Positive experience: Usually it’s a good experience but yesterday one of the employees acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking a price of the pro controller for the switch. He was very rude and impatient. I do not know the name of this employee however

Positive experience: Clearance was by one get one free always have good stuff on clearance from action figures to cosplay /movie tv props even games board games and video games

Negative experience: The employee was very sweet, however he was being forced to work in horrendous conditions. The AC is out and I can say for a fact the manager does not care, I went to the other location to make the return I was trying to do at the mall and I actually spoke to said manager and I said at least the ac works here. He actually said oh yeah the AC has only been out 2 days at mall. And then laughed. I guess if your not the one working in those conditions then your not really worried about your employees or customers. Also, I paid for extended return with my pro membership and have the sticker inside the game and the manager said it didn't matter. So, off to yet another location where maybe I can finally return it. .

Negative experience: I was told a product replacement plan could not be looked up if I wasn’t a Pro Member, that’s ridiculous. For now on I will shop at Walmart Best Buy or Target for consoles.

Fantastic experience: Very small store with a limited selection but overall homey and the clerks are always so kind and fun to just talk shop with.

Positive experience: Went in to return a game and get a refund. Employee was not polite. Acted like he was doing us a favor. Will not go back

Positive experience: The new warranty policy sucks. I will not shop here anymore or renew the membership.

Positive experience: The presentation of the store seems outdated. And it sucks the the gaming industry just cuts off selling older games.

Negative experience: Store hours posted....30+ minutes after opening no employees, not open, no customers....why so many problems with this location?

Negative experience: The wolf hase mall location sucks it needs to be closed

Positive experience: Went in there because I had a gift card and they don't carry but a few games for my console,which is an Xbox 360. But they have a bigger stock of Xbox one games.

Fantastic experience: The dude at the cash register is a very chill dude( you'll find anything with no problem. If they have the thing you're looking for of course.

Negative experience: Look like there going out business,low inventory.

Negative experience: The workers here are absolutely terrible at customer service. They all act like they don't want to be there. Sean (or Jim) is by far the worst employee I've ever seen at a GameStop

Negative experience: Used property is always defective or damaged not worth the headache.

Fantastic experience: Employees are so kind and helpful. They weren’t pushy about the membership like other people are saying. So what they give you less for your games, they have to make a profit when they resell and honestly I didn’t care because I didn’t want the games anyway. The only place I could find the ps5 bundle so I was really happy

Negative experience: The receipt machine broke and they wouldn’t give us our funko pops we bought and had to wait for receipt smh. They take too long and we called them later and 99% of the time they don’t pick up

Negative experience: They charge you for things you don't ask for and get aggressive when you don't want to sign up for the membership. Overpriced games and unfriendly staff.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting. The young man was very helpful to my granddaughter. He took time with her. Wish I had gotten his name to mention in this post.

Fantastic experience: My first pick of all Gamestops around Memphis! Right behind it is the Oakland Gamestop, and the Wolfcreek Gamestop. You feel welcomed as soon as you come in the door and Sarah the manager there well help you with whatever you need!

Negative experience: Store looks empty (shelves) and unkept. No one ever says hello or asks you if you need help.
