Negative experience: Hugely disappointing. It's my kid's 11th birthday. Attempting to bring his best friend in for some vr time. Here I am, at the front door. Time to open is listed as 2 pm. It's 2:10. And the phone number listed on both the door and the website (same number) isn't working. DRG gaming, making 11 year-olds cry. Not a good look, folks. Update waited another 10 minutes. 3 more families came by only to be disappointed.

Negative experience: I guess these people open whenever they feel like it ‍♂️ i had a long plannd date with my son and they were closed tuesday at 5

Fantastic experience: My son loves playing virtual reality games. When we visit the Sunday market, we have to show up here. Rob makes us feel like family everytime. Lifetime customers here for sure. Thanx Rob!

Fantastic experience: The owners, Michelle and Hanjin, and everybody in the store including Noah and Rob are all very kind and friendly. I hosted two private events with over 34 people in total and we all had a blast. The experience is affordable and the accommodation is superb. The games are always very fun and easy to learn, and the staff are always willing to help.

Fantastic experience: Michelle and Gin were amazing! Very patient and knowledgeable about the VR games. We had 5 teens entertained for 2.5 hrs. Every time they wanted to switch out the games and headsets, either Michelle or Gin helped to make adjustments to the equipment. I also watched while both helped other customers rotate through, providing more than just customer service but true kindness, knowing that it’s a new technology. All ages were welcome and seemed to have a great time!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are both over 50 and don't know much about games but the guy at the desk was very thorough with his explanations and directions so we gave it a shot and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be returning....maybe we will even bring the grandkids along next time

Negative experience: Terribly disappointed to see on their Facebook page that they will be joining a strike on Nov 3rd 2021 over enforcing vaccine mandates. This is dangerous for any establishment to refuse to enforce but especially for one that specifically requires patrons to put shared equipment over faces. Will not be visiting in the future, this place has lost my trust. Put the safety of your patrons and your staff first!

Fantastic experience: DRG was easy to book for my sons birthday for sure. The games were explained for the kids and owners assisted in any way that they could. They sanitized. They offer a spot in the back for cake/food/present time and offered to clean up afterwards. This was a good space for a smaller birthday party for a teen's birthday party.

Fantastic experience: We traveled from Olympia to play games and one of the machines wasn't available for 2 person experience the person on duty was more than accommodating to make our experience worthwhile and the children had a good time, but most of ALL I enjoyed the writing on the wall

Negative experience: I went in with my wife for an hour of VR gaming for two people, and it did not go well. The only employee working seemed nice, but they were very unhelpful. They had us put on the VR helmets, but did not tell us how to adjust them properly or make sure that they fit before throwing us into a game. The screen was very blurry until I adjusted it myself and fixed it, and even then it wasn't exactly right and was uncomfortable. Eventually I was able to adjust the headset so it was mostly comfortable, but this was maybe 30 minutes into the experience and I had to waste the time that I payed for adjusting and figuring out the headset on my own. It was also very unclear when our time actually started. From the time that I put on the helmet to when they kicked us out could not have been more than 50 minutes. They need to make a lot of adjustments to make this a worthwhile experience, or they need more than one employee trying to run the whole place.

Negative experience: I actually liked the value. BUT ... the employees do not explain anything, and their binder of games gives no explanation. Treadmill units were down. Get on two stations, nope the game isn’t available. Took 25 minutes to get us into our third choice of a game with a promise to not count on our time. NOPE, other dude turns off machine, time is up 35 minutes later. Cool place, poor execution. And the rip off on time earned this review. Do better.

Fantastic experience: Fun and friendly staff, keeps you well informed of everything regarding the equipment and any concerns one might have. Ridiculously fun, and a good work out on top of it all!

Fantastic experience: Super helpful and friendly staff. It was my first time being in a VR rig and the time flew by. I got a half hour and it felt like 10 minutes. The happy hour pricing is killer.

Fantastic experience: Well cared for hardware an comfy setup- No wires on the floor an decent size play areas. Bought my own setup within days of my visit. If you're on the fence regarding VR tech, hit this place up and experiment with the many games.

Fantastic experience: I found a Groupon for this a while back. Finally went with a buddy.... AWESOME! Neither of us had.... VR'd before.... They have 3 stations with the Vive? They had 2 stations with the Oculus Rift. We chose the Rift. Played a game killing Zombies in a wild west themed game (PG). What a riot! Of course I won.. They have happy hour 3-5pm at least Monday thru Friday. A great rainy day activity. Perfect for Federal Way. Located in the Commons Mall, closer to Macys.

DRG has a wide range of games to choose from, and several gaming stations. The girls and I were very please with our experience. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone.
