Really appreciated the associate Raul, he helped me redeem a pro membership with a promotion for buying a new console that I was totally unaware of and was able to use that pro membership to snag a few games for a few dollars off, making sure I have a great birthday gift for my little brother.

Positive experience: I recently purchased the PS Portal, and went shopping for precision rings. Raul was very kind in helping me locate them. I was also inquiring about the Edge controller; He helped me come to a decision based on his expert opinion. Super satisfied with my purchase! Unfortunately, I had hoped to also purchase some Vbucks, but this location was sold out at the time.

Negative experience: I go here to get my preorders for funkos and games. We have Karina G talking and giggling with an ex employee instead of taking care of there customer. Waiting 10 + min line to tell me they dont know how to preorder a funko and/or look up the funko they had called me in to pick up. Seriously, ill be cancelling all my previous orders here and I wont becoming back to this store. Im done going to gamestops if the customer servious is this bad.

Negative experience: They straight lied to us, guy working the cashier had told us that that they had run out of the exclusive Fortnite “codes” for the pickaxe this and they had run out that morning, we entered the store around 2, like at 3 my nephew pulled to gamestop and immediately saw a kid walking out with a card code. Then my nephew walked in and they told him that the kid before had took the last code they had. What absolute lier, keep in mind Im not some 10 year old, I had money to spend, but they told me they didn’t have anymore.

Fantastic experience: Always good. Get great deals for my son's PS4 and accessories he uses. It's great there close by and have certain games for autistic kids use. A+ in my book.

Positive experience: The usual. Depending on the time you go I guess. I was one of the first ones in today at about 10:02 AM or there abouts. Didn't get the gentleman's name who rang me to but he's very friendly and knowledgeable. Now, when this place gets busy, it's BUSY! Especially with all them little kids that are loud and grab everything... I'm guessing most video game stores are probably like this.
