Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars. This GameStop location has been excellent every time I’ve been in. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and clearly knows their stuff. I stopped in needing a new PS5 controller, and one of the employees recommended one of the newer V2 versions. I ended up going with the green and black one, and I’m really glad I took his advice. The matte material feels much better than the older controllers, and the battery life has been noticeably better too. About a week later, I placed a fairly large order for a Switch 2, a few games, and some accessories. Everything was packed quickly, and when I came in for pickup, the same employee who helped me with the controller was there again and greeted me with a smile. That kind of consistency and customer service really stands out. Overall, this is a clean store with solid inventory and genuinely great employees. They seem to be doing a lot right at this location. Only slight downside has nothing to do with the store itself — the plaza is a bit of an odd mix with two sex shops, a Taco Bell, and a smoke shop. Dream lineup for some people, probably a little awkward for others. But the GameStop itself is top-notch.

I don’t have the receipt because i bought it awhile ago and it’s now being opened. what a waste. employees need to be more careful when putting the correct disc in.

Posted hours & online hours say open until like 8pm…it’s 3pm double checked that the store was open online in multiple places before heading that direction. Sucks to waste to waste to and be expecting to play games with kids, to find a handwritten note from yesterday that they were closing early. ONLINE HOURS SHOULD RELFECT WHATS GOING IN!!!

Experiencia negativa: I ordered Call of Duty Vanguard from the website and it was ready for pickup within an hour. Now that isnt an issue whatsoever... Let me tell you. I promised my daughter that we would play it that evening after we eat dinner, but Google and the website states the store closed at 9pm. The issue at hand it that after driving from North Richland Hills all the way to this location arriving at 7:30pm to find the store completely gated and closed with a hand written sign stating "Sorry for the inconvenience, but we closed at 6pm." I know Google lets you easily update your store hours for customers. This should have been done! Now after days of calling, I still cant reach the store since they dont answer. This is horrible customer service and it needs to be known this is why GameStop is going out of business! - I should have just downloaded the game from Playstation! SMH

Aside from being too expensive (same games at walmart and are $10 cheaper), they have the world’s worst return policy. If you open a new console and want to return it, it automatically loses half of its value. HALF! I wanted to exchange my switch lite with a switch and was told that they’ll give me store credit of only $100. I bought the switch lite 2 days before I went to return it. So it lost $100 in value over two days. The problem is I asked one of the employees if I can return it, to which he answered you have about 5 or 7 days to return. When I went to return it the manager said it was a misunderstanding and that I didn’t understand what the employee said Needless to say, im never shopping at this store again. Why shop here when everything they sell can be found cheaper in other places? Places with a great return policy if I may add.

THE STORE MANAGER FIRST SAID THAT ONLY ONE PS5 PER HOUSE HOLD AND YOU MUST HAVE A DRIVER LICENSE AND NO ONE CAN HAVE THE SAME ADDRESS PER PERSON TO A HOUSEHOLD BUT HE SWITCHED AND LET THREE MINORS IN FRONT OF MY WIFE WHO ALL STAYED IN ONE HOUSE PRE ORDER AS MINORS, AND DID NOT HAVE A DRIVER LICENSE! HE ALSO STATED BEFORE THE START OF THE PRE ORDER IN LINE THAT IF YOU WERE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AND DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY IN FULL YOU COULD NOT PRE ORDER BUT LET THE MINORS UNDER THE SAME HOUSEHOLD COMPLETE AN ILLEGAL PURCHASE UNDER THE SAME HOUSEHOLD AND ONE OF THEM DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE CORRECT MONEY TO PRE ORDER THE SYSTEM! I AM VERY UPSET AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS GAMESTOP ON COLLINS OR ANY GAMESTOP IN THE FUTURE! The Sad part is I felt as though it was racially motivated because all 3 kids were White and for the fact all 3 was accompanied under the same household and did not accompanied a Driver License and he said one per household and my wife was right behind them just to hear were sold out made me very upset and angry, never will GAMESTOP ever get my services ever again I’ve had an account with GAMESTOP since I was 13 and this will be the last time

Experiencia positiva: Staff are helpful, keep the store well organized and you can tell they have a passion for gaming. Occasionally the lines can get a little long but that's generally caused by certain customers holding up the check out process. Still not sold on the Power Up rewards program switching from 10% discount on used games in lieu of a $5 monthly credit but we shall see. People who don't buy many games will probably benefit depending on how long the credits remain valid. Those who frequently buy games reap more than $5 a month in savings IMO.

Experiencia fantástica: Google MapQuest help me find the store I wish the store was in a better location but other than that there is plenty of parking to definitely be able to go in to GameStop the person helping me at the store was very knowledgeable he helped me with my purchase as well as keeping me up to date with all the new games I love The vibes of the store it was very clean there were two people at the store even if it was just one they are very good at trying to assist you and others and try to accommodate people as people walked out of the store they always said thank you I definitely appreciate the customer service at this GameStop definitely it's a good must go place!!!
