Experiencia negativa: giving attitude for no reason when his job is so simple, and was trying his hardest to not let me get a refund when i had just left the store after buying the game not even 20 min ago. lied to me multiple times as well about a game. i can’t even get a sentence out without him interrupting me, and giving attitude with it as well. just do your job no one needs that extra bs that you wanna give the customers…

Experiencia negativa: So I just contacted GameStop "After I just called six other GameStops" asking the same question!! Asking about a product that they were going to get in the following day. They LIED over the phone and said they couldn't release the quantity of product that was being put out all over the front door! But COULD ONLY SAY THAT THEY ARE LIMITING PEOPLE. DO NOT spend your money at this GameStop!! They are shady extremely shady people!! A lot of inside trading going on over there! I Hope the managers working there get terminated from their position. I will be contacting their Corporate, regional manager, and HR department on this location specifically. This is absolutely absurd. Breach of their loyalty to customers. DON'T SPEND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!

Experiencia negativa: Super unprofessional, went in on multiple occasions and the manager and guy with the Deadpool jacket were really polite but I was underwhelmed with service of the lady with the purple hair and hickys. not a great attitude and not very helpful. Supr icky to see that especially when I bring my kids with me!

Experiencia negativa: The reason im leaving this review is because the associates need to be trained on their reserve policies. Preordered Space Marines 2 and was told I'd get the steel case even after showing them that I wanted the gold edition that was shown online. They said no you'll get it with the standard too. I was told today that no you had to reserve the gold edition online so that the store would get shipped a steal case for me to pick. I called for 2 weeks after picking up my copy to be told sorry no steel case because we told you the wrong info. Not coming back to this location.

Experiencia negativa: Their clearance prices are not accurate. I bought clearance shirts and Funko Pops. They have BOGO free on clearance items. I was overcharged $12 from my purchases. Plus I’m a PRO member.

Experiencia negativa: Really disappointed to show up 15 minutes after it's supposed to be open, to find it locked up. It's OK though, there's a Walmart in the same parking lot. They'll get my money going forward

Their staff is amazing here. Haven't seen customer service like this in a long time. Courteous, professional, and polite! They really go above and beyond!

Experiencia negativa: Wildly frustrated with how I was treated at this store. I have over 320,000 lifetime points with GameStop and I walk in today to see if they had an extra copy of WWE 2k22 on PS5 and when the staff member said no, he said "this is what you get when you think we are talking out of our a** and don't preorder your games like we suggest." This has been my primary store for years since the Stanton Plaza store closed but I'm bewildered to be treated this way after so many years.

Experiencia negativa: Called this location asking about getting a replacement ps4 USB chord my kids lost for their vrbox to game console. The guy I spoke to speaks too fast and is supposedly the manager, he definitely does not know his products! Lol he said he is not a walking encyclopedia after he asked me "is it a micro USB" and I told him Well you tell me your the pro. This guy's all about the sell and more than likely not a real gamer definitely a lamer! You would think GameStop would train their sales staff on the products they sell!

Experiencia negativa: The manager, Damon, is not only unhelpful but arrogant and argumentative. I have shopped at GameStop for over ten years and never had a negative experience until recently. Damon, goes against corporate policy regarding coupons which, I discovered after calling the help line to see what can be done to enforce a uniform experience at all GameStop locations. I was informed they will do nothing in regards to having all GameStop conduct business in a similar manner but rather, leave it to the managers discretion. People should avoid this location at all cost. If you value supporting honest people go to a different location or even shop online; anything would be better than supporting a business that does not value their customers as GameStop has recently proven.

Experiencia negativa: We usually spend quite a lot of money at this place. We used to be regulars, but won't be anymore. We got a used copy of GTA 5 that I had bought for my brother, and when we took it home, it wouldn't load onto the Xbox One. Turns out it had huge scratches on it. The copy was trash. Who would resell such a messed up copy? We thought it was no big deal since we had a warranty on it, so we took it back the next day. The staff was helpful and got us another used copy, however we expressed our concerns when we immediately saw scratches on this second copy. The guy assured us that the scratches were "minimal." My brother brought it home, and again the copy was trash; it would not load. We even tried it on a second Xbox, and nothing. Errors kept popping up that the copy was unreadable. This time we were pretty upset because when we took it back, they told us we had to go to another Gamestop to get another used copy. After having to drive to their bad business three times, I felt that was ridiculous. They had new copies of the game and didn't want to at least give a discount or match the price of the used copy. I truly felt that they didn't appreciate our business and were just trying to rob us of more money, since they wanted us to buy a new copy. I will never shop there again.
