Fantastic experience: Great finds and helpful staff

Positive experience: They have a huge selection of Dvds, games, CDs and more. They staff were all very friendly and helpful! The only negative I would say are some of the prices. Overall they were fair but some were overpriced and inconsistent for the DVDs and Blurays. I feel like asking for 20 dollars for a used Bluray of a common Disney film is too much but thats just me. Overall had a great experience and found some stuff for myself, the hubby and our daughter so we will be coming back

Fantastic experience: Place is a goat, mostly have good collection of cds. Can be hit or miss though, prices are low and you can ask workers for help looking for a item.

Fantastic experience: Huge selection of movies and TV shows. As well as all sorts of gaming gear from old Nintendo, PlayStation, and Xbox systems. Staff are always helpful. Cash is preferred but cards are accepted.

Fantastic experience: Loved this store. Reuse at its best. Instead of renting that film you loved as a kid ho buy it on DVD or blu ray for a fraction of the price of new and have it forever. Sooo many games and consoles and all at fair prices. If I lived closer I would use it loads. Have fun having a place like this. Give each member of the family 7 bucks and buy a movie you have never seen or heard of before, enjoy it and talk about it. Then repeat next week or month great times.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking and reading this just go have a look. From Atari to Pops collectables. From Jazz to HC they have choices with reasonable prices.

Positive experience: While the prices were alright I got the feeling this used to be a pawn shop when I walked in. Also, the movies are not in alphabetical order. They try to put them in genre order it seems per letter but it would be easier to just put all genres in one place and then try to alphabetize them per genre. Right now it's B Comedy over here but C Comedy is on the other side or S Action on this section but T Action is way over here... It's just a bit cumbersome to try to find a movie. On the plus side they do have an inventory so you can ask if they have a movie like I ended up doing. And the gentleman was extremely friendly and happy to help.

Fantastic experience: Stopped here recently to sell some of my games as I'm taking my sister out on a trip soon. I want to go with as much money as I can. She has cancer and want to make sure she has her best time during our trip. This place has been great with how much they pay you for your games/consoles. I appreciate it also that they provide you with a rundown of how much they are paying for each game. I appreciate that transparency. I will definitely be back sometime soon to buy some games/consoles. I really want to support this business, not just with selling games/consoles, but also buying them.

Fantastic experience: Respectable CD selection. Empty cases are on the floor and they get the discs when you check out (haven't seen this in a while). They guarantee quality and you can inspect the discs before you buy if you want, but their quality control is fantastic. Everything I got was in perfect condition. Super friendly staff and the other customers were great as well. We had some fun helping each other hunt in the stacks. The place is packed with treasures and the staff are friendly and let you roam around in peace. It was busy when we were there and a great vibe all around. The labels on the CDs are pretty big but if you hit them with a hair dryer for a few seconds, they come off with no residue left behind, even on cardboard sleeves.

Fantastic experience: What's there to not like about this place? Awesome selection, awesome prices, like new condition on used dvds and games, and the staff is incredible! If you haven't checked them out you are doing life wrong.

Negative experience: Called and talked to someone, told me one thing, went right in and they told me a different thing. Some staff rude. Most prices are whack. Some are ok..there are better stores.

Negative experience: Ok so two weeks ago my children wanted to go on there end of the year field trip and I work 12 hour days with finances that are very tight right now’ so my 9 and 6 year old son asked if they could temporarily loan there God of war PlayStation for pro Limited addition that they got from their grandfather who passed away. I said yes and I brought it to Preplayed to loan it for them. I got $125 I told the man I would be back in a week or two to pick it up for my children and he said OK. Little did I know when I went back two weeks later I was told they don’t loan things and that I had to buy it back full price. I told the owner of the store I was made to believe I would be able to pay the $125 I got ‘ back with a fee. The owner refused to work with me. I told him the system is very important to my children and that I don’t haveThe over $200 that he wants me to pay. I begged him to please have a heart to please help me put a smile back on my children’s face. He said we all have children and he has bills that need to be paid. I could not believe what I was hearing. This man would not work with me at all he offeredTo take $10 off the price of $240. Which is nothing When I’m A single father and I pay all my bills by myself. So now my children’s pride and joy it’s gonna be forever gone because the owner of Preplayed refuses to work with us and has no heart. Shame on you sir!!

Fantastic experience: I went here per the recommendation of my older brother, and while I didn't find anything specific for me I am incredibly impressed with the selection. There's a ton of movies, vinyl, CDs and video games here. It's a really great option for some retro gaming, and even has a solid selection of retro consoles. Prices are also pretty reasonable for the media available. Overall, I recommend it for physical media and retro gaming options.

Positive experience: Good selection. Prices just above fair value on Price Charting. So not a spot to strike a deal if you're a collector. Well lit, plenty of parking, good stock. Not very inviting. No welcoming, asking if needed help, or even a goodbye when I went to leave.

Fantastic experience: Blockbuster has nothing on this place…. No Netflix subscription+Ad Free service required.. This place is awesome! I started coming down and browsing every other week. I can finally complete collections and favorite media of all types form here. I even saw a Vectrex home entertainment system in the display case!!!

Negative experience: Got a New 3DS XL here. First didn't even have a stylus, had to come back. They did give us a pack for free. Unfortunately we get home to charge it. Because it was dying already. Plug it in and 5 minutes into setup the touch screen completely stops working. We will be returning.

Fantastic experience: Extensive selection of films going way back. Accidentally got a music theme CD, like 1.99 but otherwise was blown away! Easier than logging into Netflix, just pop your $1-6 movie in the Player, et voilà! Get the popcorn 1st! Loved Jersey Boys!

Fantastic experience: Out of towner experience. Went in here with zero expectations, and was quickly blown away with nostalgia. This very clean and organized store took me back to a teenager, searching for CD's, vinyl, and DVD's. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my time here and will return next time I'm in the area!

Fantastic experience: Massive selection for reasonable prices. PrePlayed is a used movie store with plenty of choices to choose from. They also carry music and games, though to a lesser degree. If you are having a movie night and looking for something on a budget, this is the place to go to. Every time that I have been here I have found something worth my time, the staff has been kind and helpful, and I have gone away feeling like I have made a good choice in spending. Although the parking is a bit rough and the lot can only be entered from one direction, but otherwise isn't a problem. Everything has also worked when I have bought from PrePlayed, so I am satisfied in that sector as well.

Fantastic experience: PrePlayed is one of my favorite stores to go to. They have games, consoles, controllers, and a bunch of movies and shows. There isn't a whole lot of parking space, but if you know what you're looking for or ask one of the employees, you'll be in and out pretty quick. The employees are very kind, patient, and helpful. The layout of the store is very easy to navigate. Every once in a while, if there is a movie or game, or console or accessory I'm looking for, I get lucky and find it at PrePlayed. Just recently, I found the Alien Anthology box set, which I purchased immediately. Plus, if you're hanging out with your friends, the mall is very close, and there is a Taco Bell right next door.

Positive experience: Wonderful store to look for that classic CD that you remember from high school. If they don't have what you're looking for you can ask the staff to put you on a waiting list and they'll call you if & when it comes in. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I spent too much time in the CD section I didn't even get to look at any of the gaming stuff.12/16/22 PrePlayed has added a customer accessible computer to assist their customers with their shopping experience. From the looks of it they will have a rewards program and you will be able to make lists of what you're looking for. Can't wait till it's all working.

Negative experience: Had a terrible experience with the employees here. They sold me $45 joy cons that I specifically asked if they were tested and worked and the answer I received was yes. Only to get home and have them not work. Tried to return them and since I did not get a receipt from the employee that did the transaction I was not able to return them. I called them the day I bought them and left a msg saying they didn’t work and didn’t get a call back. Called the next day and was just told to bring them back so I can get my money back. Only to come back and be told there is nothing they will do. Terrible customer service and a waste of money. Do not advertise that you test all products when you clearly do not. 0 out of 10 don’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: I love this store and I'm a regular visitor. I've been to all the used movie stores in town and PrePlayed by far has the greatest and largest selection of Blu-Ray Even more so DVDs as you may imagine but plenty of blu ray! I've found titles here that I thought for sure I would only have to order online due to its scarcity. Prices are very good too! Their video game selection is decent however not as abundant as their movies, but there's still something there. I've only sold movies here once and it was a smooth process. Overall, I love this store and the friendly staff and the prices are very reasonable. Keep it up!
