Fantastic experience: I love this store I hope it turns into a retro store

Negative experience: Whenever you try to call they won’t pick up and one time I tried to get a game and they said they didn’t have it in stock but when the person after me asked for the same thing they got it! this made me really mad

Negative experience: The 7th damn one closed that was near me this is bull shit why are they closing down so many locations and expectably the childhood locations I would go to this is pissing me off they need to reopen some locations

Fantastic experience: Every time I’ve come to this location, They have always been helpful! Steven the manager has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Thank you Steven for helping us with all our gaming needs

Negative experience: I just bought a battery charging system3 weeks ago for my remotes for Xbox x from this place and there chargers suck won't hold a charge more than 10 minutes . Please don't buy there battery chargers they are from china and don't work long . I don't recommend anything from this place very disappointed

Negative experience: There’s a worker guy who smelled really bad when I was there, I also tried calling before going but they never answer the phone, it doesn’t matter what time you call. The workers have an attitude of not wanting to work. Really bad tone when they talk to you.

Negative experience: i was customer last 12 years with game stop but this game stop one lady and guys work at 6 pm at march 22 -2025 very rude they can't help me if you need to know about the news game ps5 i was ask them which game out new or any fight game gun shooting? game they said they didn't know i want buy ps5 new controller which come out new around $199 i ask can i see the box lady no we can't show you the box if you have to buy then she will show the box i want to buy but when she said like that's then i decide i will buy online at ps5 website or Amazon i want to buy 2 ps5 game they are very rude then i decide buy game at amazon this two worker very rude

Negative experience: CHECK YOUR CHECKOUT BALANCE! Cashier will add warranty to your bill without asking. Pretty scummy.

Negative experience: There’s a worker by the name of Daniel and oh man. That guy is a terrible worker! First off, he is rude for no reason and his breath is rancid. Just nothing good about this guy. I went in to ask if he could assist me in purchasing something online and he beat around the bush so much basically telling me he didn’t want to do it’s then I Went in to return an item and he accused me of opening the item when clearly it was never opened. Worst experience at this place. It’s a shame because I never had a problem at this place until now.

Negative experience: Tried to add a warranty without telling me and sold me a ps4 disc that doesn't read properly. Upon further inspection, the game was scratched around the center. Tried cleaning with cleaning solution and micro fiber cloth multiple times, did not read. Also tried downloading on two different ps5 consoles, both could not read the disc. I don't know how they thought this was good enough to sell.

Negative experience: The store looks run-down and poorly lit. I stopped by to check if they had the promo ETB, but I was treated as if I were begging, despite being a pro member for many years. The service was rude, and the staff didn’t seem interested in selling anything. I would not recommend this location.

Negative experience: This location has lost respect overall, they are selling fake games and acting nothing is wrong with it.

Negative experience: Customer service is subpar. Lacking in providing “actual” customer service. My advice, DO NOT BUY clearance items. There’s no way of returning. Even if the item you’ve spent money on is “defective”… Will never come back here and waste money at GameStop. Worst company EVER!!

Fantastic experience: Gamestop helped me a lot this day. I was attended with great respect and they cared for me well. I came back here three times. I traded my PS4 Pro and bought a Nintendo Switch with Pokemon Shining Pearl. I came back and returned the new Shining Pearl for a pre-owned version. Shaun and the other workers helped me get a deal where I had the PS4 Pro traded for 245 instead of 235 by turning me to a Pro member for free. This was caused by trading the PS4 Pro. After a while I returned to Gamestop in Azusa and returned the Nintendo Switch and Pokemon Shining Pearl and repurchased a PS4 Pro. I felt that it was better for me to wait to buy a Nintendo Switch than to give up the PS4 Pro as I don't get much time to play as I work and go to the gym. I just need to manage my time better so I can make time to play my PS4 Pro I got the Nintendo Switch because it is portable but for next time it's better for me as I don't want to take time with spending it with my father. Thank you for reading my review and have a blessed day. Gamestop is very awesome with it's store policy because you can get cash back for a pre-owned item in 7 days. When I was younger at age 10 you can only get store credit I am 28 now. Thank you Gamestop for your awesome help! 5 Stars!

Negative experience: Helpful staff. I always stop in from time to time. No complaints! Update 8/4/2018: I went in for my son's bday. Wanted to purchases far cry 5 for ps4 and a headset for the ps4 as well. I previously purchased the same thing but for his Xbox one during Christmas and received great help. Not the case this last Saturday. Kevin walked past me and my gf and even asked us to move twice as he stocked used games but never once asked me if I wanted assistance. I grabbed the game myself and then asked him about the 9 sets of headphones they have for the ps4 up on the right side of the wall. I asked if there were any differences or if they were all the same. He looked at me and nodded his head up and down. Didn't even use words like a damn child. The I asked for the $50 set. Some customer comes in and he went to say what's up to the customer all happy and dropped the damn headset. he started ringing me up for the headset and didn't ask if we needed anything else. He didn't even noticed the game in my hand. Terrible service. I'll go somewhere else next time. Survey will also be completed from there website using my receipt as well.
