Fantastic experience: Guys know what they are selling ask at the counter for info. They know their stuff.
Positive experience: Can be hit or miss. Sometimes they’re nice, sometimes they’re a bit frustrated and dismissive, but that could be for any reason, including difficult customers. I’m sure the main complaint is pokemon allocation, but that’s literally not the store’s fault. Other than that, they’ve had pretty much every thing I’ve ever needed in stock.

Positive experience: I like their stretchy hats. They have Mario, racoon Mario, and Luigi. If, I didn't have, such a low/paying job...? I would've got me, one!
Negative experience: Came up to the employee with a few questions and every answer felt very dismissive. Almost as if he was not wanting to help at all.

Fantastic experience: GREAT SERVICE
Positive experience: I honestly enjoy going here, maybe for a few gift cards here and there, maybe a game or two. The customer service is amazing honestly, very polite staff as well! Plus, they help you on what you’re searching for, and check if it’s in stock which is another pro to this small GameStop store. Although, the only downside I have with this is the restock problem. They restock every 1-2 months which is bad enough, since most of the gift cards sell out quick, and better yet, the restock crew sometimes takes longer! But it isn’t that bad honestly, just have some patience.
Fantastic experience: Every single person here has been super friendly. I went to this store 3 times in the last 2 weeks and have been super lucky to find Pokemon Cards. The staff saw me waiting before opening and brought me a chair to sit on while they prepped for store opening. I cannot say enough good things about Nadia. She's super helpful in store and over the phone as well. I live across the street from another Game Stop location but this one is the one i go to because of how they take care of the customers.
Positive experience: I love and enjoy going to GameStop always have interesting games and new items but when I when I was sad bc I wanted to get this WWE game and when I went to buy it the guy sadly couldn't find it and he said that someone must have traded a PS4 case but inside the case was a ps5 game inside it. Sadly I didn't end up getting any WWE games bc they only had one but not for my console, I hope they restock on more WWE games. And they should also do tests on the game to make sure that everything is good, like no bugs or anything

Negative experience: Terrible business practices. They sold me a controller that didn’t hold a charge. I got a warranty and they said they couldn’t give me credit only another used controller. And another warranty would be extra. Order off Amazon and put these people out of business.

Negative experience: This review I guess can be related to all GameStop locations. This one is just my local one, I checked on a price of a Mario cart for switch, and they told me it's $55 for a used game ! Bought it new in Target for $50 same night ! Lol GameStop has practices of the worst pawn shop. For the sake of this argument - some places have the same game at $60, but even then - used game is 5 dollars cheaper ?? Lol Haven't shopped in GameStop in good 4 years and definitely not going back to these scammers again. Recommend everyone to shop online or any other store, GameStop deserves to be bankrupt for their ways of doing business.

Negative experience: I will never understand why employees will “take a lunch” at the cash register in the store with employee badge on and no “lunch” food in sight, just with cell phone in hand. Mind you with no other employees in sight either. I was ready to check out and the girl at register said she was “clocked out for lunch”…..

Fantastic experience: This is a small, hidden GameStop but the store is very bright inside and clean. Not stuffy or dim like some locations. The girl that works there is very nice and helpful. This is a smaller store so they may not have the shirt you want but are good with everything else. Found a Zelda mug I had been looking for there.

Negative experience: For me this location has been great at times and poor at times. It all depends who's working there. A few years ago a guy used to work at this location and he was cool. He was nice, he knew the latest news on every console and most games and he was very knowledgeable about game genres. And I went to that gamestop so much that he actually learned what games I liked to play and would sometimes suggest obscure or hidden gem. But then one day he was gone. Then the next. And I seen new faces at that gamestop. And I never seen him again. That great era was gone just like that. Recently it has been poor at this gamestop. I went the other day because I renewed my gamestop card but I forgot theses guys always try to push the digital subscription of game Informer instead of the physical one, which I always get. You'd think they would default mine to physical but nope. So I went back to change my digital subscription to physical and the guy there pretended like he couldn't find a physical copy of the game informer. Ge even called some one and asked that person where they were. So then he tried to change my digital subscription to physical subscription but he said he couldn't do it. I didn't believe that. He said then he would have to make another account with another email. Then I started debating wether I would do that. Then all of a sudden he goes let me check again for the game informer physical copy. I know we have them somewhere. So he goes to the back and brings one out like nothing in less than 10 seconds. Now in my head I was like this dude is playing me right now. But I've been getting game informer subscription from gamestop since June of 2002. That's over 18 years of gaming history in magazine form and I wanted to keep going. So I stayed quiet and just did what I needed for physical copy. So I paid $15 for the digital subscription I wanted to change plus another $20 for the new account I had to make for physical copy, which I'm sure he could have easily changed but lied to me. So I'm thinking now this will most likely be the last time I renew my gamestop card. I'll probably switch to best buy or something and maybe find a new game magazine to subscribe to. 18 years is a lot of magazines.

The customer service by the young lady and young man in the store was very poor, didn’t even ask me if I needed help or if I wanted to pre order anything and I sat outside and called them and ask if they had a product in stock and the young man didn’t even go check and see if they had it he lied and said they didn’t I just seen it very bad if I could give no stars, I would, you gotta do better than that

Negative experience: I been shopping with this location for 2 decades and I never encounter any problems until recently that I met this store leader name "Ed" I don't appreciate his attitude towards me & I will not come back this location in a while until all employee in that location have professional manners.
