Negative experience: Came in 08/12/25 after having chipotle to look at used Xbox games. Decided to buy Battlefield 2 Bad Company for $4.99 since the game has been delisted on the Xbox Marketplace for a long time. Liz adds a 1 year warranty for $1. something without asking me If I want to add it. I ask her her to remove it and she emphasizes that without the warranty I only have 7 days to return the game for a refund. I hear her tell her coworker she is going to give me something. I get to my car and inspect the game to the light and it is super scratched. I return to the store for a refund. Waste of 20 minutes buying unplayable games in the hope I return outside of return window.

Negative experience: Closing early by 2 whole hours, the dude in there is always complaining about having to do the simplest tasks. Always makes customers feel unwelcome. Every time a customer walks in the dude with glasess always takes a deep breathe if he doesn't want to be there just let him go he makes customers feel unwelcome qnd makes them not want to stay long and browse and Shop. Which is I'm sure what he wants.

Negative experience: didn’t help and said that it was a lot of work to price match something when i’ve done it at other stores quickly. had to go to another store to get a price matched item.

Fantastic experience: Game Stop was was pretty grown up and professional last night on my visit. It's like Game Stop matured since my last visit. It's still filled with games and toys, don't worry. Fun times just the same. However, the customer service rep last night was very on point. He handled many customers and tasks at the same time with efficiency. He spoke multiple languages and just gave Game Stop a new vibe. It was a good thing. Very professional while surrounded by a business of fun. Good job!

Fantastic experience: Visited with tm girlfriend recently, so let’s talk about how great our visit was: 1: amazing game collection inside the store, i was able to find the game i wanted + 2 other games that had been on my wishlist for a while, and the best part… 2: prices! The prices were so affordable and i was shocked on how many games i could’ve got with only 50 dlls but also 3: customer service: amazing and super friendly staff, help was offered as soon as we walked in and the buy process was nice and simple! Overall, this gamestop is my go to from now on

Fantastic experience: My son and I went in this morning, and we met Benjamin. He was completely swamped. However, he didn't lose his cool. He was extremely witty and courteous and provided great customer service! He even located what we needed instead of having us go to another gamestop store. He deserves a raise, Gamestop!! It's people like him who keep customers coming back!

Place is usually always clean and organized with employees engaging in informative and sometimes funny/witty conversations with customers and makes it feel like a welcoming community. Ever since I was 14 I've been coming to this exact store for everything and I have never had a problem. 4 starts simply because I feel like the "script" to sell the power up rewards is kinda out dated and it always comes at the exact same time I expect it and I always feel bad to turn them down. In my opinion, it would be nice to ask if the have the rewards and if we say no the topic ends there unless curiosity about the rewards is reciprocated

I couldn't be any more happier today because I spent $10 for it. Right now they have the extra 50% off trade-in of all games plus another $5 off pro member and I had a $5 certificate and a few trade-ins. If you plan your purchase right, you will win every time! Negative experience: You know the dam deal... This was THE PLACE in the early and late 2000's Gamestop used to be a haven and beacon for gamers young and old. From getting figurines worth wild with a Pre-Order to hosting Halo/Fighting game tourneys. A one stop shop for all things pokemon/yugioh cards to blu-rays and DVD's. How the mighty has fallen. They have games, yes. But majority of the store is filled with little trinkets and obscure items. What's the demand for Fallout Christmas ornaments in July? This location in particular have staff that come and go. Turn over is so ridiculous that managers don't even stay. You know you've got it bad when trolls and internet sloothes boost your stock prices just to get a payout real quick. Anytime, and it's few few few and far between, there's a decent Pre-Order bonus offered, I cringe when I have to come in. I wouldn't ever support Gamestop in it's direction and shape it's in right now. The only thing keeping them around are grandparents and parents that aren't savy enough to shop at superior shops. If THIS is your business practice and Hill you guys are will to die on, May you join Circuit City, RadioShack and Blockbuster in the coming years.
