Experiencia negativa: Placed an order for pickup and they gave my order away to someone else, cancelled my order, and said I would have to reorder and pay full price for a new one. Mind you I had an Email saying my order was ready for pickup and did not fall outside or the 3 day period. They said there were supposed to be more in stock but they didn’t recieve the shipment , but how is that my fault? Yikes.

Experiencia negativa: 3rd time we've been at this location over the last year, had an arm full of merchandise to purchase... 3-4 employees, including one who appeared to be a manager. Waited in line for over 12 minutes before putting our stuff down and leaving. Service doesn't appear to be a priority at this location, each of the last several times we've been here we've not purchased because the wait to check out became an extended preiod of time.

Experiencia negativa: Usually I love Gamestop, but this one has caused me troubles as of late. I came in for their buy 2 get 1 free sale, picked 3 games out, and also got 3 shirts. The guy Jakub tried to add warranties without me asking to all my games which would've cost me $20 if I'd not caught it. On the way home, I noticed there was still a security tag on one of my shirts, so I had to turn around. When I went back, I found 3 more games and when finished I checked my receipt and saw I was charged $8 more than what should've been. The game was supposed to be $27.99 per the tag, and I was charged $34.99 for the item. When i addressed it with the employee, he said, "that sucks, it's not that much more though". When I explained that it was the moral and it is illegal to do that in the state of Colorado, they said they don't care. I asked for the manager, and he said "I had 90 price changes I needed to make, how was I supposed to know you'd pick that one?" Like it was my fault that I shopped there. I have shopped with Gamestop since I've been a kid and I've never been treated so poorly. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Experiencia negativa: O my god has GameStop went down hill and bent the knee to useless junk... Just went there today after not going for like a year. 95% of the store is more puzzles, useless crap, and more useless crap... I used to be able to go there going "ok let's see where's the PlayStation wall" but today it was ".... Where's any games at???" It's bad when a VIDEO GAME store is only like 5% video games.. not to mention when I got in line to ask if they had a copy of a new game. There was two people working there and only 1 was really working the computer's. It wasn't until like 30mins in line did a new employee come in for there shift then 7 mins after did I get helped. Had to of been my worst experience there ever.

Experiencia fantástica: GameStop had some very interesting things! One thing I wish they had more of is Minecraft apparel, since Minecraft is such a popular video game. Other recommendations are more posters, metal prints, acrylic images, sun protection clothing, etc.. Other than that, I loved the store and what it had to offer!

He was able to flow between other customers and assisting me with the purchase of a new system after my return. Experiencia negativa: Came in looking for gifts for my son. My girlfriend and I were the only people in the store and were asking about Pokémon cards and a recent release booster was available. Greg told us he would hold it for us and that there was no rush. Since we were the only people in the shop we said we would look around for a minute for other gift ideas, I asked about it being a hot item and checking out now, to which he said that wouldn’t be necessary. Within a five minute look around he quietly sold the last two booster packs; then tried to gaslight us and saying “you were told that they could not be held and to check out now” to which we then left frustrated and confused by this employee telling us one thing and then saying another, effectively ruining whatever plans we had to buying that gift at that moment and lying about his own words to hide whatever discrepancy he was exuding. A sarcastic thanks to you, Greg, super great of you to not only screw us over, but to lie and not own your own actions.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had my home broken into and my entire Collection was stolen. It broke my heart because I have spent years collecting my favorite thing, just to have it ripped away in an afternoon. I collect my Pokemon Cards to remind me of my childhood and that even as I get older, I can still be a kid sometimes. I don’t scalp them, I don’t sell them, I keep them and whenever I feel overwhelmed, I pull them out and then look through them like a picture book. I may be 30 now, but it’s the small things that make a difference. When I came in searching for some to rebuild, I was sad when I just saw some 2021-2022 cards to buy singularly. Then all of a sudden, BOOM, they brought me out some boosters and stuff and I had to hold it together. It may not replace all of my cards I had, but it was for sure a start! And I got some goodies too! Thank you for helping a guy get back some of what he lost by the greed of others. It means more than you know.

Experiencia negativa: You would think if you are listed as the only GameStop “retro” within a 30 mile search on their website the employees would have been given an ounce of training on it. The employee was friendly and tried their hardest but when I bring up a GameCube case from the retro section and the employee is looking through a drawer and pulling out gameboy advance games, and thinking it will be one of them there is a lack of training. This GameStop should stick to pop dolls and new gen consoles.

Experiencia positiva: Really terrible experience. Employee was ignorant too. Walked in for a used PlayStation controller. All of the same controllers had all different prices. Tried handing over one that was more expensive so I asked for the one for $54.99 instead of $59.99 I saw behind the counter. Well it rang up $59.99. Asked about military discount, he rang that up which SOMEHOW made it MORE expensive. He just said I’ll just ring it up again. Still rang up $59.99. Expressed concerns about price and the employee just kept saying “I don’t know” and I asked what he meant? He just kept saying “I don’t know what you want me to tell you”. I said again, please just match the sticker price and he very rudely responded “I’m new idk how to do that I don’t know what you want me to tell you”. Opened the controller and it’s CRUSTY. Not cleaned at all. Returning controller another day when hopefully another employee is working. EDIT: Changed from 1 to 3 stars. I returned the next day and the manager Bryce made things right. Apologized and did acknowledge all the things that went wrong and agreed the controller was pretty gross.

Usually have no problems here but today Kyle decided to just have an attitude for no reason. Regardless of ur feelings about people u shouldn’t be rude to people when they ask a question. That’s not how u conduct a business . And remember you get what u put out into the air.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible lying workers, called on a Sunday to hold a game and was lied to about it being held and the hours so then I had to ask for it to be held the next day and then drove across town after work just for them to lie and tell me they sold the game to someone with an online order when clearly that was also a lie because I wasn’t able to order it online the day before because it was sold out online with no options to pick up and that’s the reason I asked for them to hold it in the first place

The employees have always been very kind and helpful, especially the female employees. I have spoken to the manager too, and he seems like a very knowledgeable and helpful man. Experiencia negativa: The girl working Sunday the 22 of November rude! I literary received an email on a console the sale started today and she completely said she can’t sell it. I happened to receive this email 5 minutes before I walked in store so her say she was told she can’t was wrong. If “the big guys said you can’t sell” why did they push out an email. I called corporate line and they assured me I should be able to. Called another store and will picking it up. This has always been the location I’ve gone too. Never again. Get better customer service skills or don’t talk to people like they are a child. I questioned you yes because it clearly states the sale start date.

Experiencia negativa: The clerk was so rude. She put the wrong game in the wrong cover. We noticed this before we left the parking lot. When we came in to fix the problem, she was so rude to both of us. We tried to ignore her attitude three times but on the fourth time when she tossed the receipt at my husband, I told her she didn’t have to be so rude. Her manager came over and had to correct the situation and as he was, she was in the other register talking to a customer about us still being rude. The manager didn’t correct her behavior but to be fair I don’t think he heard her - I’m giving him excuses. Then the customer the clerk was speaking to decided to chime in and not we were being attacked by another woman and again the manager didn’t correct the issue. I’m sure this had nothing to do with the fact my husband was black and me Latina and they all were white - sarcasm. So again she put the wrong game in the case, she offered no apology but a lot of rude behavior and excuses and then continued to escalate the situation by getting other customers involved. This was in September 7, 2020 @ 15:25. By the way me and my husband are veterans and loyal customers- is this how you treat the people who have served this country at this location?

Experiencia negativa: Good place if you don't mind paying top dollar for games. Bought a Nintendo switch game cost $70 (retail value)...my kid didn't really like the game so we brought it back in 1 week later to trade it in and they offered me $18!!! I said no to the offer and sold the game the same day for $50. There are several other places in town that are way more fair in negotiating prices!!
