Experiencia negativa: Went with my 8 year old to get some pokemon cards since Walmart didnt have any. They had the pokemon cards behind the counter and i was curious to see which ones they had. Customer rep handed me a pack looked at it briefly and handed it to my son since he was the one mainly interested. The whole time my son had it the counter person was acting like he couldn't hold it and watching over him as if he was going to steal it. He didnt walk away from the counter he was just looking at it but i picked up on her behaviour quickly. I decided to just leave and not buy anything because you dont treat people like this we were there to buy. We ended up leaving and on our way out the girl was looking back at us as if she did something wrong. She absolutely was prejudging us as if we were out to steal some cards. I really hope she reads this out here holding a job and mistreating people is not ok. We ended up going to the Gamestop on Plate and there we met a nice representative who was alot nicer, spoke to us about the difference card packs and not once did she act like my son could hold a box or pack of cards as if he was going to steal. She is absolutely how you should be treated not by the previous representative ill likely never go back to this store as long as i have been in a Gamestop i have never been treated that way.

Experiencia fantástica: Lynn and Lilly make this location great! They are very patient and have personality. Which gives this location a breath of fresh air. It used to feel gloomy and I’d always go to the GameStop in Bloomington instead. But this is my go to GameStop now.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped by this site around 5:20PM while waiting for our pizza to be ready. The store associate was awesome and heard us talking about NCAA 14 which wasn't on the shelf. She decided to check for the game and was able to find it for us in the store. Really nice customer service, decent selection and prices, and it's a clean store. Easily the best game stop in south Colorado Springs, maybe the best one in town.

Experiencia negativa: Store states it's open until 8pm and there is a open sign in window but a hand written sign stating they'd be back in 15 min. Just odd with only an hr and half until close that they'd be on break. Maybe they deserve more staff not sure but what's the point of store hours if its not open to have customers.

Experiencia negativa: I went into the store to buy a Switch 2. The rep was not only rude, but condescending. He actively tried to convince me to not buy the product. I am aware of the issues around Nintendo and the Switch 2 but I wanted to get one anyway since I had weighed the pros and cons out. But that wasn't something he would accept, and just kept telling me all the reasons I should hate the console and not buy it. That's a $550+ sale I'll never give to this store. It was completely unwarranted as well.

Experiencia positiva: The gentleman that ended up helping me, was amazing. It started off rough with another associate (I don't blame the other associate, I understand that my RBF isn't pleasant) the gentleman came and was able to solve my issue (with the card they give for trade ins) and went further to help my child find the game they have been looking for. All in all, good staff and they do try to solve any issues.

Experiencia negativa: The workers here are highly unprofessional. I went in with my brother for Pokémon cards, we’re not scalpers, and the man working there said there wasn’t any left. Fast forward, I decide to buy one thing, and right as my brother and I are leaving, another customer comes in asking for Pokémon cards as well. The man working the desk said “they’re not scalpers. We still have some Pokémon cards”, and he went to the back to go retrieve said cards. Why tell me that you have no Pokémon cards, then turn around and say you do to another customer?? GameStop employees aren’t allowed to pick and choose who they sell items to, are they? It’s the same worker every time who thinks he’s better than you just because he “knows a lot”, in which it’s just him choosing who he wants to be accommodating to. Do not come here

Experiencia negativa: This place is trash, I fully pre-ordered my switch and headed in to finalize my order but they told me the registers are closed. I waited an hour outside while 50 people got in front of me so it took another half hour just to get the switch 2 I pre- ordered. No wonder GameStop is going under, they don't know how to run a business. RIP GameStop! So, pretty much if you finalize early and not go to work, you can come super late and cut everyone in line.

Experiencia negativa: I took my son here too but something with his birthday money. At checkout, the employee asked if we wanted a warranty. When I said no thank you, he quickly replied "if it doesn't work out of the box, you can't return it." So they only stand behind their products if you pay extra for a warranty. Next time I'll take my son somewhere else to buy his gaming equipment.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid the Space Center Drive store if you can. I had walked into the store to purchase a PSVR2. When I inquired about it, the manager, Andrew, decided to tell me in a snobbish tone they didn't make them anymore. However, if you look up PSVR2, they clearly sell them at multiple locations INCLUDING the Gamestop website. How such an ignorant, conceited individual can be a manager at this location is beyond me. In addition, Gamestop allows for no returns whatsoever. This includes if you simply open the box and don't use the product. Be very careful what you buy!

Experiencia negativa: Went in this evening to trade in an Xbox One S and purchase a new Xbox Series X…there were two employees present. Right off the rip, Dakota was rude! I’ve had a GameStop Pro membership for over 10+ years and bought all my games and systems through them. I’ve never had someone be so blunt and disrespectful. I was told bluntly that I couldn’t trade in my Xbox without an HDMI cable (since I didn’t have one to give them), and he told me I had to buy one of theirs. I’ve always made trades without the HDMI, as other locations use their own cords. He then talked down to me about testing my equipment, deleted my information before confirming the unit was factory rest, didn’t show me it was reset, and acted like he couldn’t see my rewards Pro account. If this wasn’t the only GameStop location that had the Series X available, I would have walked out. I will not be returning to this location.

Experiencia negativa: Lindi was extremely rude to me when I went to pick up a preordered game. She told me “buy your game and leave!” And she didn’t even give me my preorder bonus item. I had to contact a respectful employee the next day to come get it. It was the worst customer service experience to just pick up a game and do a simple quick transaction.

Experiencia negativa: Went in at 5:30 to trade some games. Was told by both employees that they stop doing trades 1 hour before close. Sound like to lazy to do their job. I drove to another location and was able to complete my trade in and purchases before the other store would have even been closing. Just pure laziness and poor customer service. If you don't want to work then just quit.

Experiencia fantástica: The two girls that work there Saturday August 5th, are absolutely amazing!! Great personalities, sense of humor was fantastic!! Their customer service was out of this world. I came in with My boyfriend to look around and the three of them were talking about their likes and dislikes devil my cry. Which devil my cry was their favorite game to play and why. Great experience!! Love them. We will be coming back just to see both of them. They also told us what deals they were promoting but one get one free. Ty for a great experience

Some of the issues where him talking bad about his employees in front of all the customers in the store, not wanting to help me out and telling me what he thinks I should buy with my money after telling him what I was looking for and what I was in his store to purchase. Getting upset at me for not wanting him to help me anymore because of his mouth. l left this location not wanting to spend a dollar in this store. I will absolutely never return to this location. Went to a different location and purchased everything I was looking for.

Experiencia negativa: They charged me more than the price listed on the product. After discussing this concern with an employee, the manager standing right next to them had nothing to say and the employee just kept telling me "there is nothing they can do." I think its fair to expect to pay the price listed on the product. The price difference was $9 and only posted on the product 5 days before my purchase but they didn't "update the sticker prices yet." Unfortunately, there was only one of those products available at the time. Please update your prices so customers aren't getting charged %30 more for a product. Not a good experience.

Experiencia negativa: You know I enjoyed coming In there at one point. But since you guys hired the new little girl who has an attitude from hell it’s been very unpleasant to go into this location. Everytime I go in she is either being rude to her poor coworkers or giving completely horrible customer service to her customers. Maybe some extra training on how to talk to people respectfully? Until she is no longer running the registers I will continue to take my business to the Bloomington location.

We saw they had good prices for a used Nintendo Switch OLED, and the employee at the counter, who I believe was named Riley, was very kind and helpful. He had wonderful customer service and was helpful in answering my questions. I definitely recommend going here, whether to purchase or to have questions answered.

Experiencia negativa: Had to write a review cuz I'm tired of businesses taking my money. I went in a couple weekends ago asking if they sell said item they told me the store didn't but online you could purchase it. So I went online and ordered from gamestop, I even purchased 10 dollars worth of expedited delivery. Gamestop lied and said that they would expect delivery by Friday, only for it to ship out Friday and be here 10 days from today. Gamestop has had a bad reputation with customers and lying. I think it's time I take my time and money over to bestbuy since when I purchase expedited delivery i actually get it in the timeframe they promised.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience I have ever had with gamestop I got a ps4 pro back in April 1 2021 from another gamestop I had the replacement plan when I went to the gamestop that I got it from they didn't have it in stock so they looked around to see if anyone had it they found this store and call and had the store reserve the replacement I had to drive an hour from my house to go to this store for them to tell me that they couldn't do the replacement do to the number on the ps4 was not coming up the person was rude the whole time I was there and told me to call the store that had me go up there and call customer service I did call my home store and was informed to call customer service when I called customer service they had no issues getting the replacement setup this store is the worst gamestop I have ever been it and I have been going to gamestop for almost 20 years I would avoid this store at all costs

This game stop said hi right away when we walked in despite being with someone else. This is great customer service. Went to pay and told him I didn’t have my mil ID on me but I had my drivers license with my military identifier on it.
