Experiencia negativa: Didn't even acknowledge me. The store is as big as a living room and the two employees just kept yapping about their favorite Mario Party. Even when I walked right up to the counter. Selection was poor if you're looking for anything that doesn't use a disc.

Experiencia negativa: They don’t do returns. They were very rude on the phone. I went in and got a karaoke game and a mic which they told me will work for the game I bought and it didn’t. Now I’m stuck with a microphone I’ll never use. I’m very disappointed in this store. They didn’t even offer trades. I could care less about a refund they should at least make it right considering the told me it was compatible with my game.

My husband and I are frequent customers, and the owners are super friendly and helpful, the game selection is amazing, and we're almost always leaving with some great find. I can't recommend this place enough if youre looking for a great local retro game shop! (And the Stamina Bar next door is a must for any gamer!)

Experiencia fantástica: Cleaning I found my Old Xbox 360 and the power block went bad. I wanted to see if my last save on Skyrim was still on it. The owners were so friendly and helpful providing me a power block that worked and batteries for my controller to miraculously find Skyrim still downloaded and my 100 hour save file! If you have any gaming needs you need to check this place out, the service, help, and knowledge is fantastic! 5 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience! I had no problems dropping off my PlayStation 4, during an all day gaming tournament! I was quoted a reasonable price for an HDMI port repair of 120$ plus tax, which compared with elsewhere in Omaha. This was the best price I’d been able to find. Owner was absolutely amazing and courteous as could be. He gave me a timeline of when to expect it back by and told me that he would be in touch when it was finished. The other part that really makes me appreciate coming here, is that if any other work was needing to be done that they would contact me about it before proceeding! This place is a little gem in the midst of all the shops for video games that are still around in Omaha!! I’ll definitely be looking forward to coming back to check out the game selection on a day when there isn’t a tournament, but happy to know that they host such events also.

The owners were supportive, enthusiastic, and so friendly and capable in helping the kids get set up with their games and helping them find something they would enjoy. Birthday kiddo declared that all future birthday parties will be at Gamer's Oasis! This was one of the easiest party organizing and management experiences I have had yet. Incredible service and the amount of games (and knowledge) available is incredibly impressive. We will be back :)

Experiencia fantástica: Have worked with Gary on a number of occasions - not only does Gamer's Oasis have a considerable variety of games across all the major consoles through the years but also the products are in great condition. He is very helpful re: making sure you have the right accessories to bring your old console life. Have purchased multiple games for the NES, SNES, & Sega Dreamcast as well as an AV to HDMI converter. Outside of the product offerings, Gamer's Oasis has a great space for gaming so if you don't have a console to play on, they have what you need all in one place.

Experiencia fantástica: I was given a PS2 that belonged to a friends roommate and it sat in a box forever with a collection of cords and cables. Having not played a PS2 in like 15 years I didn't know if I even had what I needed to make it play. I took the dusty unit and the tangle of cords to The Gamers Oasis and asked for help with it. I was having some friends over the next day and thought it would be fun to break out and play. The owners at The Gamers Oasis were delighted to verify it was working and explained what cords I would need to connect to my TV. I was not given any controllers with the unit and they did not have any for sale in the shop that day but while I was shopping for games they called several other stores asking if they had controllers in stock and then told me where I could go to purchase them so I could have them for the next day. They not only helped me but also helped another small business (and a competitor) by sending me elsewhere to buy what I needed. Any business that serves customers well and wants competing businesses to do well too is a place I want to support! So thank you for demonstrating what it means to serve customers. I am delighted you are in the neighborhood.

Experiencia fantástica: Very charming place! We spoke with the owners and they showed us around the gaming room which is great for those who don't have retro consoles at home. They were cool enough to sell me a copy from their game room Sega Genesis collection since they didn't have it in stock. I came back and had my old Game Gear repaired for far cheaper than I expected; oldie but still goodie! Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I travel around the country and look for small business game stores holding a great collection on older Nintendo DS Lite, Gameboy Advance, and PS2 games. Very happy to support this small business and would definitely come back whenever we are back in town. I'm only in Omaha about once or twice a year but I always make a point to stop by and see that they have. The Gamers Oasis has a great selection of games and isn't over burdened with 70 copies of Madden so shopping there is always a lot of fun. Far and away the best part of the store is the owners. Every time I pop by they are always super friendly and knowledgeable about everything in their store and are happy to have a fun conversation about all things game related. All the games we requested were available along with a few others if our guests wanted to switch things up. The owners are very friendly and have an amazing shop if you are looking for an arcade-like experience or to purchase some videogames for your own consoles. I think it would be a great way to try a game or a system. The owners are super friendly and they are very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions. You can also trade in or sell old games. Also they sell drinks at a better price than you can get them at a convenience store. My son also went to a smash brothers tournament here on friday night which they hold every week he said it was a great time
