Negative experience: Every time the app shows in-stock, the clerk always say idk, it should be on the floor. This place’s inventory is way off. Every single time. They literally have a system to keep track of this , how can you not know. L-A-Z-Y DO NOT RECOMMEND Seriously

Positive experience: I have mixed feelings about GameStop. As a company they do Zero to stop scalpers from hoging all the Pokemon event tickets and merchandise. I wish they did more to spread out the opportunity to get event items. Anyway that's how I feel.

Negative experience: Don't ask for pokemon cards because dude will huff and puff and start being rude to you. All his answers are idk, i have no clue, and start rolling his eyes at you. I get it must be annoying to hear the same questions every day you work but c'mon be less rude, you at least want to get a sale done. As for the girl with the glasses i didn't get her name but she is really nice, she will go above and beyond to let know what deals are going on and are coming soon. Very attentive and excellent customer service. As for dude i don't know man needs to liven up a bit

Negative experience: I didn’t like my experience today, I went in to buy some cards and the cashier Dominque asked for my phone number and then my ID instead of just putting it in myself. I’ve never had to do that before. Bad customer service I think.

Negative experience: wasted my time. I ordered a pickup for a new Switch game, but when I received it, the physical game box was unsealed and just taped shut. This doesn’t guarantee that the game card is new—it could have been previously owned. However, the staff was kind and took the time to explain the situation to me, so I’ll give her a good review.

Negative experience: I stopped in on the 17th to browse, and let my child pick out a new stuffed animal. When I walked in, the associate named "Dom" was with a customer and he was having a conversation with an off the clock employee who was hanging out so I wasn't greeted and that's ok, he was alone and with a customer so it was no big deal. I found a game and my little one found a stuffed animal she wanted. We got in line, he was still with the same customer and still chatting with his friend, so I waited. Almost ten minutes later, he hasn't said a word to me or anyone in line but carried on with his conversation. He got to a point of counting cash and decided he had enough of counting, went and got a cash counting machine and plug it in and start over. At that point my child was losing it and I was done. I put back the items and left. Don't think I'll be going back which is too bad because it used to be a nice shop and still has a wide selection.

As soon as I entered I was greeted by the friendliest of employees who was not only very kind but she was also very knowledgeable. Pointed out the sales and deals and then let me enjoy browsing at my leisure. The store is also very well stocked in new and used games and accessories.

Negative experience: Mr. Mario needs to understand the difference between being rude and a customer trying to explain that one of his coworkers explained products the wrong way. I literally walked out of the store and attempted to return the product and this dude (after not being able to answer my questions in the first place) tells me that I’m in the wrong for being MISINFORMED! Glorious!

Negative experience: Ive been on the phone with these ppl for the past few days checking up on a order that one of their associates took via online for me. The same person a guy with the first letter of his name being M repeatedly told me I’d receive a email mean while not checking up on my order. Apparently I received a email in my spam yesterday (saw email today) which I called and he said the same thing but if he had taken the time to actually check the status of my order yesterday when I called he could’ve told me how to fix it instead of me finding out a day after and having to call back n having to hear him say the same thing that I’ll receive an email before hearing me out. Then when I bring it to his attention he doesn’t apologize or nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WONT BE RETURNING TO GAMESTOP PALM AVE bc of the BS!!

Negative experience: I was referred to this store from another GameStop which was out of stock of a game that I was trying to purchase. I tried to call this GameStop Prestige on Palm Ave. to confirm that they had the game in stock. After trying twice with no one picking up the phone, I checked online, which stated that they did have the game in stock, so I drove over to purchase it. What was disappointing was that they did not actually have the game at the store, and that the listing on their system was incorrect. It was a frustrating and extremely disappointing experience.
