Positive experience: Selection is okay. They'll have some of the popular titles but not a large amount of them. Compared to other game stores their prices are not competitive and far above market prices. I understand making a profit is necessary but charging more than twice what its worth is a little much in my opinion. I come for the games so I cannot speak about their card selection or other products but they seem to have a large inventory of that.

They’ll have new items with different products each time you go so you’ll usually find something to take home with you. Reasonable with pricing and will keep you up to date on anything you’re looking for. Always worth a stop on the way home

Negative experience: I spent about $100+ at this place. Only to get home and the games don't work. They didn't even have a system hooked up to test the games. I'll be returning to this place. To get my money back and they'll never get my business again.

Negative experience: They sell over priced reps..but good service—i mean if you’re going to scam people you’re going to have good customer service lol. wouldn’t recommend tho there’s definitely good stored that don’t sell fake stuff. ALSO if you want to buy the real stuff just buy it officially because they just sell fake products for the retail price or more.

Negative experience: Friendly people but living with regrets after purchasing Pokemon packs from this place I’m new at Pokemon collecting trying to master set journey together .. bought a etb for $90 and a 6 pack bundle for $75 after she put 15 percent off talked to my friend and he explained how I been 100% upcharged don’t buy Pokemon cards here but they do have other pretty cool stuff

Negative experience: Personally annoyed with my experience here, came in for a simple stick replacement on a regular Series X/S controller, even provided them with the part, an Arknes TMR stick which is better in quality then the Alps Potentiometer sticks that comes standard with these controllers as they won't break down as fast or develop stick drift quickly. While they did manage to replace the stick they did so by using a default stick because apparently they had MELTED my replacement because they used the wrong tool for the job. Heat guns are meant for DEsoldering not REsoldering in these cases, that's what soldering irons are for. Ones for removal the other for applying. I came back to ask them why they had used an inferior part and was told they had melted the replacement stick I provided, which they didn't even apologize for, I'm not sure if it's a lack of experience on fixing this type of controller but there were plenty of mistakes done on their part for this repair, one of the face buttons needed to be pressed harder after receiving my controller back and the little AUX port brick that goes inbetween the motherboards for this controller was just straight up missing, I had a spare from a junk controller thankfully but the fact it was missing in the first place is an issue. I'm not sure how their store is for the rest of their services so I won't speak there, I bought a few games from them a few years ago and the experience was good but this repair really did put me off from wanting to return here.

Negative experience: Piece of junk store. My dad tried to exchange a PSP that was having problems, but they flat out said we are lying and that "it works fine for us". Stay away from this place. Even gamestop is better than this place, and there are better ways to get retro stuff.

Negative experience: They just wasted my time and gas to drive here after being told that they have a product I asked them and was told they indeed had it. To being there and told they don’t and didn’t have them when I arrived.

Negative experience: I called to inquire about a product and was informed that while they have it, it needs repairs. I offered to buy the product in its current state, but was told that they prefer to repair it before selling. When I asked about the turnaround time for the repair, I was told, "we will get to it when we get to it." I find this approach quite frustrating. You have a customer ready to purchase, yet you refuse to sell the product as is or expedite the repair to complete the sale. This business model seems counterproductive. How do you expect to stay in business with such practices?

"And I don't need an excuse from them" Everything has been done already just making sure everyone knows how they really are here .

Fantastic experience: Reputable, Nice and courteous. These guys have excellent customer service and a large array of items to shop from. Products worked just fine. Bought COD MW2 (2023) from them and i have yet to experience any issues. Wish them all the best and more success in the future.

Negative experience: We went in here to purchase different items. One of the first items we really wanted was put to the side by the clerk which we had already agreed on purchasing. We had left our item on the glass shelf for us to buy after browsing. After a few minutes of browsing we noticed that another customer walked in, snatched up, and purchased the item we wanted directly from the same clerk we talked to. We asked the clerk what was happening and he literally just said "this guy already bought your game." He wasn't helpful at all and completely disregarded how upset we were at this. Never returning here again, stay away from a place like this that doesn't care about new patrons. Very upsetting. We were browsing around to buy a lot more items. Their loss.
