Negative experience: Dear Customer Service/General Manager, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store today, August 6 @ 2:45pm. The associate in question, refused to tell me his name and displayed behavior that was not only unprofessional but also rude, malicious, and unhelpful. During my visit, I approached the associate with a few questions regarding a product I was interested in. I was simply asking if the GameStop location was offering any free Pokémon promo cards with or without purchase. However, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude and curt responses. The associate seemed disinterested in assisting me and even made several sarcastic remarks that made me feel uncomfortable and belittled. To make matters worse, when I asked why he was being rude to me, the associate responded with an eye roll and a dismissive comment. At no point did he attempt to be helpful or provide me with the information I needed. Instead, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. This experience was highly disappointing and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from GameStop. I have always appreciated the store's commitment to customer service, but this interaction was far from satisfactory. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior does not happen again. Negative experience: The product it’s self is fine. However… the cashier was something else.. Sarang had a really nasty attitude. At first it was good he greeted us in with a positive attitude. However when I got my item he said “what you got for me?” And i placed it on the counter saying “just this”. He then said “can I scan it?” In a snarky voice and I said “oh” picked it back up and flipped it to reveal the barcode. And he then did the normal like asking if I had a number with them and how I’d pay and then i asked where I’d be paying because there was two scanners and we were both in the middle and in the same tone as last time said “we aren’t there yet.. are we?” Super condescending. What the hell did I do to you man.
Negative experience: Poor shopping experience. Associates couldn't tell me when products would arrive. Called and checked almost everyday. Think twice before pre ordering from any GameStop

Negative experience: It’d be nice if you guys updated your hours on Maps. It’d be nice if you guys didn’t close your store 10 minutes early. There are last minute shoppers that know that they want but work. So that 10 early close would if helped. And it’d be super nice if you guys turned your OPEN sign off if you are going to close your store 10 minutes. And if you guys close your store ten minutes early so your cashiers can count out, then maybe schedule them 15 more minutes after closing your store so they have time to count out. Other than that great store with nice cashiers.

Negative experience: pre-ordered a copy of Super Mario RPG went to go pick it up and hear there was an exclusive 6 pin set of mario rpg the cashier was like "uhh i don't know we don't have them" very upset about it
Negative experience: Gamestop again being anti consumer. First they switched the 5$ monthly pro reward by not letting you redeem it on $5 gaming platform currencies anymore, and now they make it if you want to redeem your last month 5$ monthly reward you still need to have an active membership. So spend $20 more dollars to use 5$ on a item 10$ xbox gift card you still have to pay $5 out of pocket the difference for. Shady company. Called their support line to get an answer from a lady from who was not us based support most likely who did not care at all.
Negative experience: I bought a razer mouse and it came out broken but it was the same price as a new one and i got scammed.
Negative experience: Tears of the kingdom comes out today its been years since I pre-order a game from gamestop called em if they had a midnight release the person on the phone don't remember but he started being rude and getting frustrated with me. he told me well you didnt check your voice mail i sent voicemails i was like my bad i dont check my voicemails but i appreciate it he told me pay in full before 8 and come at 9 I was like alright but the tone and the way he said things was just so rude. Imo if you don't like helping people why work a customer service job
Positive experience: They sell video games at this GameStop. You can buy new or pre owned video games. You can trade in your video games and systems for store credit. This GameStop would be better if it had a public restroom.
Negative experience: Came to buy bratz game for switch and RYAN the worker was acting RACISM had really bad experience I hope the main guy from this game stop talk to his worker

Negative experience: No point in pre ordering games when most likely the manager won't want to go through the shipment boxes to get them out on the day of release
Negative experience: DO NOT COME HERE! Had my preorders sold from under me and was never even called or told anything about it. Was offered no apology or remedy besides a return of the money that had been put into the preorders I waited a year and a half for. Staff lies about the status of items and if they arrived or not. I was told my preorder arrived and then when I went to pick up the next day, staff said they sold my Preordered copy to another customer for an event even though I made it clear I was to pick it up that same day. I don't like complaining but it just left me with a disgruntled feeling. Why does one go through the trouble of pre-ordering items if they are just going to spend the money but never receive ANYTHING. Go to curtner, staff is much more friendly and helpful than this place that actively works against its customers.

Negative experience: From the moment I walked in the store manager and the other worker were completely rude I came in to return a controller or exchange it because the one I just purchased for my son's Xbox was not working Not only was he giving me attitude the entire time he brought out a dirty controller and just tossed it on the counter and said here you go I definitely will not be coming back to this GameStop not only does the manager need to learn some customer service skills so did the other employees in the store apparently. And the remote he replaced the defective one with doesn't work either.

And one time i did something i wasnt supposed but i didnt know you couldnt do that and instead of getting upset with me and kicking me out like most stores would they kindly explained to me that i wasnt supposed to do that.
