Fantastic experience: My go to for all nostalgia and new games movies

Negative experience: The staff are always less than friendly at their best, or downright rude at their worst. My friend and I went there today to look at DS games, and the cashier made a snarky comment about my friend’s shirt. Not to mention the place looks and smells like the living situation of a basement dwelling 40-year-old Discord moderator. If you’re looking for games, go to Gametrade in De Pere. Much friendlier, and cleanlier staff

Fantastic experience: Easily the best store in the mall. Vinyls, laser disks, DVDs, Blu-Rays, cards, comics, VHS, games, systems, cables, figurines, posters, and so on. All at incredible prices. We got 5 vinyls and 5 DVDs for $20. We'll be back!

Negative experience: Not trying to be rude like the cashier was but when I came in to buy a wee switch for my girlfriend that I know nothing about, but she wanted it. I may have asked some pretty common sense questions, but I needed to know before purchasing for my girlfriend. Big cashier dude with short black hair, Just kept laughing at my questions and saying I should know this is common sense. It’s been out since 2017 like sorry I upset you for not knowing something about a video game system But they are definitely better ways to go amongst educating your customers rather than laughing in their face and making me feel stupid. Simply walked out, never going back again sorry mojos love you guys.

Negative experience: I bought some of the soda can nightmare before christmas and I go to open and they all have been opened im not happy at all because I was possibly give one as a gift and I cant because they are open. Like who does that. It takes all the fun out of things

Positive experience: Really like this place for movies cds and pc games but last time I went I asked if they kept the discs behind the counter I was treated like I was stupid. but I would recommend.

Negative experience: Stopped in while I was on my way to visit family. One worker seemed to be cleaning product, other worker was seemingly ignoring my presence and snacking on potato chips. I asked if I could purchase a copy of Super Mario Sunshine that they had in their case marked for 39.99. The worker didn’t say a word to me, dropped his bag of potato chips behind the counter then proceeded to barely wipe his hands on his pants before going and retrieving the game for me. The transaction was fast but the customer service was pretty much nonexistent. After getting home from visiting my family I checked the copy I purchased and it didn’t have the manual with it. Just the health and safety guide. The box wasn’t tagged via sticker that it was missing the manual, like their normal busy practices would be. Additionally, in regard to “health and safety”, I had to clean off potato chip “dust” from whatever that man was eating as well! Absolutely appalling. Now, I have been shopping at Mojo’s since its beginning in Shawano, WI. This location has been more and more off putting each time I shop there. I am not even attempting a refund because the customer service was abysmal and there isn’t much of a way for me to “prove” that I purchased the game without it having the manual. I’ll just pay someone else for a loose manual to complete this copy. Moral of the story? Mojo’s - you have dropped off HARD in recent years in terms of your cleanliness, customer service, and quality control of what you put on your sales floor. You have officially lost a customer who cherished and supported your business since the very beginning. I hope you’ll seriously reconsider who you have running your store and how you address your customers. To anyone thinking of going here, don’t. Take your business to any of the other local used gaming stores. You’ll surely not have to deal with the situation I dealt with today.

Fantastic experience: This place is a pleasant surprise for physical media. Initially I came here to check for WiiU games, and ended up finding a holy Grail of HD DVDs. My brother happens to have a HD DVD Player and I was able to grab some. Buy 2 get 1 and each one only costs $1? That's a steal considering how hard these can be to find. The selection for games is also great too, even having a full kit for Rock Band (maybe it was Guitar Hero, I could be wrong) which was a very rare find. If I'm back in Green Bay again I'm definitely checking this place out again.

Fantastic experience: After price matching all xb1s from just about every game store in greenbay, bought an Xbox one with all cords, and a controller for 130$. Even came with an HDMI. Amazing staff, great console sold, overall very happy.

Fantastic experience: A secret hideaway for nerds and movie lovers. Mojo's has always offered a wide selection of movies for anyone looking for a DVD on the cheap. Most movies cost 3 or 4 dollars, as they are used movies. Don't think that this is a bad thing, as all the movies are polished when purchased, and I have never had a problem with a DVD I have gotten from them. Mojo's also has retro games for sale, though depending on the console supplies can be limited. They also have a very tiny amount of games on modern systems, but that supply is very small. Mojo's has staff who are wonderful to work with and have always been helpful. Mojo's even has a loyalty rewards system that makes visiting the store worth it. If you are looking for a movie and don't know where to start, Mojo's is the place for you.

Positive experience: Really cool place if you're looking for collectibles. They had tons of things i didn't even even think of, and then the usual stuff, like pop figures, and what you usually find at a game stop. Their CD and Record collect is kinda small, you might get lucky and find something. The DVD selection is massive. They also have video games from every console you can think of. My only complaint was that the prices on pop figures didn't really make sense, it felt like someone was playing a guessing game while pricing. I had my heart set on the diamond Harley Quinn to round out my collection, but they wanted twice what it is going for online.

Positive experience: big selection, good prices. the only bad thing is i bought 4 sims games and none of them work in the computer. update: i bought another game from them but it doesn't work in the ps2...

Fantastic experience: Love this store. Easily my favorite place to go to in the mall. You can get some really good bargains on some really good films here, and they also sell video games for old consoles!

Negative experience: I went to buy a wired controller for the time being because my current wireless controller has really bad drag and sticky analogs, then i plug the wired one it and its got drag in the opposite direction of my wireless controller, i cannot win! do you not test your products before you buy them?

Positive experience: Excellent game selection for most any console or PC. Many great movies. Old and hard to find game console parts are available. Great prices. Found it very hard to get service. Only after the crew finished their conversation did I get noticed.

Fantastic experience: Mojo's is a fun used game, card, music and movie store with quite a few toys like action figures as well. The workers have fun personalities and seen to enjoy their job, which makes the whole experience better. Fun place!

Negative experience: Bought one game WWE 2k16 and it has a huge crack in it starting at the middle circle going out. Dude had to grab it from his collection even looked at the disc as I watched him do it I asked does it play and he said yeah get home go to take it out of case see the deep scratch and yup sure enough doesn't play. Y'all need to look at your discs better and make sure you aren't selling junk cause the game is useless I ended up going on my PlayStation and playing 2k18 for free.

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome. Really good selection of movies and retro video games. They mostly specialize in older stuff (GameCube, PS2, PS1, etc) but they have plenty of PS4 and Ps3 games too and the other usual suspects you might expect! I bought a copy of GTA 5 on ebay that wouldn't install due to cracks on the disc but they cleaned it and buffed it out free of charge in their little machine. Highly recommend!
