Experiencia fantástica: I always visit my local GameStop when I was a little kid and now it has come to a end closing for good and after 22 years of opening and service man
Experiencia negativa: Was at the Midnight Switch 2 release & it was an awful experience! The employees were working super slow mind you there wasn’t that many of us waiting! Took the cashiers for ever to ring up everybody & was busy chatting and holding up the line! It should have been quick in & out with the new switch but made it almost a 2hr delay! Finally get inside for mine & the employees are just chatting so loud & screaming over Pokémon. The cashier with an Afro/curly hair gave me a jump scare with yelling about the Pokémon he hates then got pissed off because I didn’t wanna sign up for the rewards program & gave me such an evil look. Definitely will not be coming back anytime soon! The manager or the guy in charge told us I have enough switch 2 for everyone in line an hour later comes back out saying idk if I have enough & said he would update us & didn’t luckily I got my switch 2 but it was a nightmare

The place is disorganized with boxes laying around the counter. I would understand if there's nothing to organize you'd be able to sit but it's just cluttered and messy. Other than that if you know what you're looking for it's a quick in and out

This is the only GameStop that has what I need last time I was there they were super rude And not helpful at all I recommend going to a different GameStop
Experiencia negativa: The white dude with the curly hair is very disrespectful, bearhart is his last name, when asking something he cuts you in the middle of a sentence as if he doesn’t want me to purchase a thing, I go once a month and every time I go he follows me as if I am going to steal something. If he isn’t there for customer service I don’t see why he should be working there.
Experiencia fantástica: this store has been a consistently amazing place to shop for games and merch! not only am I going to find a complete set of all the Indiana Jones things that I want; I can also bring in my kiddo to get all things Pokemon and anyone working there will share that same enthusiasm. Experiencia negativa: Never visiting again, I came over today to browse around and preorder a game but the guy at the register was being very annoying and asking about different random things. Then decides to follow me around the store yapping about his lunch and burping loudly near me annoying and disgusting me. I tried browsing but then he kept following me and getting in my way so I decided to just leave this location and head over to the cockrell hill location much better store and doesn't have annoying employees following around bugging you every minute.

Experiencia negativa: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN.. EVEN MY 10 YEAR OLD SON SAID THAT WE SHOULDVE GONE TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!! GUY LOOKS LIKE HE HATES HIS JOB, NEVER GREETED US. AND THEN I MENTIONED I CAME YESTERDAY ABOUT 40 MINS BEFORE CLOSING AND IT WAS CLOSED BUT SIGN WAS STILL ON.. HE JUST SAID "IDK I WASNT HERE YESTERDAY ".. he literally rushed us and even said I had to close 2 mins ago.. but still wasn't even 8 yet.. he just had bad attitude a d bad customer service.. go to different location instead

Experiencia negativa: Showed up at 8:30 pm on Friday, October 6th. Hoping to drop 200 dollars on new 151 cards. Tall gentleman in the back with afro hair ignored us trying to come in. Open sign ILLUMINATED and hours posted of 9pm on the door and online.

Experiencia negativa: Went in to buy a game console and the cashier told me I had to purchase a GameStop pro membership if I wanted to buy it. I told him no when I was checking out and he still added it to my transaction and charged me for it. I told him I didn’t want it and he said “my manager is making me add it to all transactions regardless if you say no.” This is predatory and shouldn’t be necessary. I decided to keep the membership instead of cancelling it in the 2 day timeframe given for cancellation. I tried using my points online and guess what. The account was NEVER registered. 1 hour later on the phone with GameStop customer service and they told me I would have to go back into the store to repurchase the membership and there was nothing they can do about it. HORRIBLE. I should’ve just gone next door to target or Walmart.

The result, GameStop was out of stock!...it's a freakin' store that sells Only games and game consoles! An ill run company and employees that could care less about it's customers and a profit. Wait...they will buy your old games(or like new games) also for a rediculous discounted price. What a scam.

Been calling for the past week and automated systems keeps saying they have technical difficulties. I live pretty far away and only want to make the drive if confirmed they have it. Have called other stores and they can’t get through to them either. Very disappointed in this location.

The cashier, Cyndi, was very excited about video games and believe it or not, that is something that is sort of needed when going to a video game store! A great expierence! It has really improved a lot over the many years of its existence.

He got my back to purchase ps4 pro 500 million witch was two more left. I asked him for hold it and how long. Well he can hold only 1 day. But he is really smart dude. He told me untill I get it lile in few days just keep calling for hold everyday so he can avaible to hold it for few days. And he help me out so good even took time lile 2 hours to process sell my ps4 pro to trade and I had problems save data transfer but he really help me out so great. The down side is only this place gamestop is really rough.... but the all staffs are really cool. I wanna move to close this gamestop so I can go again. But the sad things I am living in gp so take 30min around. Mr Shane you are great dude!!! And thank you very much for help me out!! Coolest guy that i never meet b4. I strongly recomend this store!! I hope I will see u again.

Experiencia negativa: They are very friendly until your bring up anything to do with Xbox, can you believe some there don't even know what an Xbox one s is??? And if you want a job there don't even mention you OWN an Xbox console. You will never get hired. I'm glad GameStop is going in the dirt. Your a game company, you should know about the games and systems you sell. I don't own a PS4 but I know what games are available for it. And I've never worked for a game company, that should say something.

The only reason this is 3 ☆'s is because of the company and their bogus policies and rules. I have stayed faithful to Gamestop, even with everything going digital and most retail going to online shopping so because of how corporate runs their stores I will probably be changing to Amazon or just buying my games directly thru the consoles once my pro membership runs out.
