Negative experience: I was waiting in line to make a purchase. The clerk asked me to hold on while he takes a phone call. When he finishes the phone call he walks to the other register and decides to help the customer behind me. I said “hello, I was next in line?” The clerk and customer looked at me like I was crazy. What in the actual heck……

Fantastic experience: Great customer service, I knew what I wqs there for and was in and out in 20 mins, including renewing my membership

Negative experience: They never answer their phones literally was inside their store and the clerk was not even doing nothing and phone was ringing next to them..

Fantastic experience: Teena was great. I purchased a PS5 last Friday and she was very informative about all the products and warranties they offer. I went back today because I had some questions regarding a trade in of a game I got through a bundle (Madden 23) and although the system was not allowing a return of the game because it was so new she did her best to get it done even calling customer service and while I was not able to trade it in, I really appreciated the effort she gave and great customer service she provided. Thank you Teena!

Fantastic experience: Seriously the top GameStop that I have visited. This is my regular shop nowadays, and they go out of their way to make you feel like a person and not just another customer. Most of the GameStops that I have visited have had staff that are more busy with messing around with their coworkers than wanting to help the customers. This one has very professional and attentive staff. Even if they are busy they check back with you every few minutes to make sure you know that you have not been forgotten about.

Negative experience: Everything was great except for the customer service with a certain female employee with glasses. I've had problems at times. One problem I had was completely her fault as she didn't realize that we didn't have an email account with gamestop and that gamestop just automatically makes one for every order. She didn't even apologize for making the mistake after I was forced to come another day to pick up my preorder. She also took a long time compared to the other employees. I've had a great customer experience with the other employees and other than that I would say that the place is fair.

Negative experience: Well first I went in store to pick up a controller on the 30th of July, it’s now the 6th of august. I picked up a used controller to purchase and the employee said a ramble about how these controllers were tested in a factory for any problems and there was none so I believed it and left. I opened the controller in my car and the left analog stick would barely click... how is that tested in a factory for hours... but anyways, that’s no problem... this is... I ordered a purple DualShock from there and returned the bust controller and they said it would take 3-4 days to come. 4 days later I call because I get no emails and they tell me 1-2 more days. Again I didn’t have a problem with any of this until 1-2 days later I call and they still have no delivery of my controller. I knew from the beginning they were just saying 3-4 days just to say it and I was right. A weeK later I still don’t have it. That’s annoying. Employees are nice but not truthful about shipment

Pure and utter laziness I do my job so do yours. Gamestop corp. If this is the way you train your employees to treat a potential customer I can see why your business model is failing. I was planning on buying something here,but nope!! This is not the first time I've had problems with this gamestop.

Fantastic experience: I've only been to GameStop a couple of times and each time was at a different location. I was looking for games and accessories for my son Both times I was approached by employees who were helpful, supplied opinions and suggestions and were very patient with me. Far better experience than when I visited electronic/ gaming department in the big stores but I guess that's the benefit of having employees that enjoy their work.

Had my toddler with me and the staff was totally understanding when he easily distracted. They also helped me merge my payment from another gamestop fir a preordered game. Amazing customer service.

Friday 11/22. they opened 2. registers only. and the so long it is outside the store. the worst crowd management ever. imagine u have to wait outside in the sun and inside. the store managers should be fired and staff get more training on crowds management. disappointing.

Negative experience: You know how you see ppl on YouTube talking about how GameStop robs it’s customers I been a loyal customer for over 12yrs I started gaming At the age of 6 my dad and mom would take me to buy games at GameStop all the time. So today I was at Target and was like hey a GameStop is right next door let’s go check it out so me and my wife go in we check out what they have in stock and was like hey let’s get a controller so we are waiting in line and I over hear the cashier telling this gentlemen with his son that Star Wars Battlefront 2 Pre-owned was $35 I had just bought this game not 3days ago from another game stop I usually go to (NEW) for 19.99 there website has it for 19.99 so I butt in i know I shouldn’t of done that but the kid remind me so much of myself as a kid and it was the lil mans birthday I told the cashier i had just bought that game 3days ago and showed her on the GameStop app they have it listed at 19.99 (NEW) not online at store only and she didn’t even look at the phone she just straight said not at this Store so all the other GameStop have the special From 7/2 -7/15 but this location guess some one is pocketing all the cash... I will never go in that spot again bunch of crooks stealing from a man that’s just trying to get a game for his boy shame on you. You know who you are I should call corporate and report you

Positive experience: I go here fairly often. This store is not the closest Gamestop to me, but it is my favorite. The staff is helpful and they know what they are talking about. Unfortunately they are forced to try and sell you a bunch of things you don't want (protection plans, pre orders, strategy guides) but they don't usually push the issue at this location.
