Positive experience: Wasn't there long because they didn't have what I was looking for but the young lady behind the register was very helpful in telling me suggestions about where I could go to get what I was looking for.

Negative experience: Employees did not answer the phone so I can make sure they have the item I want to buy and by that I was not able to get my item

Negative experience: Completely rude staff. My order sat for hours and when we called they cancelled because they didn’t have the right colored controller. When we asked why he couldn’t sub it or just cancel out the controller and we get the Xbox we paid for he said it doesn’t work that way. On top of that I was still charged for the warranty on a game system I do not have lol what a joke. Currently on an infinite hold with customer service, let’s see how this goes Update, spent a hour on the phone spoke to Sam she said she could reopen the order and transfer it to another store. Told me I’d get an email in 10 minutes. 2 hours later I get an email saying that wasn’t possible and I had to place a new order after waiting for a refund I’m not sure I’ll receive. I am officially done with GameStop 500+ on an order that was cancelled now Christmas is going to be a little less joyful. Worst experience ever.

Negative experience: Never answers the phone and always has a made up or dumb reasons as to why they’re closed when they’re not closing early.

Negative experience: It's 5:40pm Dec 13 ,2023. The location is closed. No sign on the door or windows about closing almost 2 hours early or anything on a change of hours for the holidays. Smh. I'm.the photo you can see the gate is down behind the window.

Negative experience: This GameStop used to be good but now u can’t get them on the phone they supposed to be open but doors locked meaning closed and sold me a copy of a used gta 5 for ps5 for full price not recommended Bartlett location way better

Negative experience: It was 11:08am and it was on a Wednesday . They had the doors locked . So I called , the first time it rang all the way through but when I called again they continue to hang the phone up on purpose. So I kept calling upset and they just didn’t care to even answer and just let it rang. Honestly this is the worst service ever and since they can’t do they job . Just close it down. Unacceptable

Fantastic experience: Thank you Ryan and Alex! I called Gamestop to ask when my online order would be ready. I informed Alex at the time that my husband and I are both sick and could we do curbside. The two of them coordinated a smooth exchange. We arrived shortly after, called to let Ryan know we were there. We pulled up to the front of the store, Ryan came right out, we showed id and order number through the car window, and he placed in the backseat. Great customer service!!!

If you want better go to Game Exchange on Summer, huge selection and no salespeople pushing you for a "Pro Membershit"!

Negative experience: Wish I could give them negative stars. I called the store and yes they have both games I want. Order online please...so I go straight to ordering and all of a sudden it’s not available. Get to the store and I have to wait 20ish minutes for them to get the order...when they could have taken my order and filled it and took my money...$130 worth. No one in the store and can’t answer the phone. Pathetic service!!! Lesson learned...I’ll just buy new from one of the big guys since the little guys can’t handle their game. And not to mention your little description...IT’S WRONG...they only do online ordering...you can’t place an order at the door like it leads one to believe.

I felt really bad for them since the air conditioning was out during my visit, but the employees did their best at remaining positive and not letting it affect their high level of customer service, despite the high temperature. Great job. Even though this location is a little out of my way, I will return in the future based on the service I received.
