Negative experience: Terrible, we purchased a game and was charged twice. I called the store the next day after I checked my bank account and he told me that he couldn't help me that I had to call customer service. I called customer service and the lady said she took care of it and I should have a refund. I called back today and another rep told me that the previous rep lied that I have to go to the store which the store employees are saying they can't help me. So I paid $48.14 twice for one game. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Ronnie took the time to look up something for my friend who I was with and then told me how much I could save with my pro points on the backpack. Her customer service was the best I have ever received at a gamestop if I ever need anything I'll be coming in to see her!

Negative experience: I was told the xbox series s couldn't hold the amount of gigabytes that call of duty had. The series s has 512 gigs and call of duty is 115 gigs ish. They also told me i had to buy a hard drive to play cod because of the storgae space. They lied to me and told me the external hard drive was gonna cost me 200 dollars, which on amazon its 80 dollars. Very bad service and liars. Wont be going back there

Fantastic experience: The employee was great, very friendly and helpful, plus an added bonus that I caught them while they were running a trade-in special. I'm a little disappointed that I didn't get the free basketball offered with the game. But the game is still great and I'll continue to return to this location. For the most part, any visit to any one of their locations is a positive return.

Negative experience: Every time i have gone into this store the staff have always been unhelpful and generally rude. They act like your bothering them by being in there, and very stand off-ish. I do alot of business with game stop, but will never do business at this location again. This store needs 100% new staff.

Negative experience: 7:01 PM this location was not able to give me in store credit... the guy was unsure how to do it. Very rude and un helpful.. I bought a new call of duty that was defective didn't want a new so I wanted instore credit. Told me to come back tomorrow. This would of been Resolved if they answer the dam phone.... gamers will be getting my money from now on

Negative experience: I really don't know much about games and the guy that was on staff today 10212019 @ 1pm was just rude! I asked him questions about a few games to see if I would like them. and I even told him that I don't shop for games much (one would think he would meet up to great expectations). by the time that i chose a game and checked out and I asked him if the store took my card because some stores don't and that would be more complicated, Idk if it was that question that made him ask me for my ID. I have been there before and they haven't asked me and it was the same clerk. Never going back there again. I gave two stars because the place was nice and clean and the games that I was looking for was in one section though the prices were different from the online price.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the most friendly GameStop locations I've been to. My children explored without feeling like they were doing something wrong (with parental supervision!). My husband and I were assisted to find the games we we're looking for, and they even talked some ish while we were there too lol. Overall this location is down to earth, friendly, and has some of the best customer service I've seen by far

Fantastic experience: I saw online that this was the closest location that has a game I was looking for. I wasn't thrilled to drive about an hour when there are 4 locations within 15 minutes. It was worth the drive! Awesome employees that went above and beyond to help meet my family's needs. I don't know when I'll returning though. Although the experience was excellent, it's just too far to justify going to when I have multiple locations that are so much closer. I do go to that area, but very rarely so I will definitely try stopping there if I have time!

Negative experience: So I went to gamestop to buy psvr. Staff was helpfull to inform me on a pre-order going to be in stock so I pre-ordered it. I was told it would be in stock in a week, it took three weeks because the employee told me the wrong date. Once I finally pick it up I get a phone call the next day that I have to bring the box back in because the employee did not check me out correctly and I had no warranty on my vr set. I live in blair I'm not going to drive all that way just to give you the box. I gave them the code they needed over the phone. He told me to just come in to pick up the new receipt, and I will get a $5 coupon for my troubles. When I went to pick up my receipt there was over a 30min wait in the checkout because they only have 1 employee working. Then she can't find the receipt so I had to wait anther couple minutes. I also did not get the coupon I was promised. It's infuriating. The worst part is the person working does not like playstation and loves x-box. It was not pleasant listening to your worker tell customers in from on my that my system is "crap and not worth the money". Also the Playstation games are "terrible and all have fake reviews that are paid for". Really gamestop? I bought 2 different ps4's from you and your employees like to say how crappie they are? The amount of money I spent over the last couple years in your store is not small, and I will be taking my buisness elseware. You need to make sure your employees know to not be biased what talking about systems, and just stick with the facts. If i wanted a "super fast system". I would buy s pc, because pc blowes both systems out of the water on speed. Leave your personal feelings out of it. Overall terrible service, terrible experience, and I will not be returning to gamestop.
