Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience all around . In March when I went in I wasn’t greeted or helped for some time . However when I was the guy helping finally was informative on my Xbox purchase I also purchased a 50$ gift card that I accidentally left there. I live in Pueblo . This store only left 1 vm I discovered weeks later in my inbox . They said they threw the gift card away and gave me a 1800 number to call saying it will show and prove my last purchase and they can refund it . That’s a lie . So basically I was robbed 50$ from this store. I will never return . Pure lazy recovery on customer support.
Experiencia fantástica: I'm not a gamer, but my nephew is, and when his birthday rolled around, all he wanted was video games and gear. I had no idea where to go, and then I found GameStop. The guys at this store were so helpful, and patient with me when I got the name of the game wrong and couldn't figure out what I was looking for. I especially want to thank Aaron. He was very kind, helpful, funny, and made me feel like less of an idiot for not knowing what games my nephew wanted. Thanks, Aaron! Your recommendations were a hit!

I don't even understand how or why but they are switch OLED there is 321 online at GameStop website is cheaper I seen games at other locations that are cheaper same ones too. Experiencia fantástica: This is the only GameStop in Colorado springs we go to. The staff is amazing and chats with us every time we go in. Their stock is always rotating, so there is always new stuff to look at when we go in. I just wish y'all got more Shuckle cards in. Y'all never have any lol.
Experiencia negativa: Went in to look for some games, and wasn’t greeted. The cashier just looked at us, and kept scrolling on her phone. A simple “hello” or “welcome in” isn’t too much to ask for.
Experiencia fantástica: Update the new store manager did make this right! I specifically called and told Vanessa I was looking for assassin creed Valhalla for ps5 and asked how much it was. She said $12.99. And that she'd hold it for an hour. My husband gets there less than 10 minutes later and then suddenly the games $20.00. The dude said "sorry I gave you the ps4 price". So we drive there and wasted our time and gas with less than a hour before a birthday party and he wouldn't honor the price he quoted me!! I'm gonna file a corporate complaint. That's absolutely unprofessional and I don't care that he messed up I said very clearly ps5 and the girl told him ps5. You honor the price you gave even if it was incorrect that is YOUR mistake not mine!!! Get ready for a bbb complaint!

Experiencia negativa: Online says open til 9pm. Pulled up at 6:05 pm. Clerk at door said he's closed, and something about 6:30 but couldn't hear him. He wouldn't let us in. He was nice about it. Please change your online hours when someone makes a special trip to your store to be closing 3 hours ahead of time. Won't be returning.

Experiencia negativa: Went in to trade an older Xbox in for the series s. Walked in, said hello to the woman working behind the counter and what we were there for and she immediately started trying to talk us out of spending money there. Very off-putting personality on that one. Pretends to know all the technical specs on the series s (she was wrong about several things, specifically the processor, and I only knew bc I had just looked at them 20 minutes earlier), and then makes the comment “the series s is Microsoft trying to take advantage of poor people”. The interaction was awful, start to finish. She talked down to us the entire time, without EVER asking the purpose of the console to begin with. (Which if she had, she’d know that it’s more than enough for what we are using it for and I already have the series X). She just wanted to sound like she knew what she was talking about. I’ll be avoiding this GameStop as long as she’s an employee.

Experiencia positiva: Nothing really to say, it’s a game store. Looking for games for my son. They actually didn’t have any of the games we were looking for. Ended up purchasing them all online. However, I did go to another game stop on powers and Palmer which purchased a controller for my son. He loves and enjoys it. Here’s a pic of it after using it for a month. Wireless charging switch controller works very well. Chargers well and last very long as well. I’d highly recommend this controller for anyone.

Experiencia negativa: I went in this morning to see if they had any Pokémon Celebrations products (10/22). After standing in line, a lady cut in front of me with her coughing kids (no mask btw) to buy a couple controllers. I didn't mind, I'd rather the lady buy her kids her stuff and get out ASAP anyways. As I was standing there, I saw another employee leaving with a box of merchandise which I could only assume to be the highly sought after Pokémon Celebrations items. It just looked too shady to be a coincidence. Then I get to the front, and of course he said they had 0 Celebrations product. So I figured I could at least get a couple "Shiny Zacian" codes for my kids Pokémon games. They brown haired short guy at the counter only gave me 1 and said I'd have to go to another store to get more. This is ridiculous, because I did just that and the other stores employees said that that's strange, because there should be a problem getting at least 2 from the same store. Just stay clear of this location.. There are several other stores with more respectful employees than this place.

Bought 3 games online for 10% down (2 digital, 1 pre-owned), and picked up in store the next day even though it was ready within hours. Store Manager Kyle is fun to talk to, well-informed, and clearly excited to be working here. Such a positive experience from A to Z! Better than Walmart & Target for sure

Every time I come in here he talks down to people and has the worst attitude out of any store managers in the springs. Really hope Rene does something about how horrible of a show he runs as more than 8 people were in there as he wants to focus being rude to me about something that's the companies fault. Wont be returning here and prefer the powers store with a store manager who knows what hes doing and not treating customers like an inconvenience.

After coming home i realized there was no jack, called and asked for an exchange and was told my name wasn't in the system. Having somebody with me for proof of my name and number being given it wasn't put in. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not trust them to do the right thing of giving you what you paid for. Out $50 in total and a controller I cant use with my Turtle Beach headphones.

Experiencia negativa: Went in to trade a few games to see new empty shelving units and various products laying all across the floor making it difficult to walk around the store without breaking something. Upon reaching the counter the only customer in the storensaid she had been waiting for an employee. I slowly made my way to the back of the store to find an employee sitting down in the back with the door open on her phone saying that she is on her lunch break. I asked if there was another employee only to be told somewhere in the back as she never got off of her phone. She said she would help me once she was done with lunch. I will never return to this location again, horrible customer service and a store completely in shambles.
