Positive experience: Not a very large selection of Xbox titles

Fantastic experience: Michael in particular, is a kind and helpful employee. He’s pretty knowledgeable on the games you are looking for. Treats customers with dignity and respect, regardless of the day he is having. They have a decent amount of games, but if you are an action figure collector like myself, then Bay park has a lot more in regards to that.

Fantastic experience: The only place my children want to go for their gaming needs.

Negative experience: It's a GameStop so it has great things but the worker was so incredibly rude. She seemingly went out of her way to be vile towards us while she sucked on a lollipop the whole time. I'm sure she deals with her fair share of rude customers but jeesh! I literally decided not to even buy anything she was so off putting

Fantastic experience: Michael is a very professional employee and he doesn't spit out cuss words. He made it as easy as possible for me and treats your purchase as if it is his own. My only regret is leaving this review so late...thanks so much Michael!

Fantastic experience: Went to trade in my PS5 which the website states one number and the actual trade in value was much less than advertised; I almost gave up but Alice was such an amazing representative that went out of her way to get a resolution and eventually the correct value. It’s not how things start; but how they are finished and I walked out of there satisfied, so thank you again Alice!

Negative experience: 1/20/24 First time visiting in about 5 years and I wont visit again. The kid working had zero recommendations on ps4 games. Whenever I'd ask questions about games his answer was always "I don't know " Then when I found a game I wanted there weren't any copies in stock and it was recommended that I drive to the belvue location.

Negative experience: Reasonable but overpriced for used items.

Fantastic experience: A hidden gem of a GameStop. Has some merch not typically seen at the others (probably due to the fact that very little people go there). Great staff, nice service.

Positive experience: Was told I could do in-store return of an item I bought offline. The gentleman told me to come back the next day, then was told I couldn't return it in store. Wasted a lot of time but they were friendly.

Fantastic experience: Dude, the guy who works there, named Duff, is AN AMAZING GUY!!! He definitely deserves some praise from management and for sure a raise this employee is so kind and professional. Thank you for the Accessories for my games ❤️

Negative experience: Store is OK if they have what you need in stock. Sadly you have to go there to find out. I have been calling off and on over an hour. The phone rings a few times then disconnects like someone hit END. I think im just going to go out of my way a bit more on gas and prices to go to Best Buy since they answer you. This is one of my first reviews for anything, just insane that they cant answer their phones

Negative experience: I stopped in this store to get a gift card and the clerk acted like I was interrupting her text messaging and never smiled nothing I said I wanted to get a gift card I asked her what the average cost was on game and she rudely told me and then ran my card as I paid her cash never said Thank you or anything but got right back to her texting extremely rude I will not do business at that game stopped again this is the second time I've gone in there and she's waited on me I will not go back

Positive experience: Last time I was there, the woman that checked me out was beyond rude. Didn't acknowledge me at all. And when I was ready to check out she appeared annoyed and didn't interact at all. I even complimented her tattoo and I recieved a snobby response. Usually my experience is better than this with the other workers. If the price wasn't great for the game I needed I would have just left instead of purchasing it.

Negative experience: I paid 300$ for a playstation that didnt work and when I tried returning it the staff were vary disrespectful and nearly useless if you want your money's worth go somewhere else... please test consoles its really not fair that I spent my entire check trying to get my siblings a nice gift then have it not work no in store credit and be disrespected by staff

Negative experience: Went to the Locstion by walmart west with my daughter so she could buy a game for her xbox1. When we couldnt find the game there my daughter asked if they had it. We were informed by the employee that they did not have it but their GV location had 1 copy of it for $3.99... it's a believable price as we could buy it new at Walmart for $21.49... when we arrived at the GV location we were told it was $39.99... when I asked the gentleman at the GV location why we were told it was $3.99 but now they want $39.99 used when I can buy it brand new At Walmart for $21.49. He look at my daughter dead in her eyes and said she needed to stop lying. Yeah, take all your business elsewhere, I know we will be!

Litteraly have spent thousands of dollars there and will never be back after today. power up rewards are hard to understand I went in to get help on redeeming a gift card and was given nothing but attitude by one employee. Another approached and the two began to have a disagreement about how to go about redeeming it. Proceeded to walk out not buying anything and called to cancel my account lol. Support a different game store game trade in depere is much better in my opinion

Negative experience: I give it a 2 star because 2 minutes before we got there they had there open sign on and lights on so I was like ok yeah there open and all I wanted was a gift card and we describe what we were going to get and we said we would just get it real quick but then she said "no sorry were close" I only give it two stars cause they always have the giftcards in stock don't really like the business there but still would buy from it. Gamestop if you could please reply to this comment thanks.
