Positive experience: Another GameStop store closing :(

Negative experience: Really bad customer service.

Positive experience: This location is great. Customer service is great. But I'll have to stick to online pre orders. I was told a figure was coming in and I would get a call when it arrived. I was lied to. I called everyday was instructed to call back at a certain time then I was told It arrived and was sold. Sorry.

Positive experience: They had what I needed (a used grey joycon) there was a problem with it but the exchange was not a problem.

Positive experience: It's a gamestop. A few good things buy always expensive.

Fantastic experience: I want to give a shoutout specifically to Kevin, Jackie, and Aaron at this location. I’ve had negative experiences at other GameStop stores in the past, and only until I started shopping at this specific store did I feel that it was worth my time to patronize GameStop as a business again. I recently had an extremely negative experience purchasing games on GameStop’s online store. Aaron went out of his way and spent a lot of extra time to make sure I was taken care of. My GameStop experience was much better because of him. On many other occasions, Jackie and Kevin have also been friendly and extremely helpful. I don’t really write reviews on Google much and only in cases where I feel the products or services were truly exceptional. So just wanted to say thanks to Kevin, Jackie, and Aaron for running an amazing GameStop location!

Negative experience: Whoever is working 12/7 at 1145am the guy is hella rude. I called to ask a simple question that would’ve took 30 secs I called 15 minutes before the store opened and the guy picked up the phone to tell me that the store is not opened and when I asked him could he just answer a simple question instead of helping me, he told me again the store is not opened and hung up in my face. If the store is not opened Why even pick up the phone call? It would’ve took 30 seconds to answer my simple question about my order that I’m spending $500 on. If the store is not opened, do not pick up the phone call just to tell me you’re not opened. That is very unprofessional and I do not appreciate that type of business especially when I’m spending $500 on an order that was very rude and uncalled for.

Positive experience: Staff was very polite and helpful and took the time to help us and answer any questions we had. Store was clean and the shelves were stocked. When we went it was not busy. Parking in this area tends to be busy and spots are tight also.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Noel for helping me finally get my hands on a PS5. His shift was ending but he stayed up late to help me process my PS4 trade in so that I could get the best value possible. Noel also helped me find the nearest store that had the controller color of my choice. I also had some issue with the warranty purchase but Noel and Rose were able to fix that easily.

Negative experience: It says that it is open and one arrives at the premises and it is closed they close at 9 and it is 7:55 and it is closed

Fantastic experience: Well stocked and organized. Gamestop is generally doing great and their loyalty program is better. Folks managing the stores are pretty responsive as well.

Negative experience: Terrible behavior from the staff. The guy at the counter called me "man" all the time. Very hard sell for a useless $4 "insurance". When I refused he got upset and said "It is rude to interrupt someone doing their job". Yeah right, their job is to rip off customers. Anyway they lost a $40 sale as a result of this behavior. Games are available cheaper elsewhere, e.g. Goodwill (search on Amazon).

Positive experience: The reason why I give three stars is because the employees are actually pretty friendly. However the manager(I won't say the name), is very pretentious and condescending when he speaks to customers and other employees. He won't let them do their job and talks over them. He also is very rude when they try to help him out or another customer constantly interrupts.

Negative experience: The male cashier/manager is the very definition of neckbeard living in his moms basement. He is quite rude, unfriendly, and condescending when talking about video games. I think he was trying to impress a new hire or something, he was (attempting) to flirt with her the whole time. The store was fine, but the manager wasn't, and by the looks of it, I'm not the first to experience this neckbeard.

Stores received their pre-order shipments yesterday, Nov. 1st, and started calling their customers. The figure itself is highly posable, and should be able to hold many of the in-game iconic moves. A handful of reviews are also already up on YouTube within the last 18 hours. Happy Hunting!! ️️

Negative experience: I went in to return/exchange a system I bought in another store. Not only the low life living in his mama's basement associate try to treat me like a scammer/crook, he then asked me to take it back to the original store I bought it from after he opened my sealed console for inspection. Horrible way to treat your paying customer.

Positive experience: This is game stop store like we all know it. Video game, accessories, and the like for sale. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is it's current store location prior to it's old spot(about 50ft away). You can kind of miss it if you don't like for it. The old place was very visible and bigger.

Negative experience: Ask one of the employee if I could purchase the warranty later and he said yes, make sure to do it within seven days of purchase. Came back and supposedly get the warranty but the manager told me warranty can only be purchased the moment you bought the console. It's freakin' disappointing now I'm with the used console without a warranty, hope this will last long.

Fantastic experience: This place has grown on me. I casually visit this place during my lunch and it has become by favorite GameStop in all the bay area. It's always stocked with the latest and can help with pre orders. Service is friendly and great as well.
