in the store today short white girl didn’t even Speak then upon checkout, she act like it was so Hard to understand my email kept typing it in wrong. Definitely not going to this Store anymore

Negative experience: Opened up one of the power packs at a different game stop location and it guarantees 8 and up and gave me a 7, and it was a cheap BS cards. Power packs are worthless and waste of money. They then proceeded to say I’m not getting a discount on any purchases or nothing for my bad experience. I had to fight to even get a refund on the power pack. Game stop is going to shit.

Negative experience: Not sure if it's Nintendo or GameStop themselves but the shiny legendary pokemon koraidon miraidon event getting 2 sets of 50 codes as of this post is ridiculous. Not a happy camper.

Negative experience: For some reason, half the time when I show up at opening time, they are not open when they should be, and I don't even come here that often at opening time. I have been sitting out here for 25 minutes with my kid because she really wants to go here today, so we have been waiting and hoping for them to open. One time, I had to call another store who had to call them and find out what the issue was. It feels like this happens frequently, and I have to wonder if a staff or management change is in order. I'm not the only person out here waiting. There are other confused customers as well.

Positive experience: Never purchase anything here to return. Bought $300 worth things here. It's been 10 days and items have not been used. Went to return and was offered $25. SMH I recommend the pawnshop over game stop.

Also very clean and to me smells great. yesterday I went to get some of the new Pokémon set Stellar Crown I pulled Cinderace ex guess this GameStop has lots of luck

Positive experience: The staff here are pretty much the only good thing about this location. The times I've been in they have been helpful and friendly. Used game selection isn't that great to be honest but when it comes to new games, consoles or accessories they have what you need.

Negative experience: Will not be doing business at this location again or with GameStop. Employee saw the points on my account before trying to redeem, only for the app to shorten it by 20,000 points. Then when I called customer service and told them, they claimed it was a glitch and they can’t make it right. Then the female manager refused to give me her name and kicked me out of the store. Never doing business with them again.

Positive experience: Can the staffs or something put the price for the PS5 for 400 or 300 I'm trynna get one for my brother he have a PS4 all his life and he's getting bullied

Negative experience: I always call before going to this location, but they NEVER pick up the phone. When I went in, the employee was very rude and felt entitled to be disrespectful when I had asked to look at a Pokémon hard case and binder. All I had done was ask if I could see it. He responded with “only if you are buying it, you can look at this item” Not going here again.

Positive experience: The gentleman that was working at this location was very friendly and very knowable about the product that game stop has to offer. So if your a gamer this is the place to go.

Positive experience: The staff is friendly and the guy I talked to was knowledgeable about the games I was interested in. He informed me of an upcoming release. This is a good courtesy to those that might not have known. Selection was missing some of what I was looking for, but I really can not fault them because I tend to look for less known titles that players rarely sell once acquired. In total, I am quite satisfied with the location and staff but hope for a little more stock and variety of stock.

Negative experience: While the customer service was fine I highly suggest that you check the serial number of any brand new hardware that you purchase from them. They sold me a "brand new" mic and I just found out that the serial number had already been activated 4 months prior to me buying it, implying that they sold me a used product at full price.

Fantastic experience: I drive half-way across the city for this GameStop. Customer service is fantastic at this location, they've gone out of their way to make my day and I appreciate it. Sales floor looks nice and staff always has time to acknowledge my presence, make a recommendation or check inventory.

Negative experience: GameStops in general all seem to have way too much stuff in the way of just simply walking around. when it's crowded you can't move from one end to the store to the other because they have these island displays in the way. Their trade system is in the toilet. Regardless of the condition of what you're trading inthey seem to only want to give you like 5% of what it's worth. But will charge you a price that will make you cringe when you go to buy something used.

Fantastic experience: I always love coming to this GameStop, it's really nice and the people are nicer! The only complaint I have is that it's fairly small. But this GameStop has been here for years, and honestly the only one that I'll go to in Indy. Comparing this one and the next closest to my knowledge (Greenfield location) it's almost night and day. At this location you feel really well taken care of and they obviously know their games, and are passionate about their favorites. When I go in I usually ask for Jim, he's the manager there. But the whole team is phenomenal.
