Negative experience: Just walked into this ganestop that's closing for good and the woman tells me NOTHING is marked down or on sale LOL. Perfect example of WHY gamestops are failing across the US. They're WAY too greedy, the sales suck, member discounts suck. Pretty much everything about gamestop sucks. I don't need to tell you to not go there because they're already closing down! Reap what you sew Gamestop! Haha

Negative experience: Both Google and the stores sign said the store would close at 6. We arrived at 5 and the lights were on but the security gate was closed with no posted explanation, nobody picked up on the phone line either, which behaved as if the store was open and associates were 'busy'

Negative experience: Ordered a booster box of surging sparks pokemon. Order has been sitting in pre shipment for 6 days now. I've had 3 different arrival dates now... Tried calling Ganestop locally, they cant/won't do anything. Have called customer service numerous times, it's always a 30 minute wait and they say they'll call back but never do. This upcoming week I'll be headed to the bank to file a charge back since I can't seem to get an answer. No wonder why Gamestop is dying.

Positive experience: Opening at noon really stinks. Especially when it's the date of a game release and you can't get it until the day is half over.

Fantastic experience: It's good for being GameStop. I've been coming here for a long time, and they've gone through many employees - both good and bad. I personally stopped coming because it gets annoying having to deal with the constant membership bashing whenever I need to buy something, but if I need to go to GameStop for whatever reason, this is the one.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. I used to come here as my main game store as it was the closest. After multiple instances of the staff being extremely rude or talking to me in an insulting manner, I have decided not to return to this location. The staff has also been rarely helpful in finding anything I have tried to look for, only to find it myself. They are also very toxic to new gamers and will not send them in the right direction as far as recommendations go. I am not done with GameStop, as the other location in Green Bay are wonderful with great staff who are kind and want to help. This GameStop on Lime Kiln is not like that.

Negative experience: Purchased a game. The wrong game was put in the box. We don’t have a pro account with them and the one associate basically proved to the guy it was their mistake bc they had an extra copy in the drawer but would not make it right without the receipt. What a joke of a store. Would not recommend.

Positive experience: Helpful, friendly staff.

Negative experience: Took my PS5 in to trade for cash, since I don’t play it as much as I thought. Bought in March of this year. Guy wouldn’t take it because he claimed it smelled like it had been sitting in a basement and had Water damage. When the shelf it sat on was probably as ventilated as it could be. No wall restrictions or anything. The thing looks brand new. They have taken other systems of ours on trade that have sat in the same house and the same shelf, no problem. Add in the fact that His attitude was awful, and was not friendly at all. Do not recommend and will not go to GameStop again. This location anyway.

Fantastic experience: The local Gamestop I got to whenever I feel the need to enable my addiction. While there tends to always be new faces because of how Gamestop as a company is, the workers there are always delivering great service and a pretty knowledgeable about any inquiry I have.

Positive experience: My son likes to buy his video systems there. Can't really say much about it... Just he likes what he buys.

Negative experience: We called ahead to make sure they had the game and would be opened as it was close to close, drove across town and arrived before closing and the employee shut the gate and locked up as the prior customer left and wouldn't let us into the store to purchase the game we called about, even though it still wasn't closing time. Worst customer service, worst employee. Will be calling to complain to a manager once the store opens tomorrow.

Negative experience: Don’t expect games to come out on time. Went there not once but twice for different games. There is always an excuse when it comes to why nothing comes out on release date. Makes no sense why they just don’t have items shipped the day before so it’s ready. Definitely will not pre order and purchase from GameStop again.

Negative experience: I pre-ordered Monster Hunter Rise for the Nintendo switch. Super excited for it, actually convinced my wife to let me buy one of the limited edition MHR switches! I got to the store early so I could be first in line. I waited two hours, only to be told they didn't have any of the games and wouldn't be getting any of the systems. Not the first time this store has disappointed me, but definitely the last. I went across the street to Walmart and while they didn't have the system at least they had the game.

Negative experience: Very rude guy working p.m. 1/10/21. Literally tried to buy 6 different items(including 2 Nintendo Switch Lites!), and everything that was displayed was SOLD OUT. He found it funny and told us that he was "sorry to burst our bubble". I will never step foot in the Bellevue location ever again!

Negative experience: We walked in to ask about ordering a game and the one staff member was real rude.

Negative experience: Stood in line for 3hrs when they could have posted they only had 6 preorders like all the other gamestop did.

Fantastic experience: Going in store is fine but if you try to reach them by phone it can be a hassle. But they usually only have one or two people working so its understandable.

Positive experience: It's a GameStop, so it's just like almost every other one out there. Staff is always moderately helpful, but this store in particular has a problem with clutter. There is so much merchandise in this store that walking around the store gets tricky if more that three customers are in it.

Fantastic experience: I stopped into the store in search of a card game expansion pack, and was able to find it quickly and with ease. I liked that the employee wasn’t pushy or overtly annoying in asking if I wanted help. The store could definitely be tidier, but overall, I had a 5-star experience.

Negative experience: Train your employees on how to answer a phone been trying for three hours now and it’s funny how could they be so busy considering every time I walk in they are normally just sitting around talking.
