Fantastic experience: The young gentleman who helped me last night showed incredible respect and customer service, as did his supervisor. I usually go to the location up north but not anymore after last night. This location blows them out of the water in every way! Thanks!

Negative experience: Don’t go there , over the phone they told me they would buy my Atari console and 14 games . I got there , manager said anything but Atari . They wasted my time .

Negative experience: I was looking for a PS4 console. The first employee I spoke to over the phone was awesome and helpful,The second one when I called the next day to pick it up was so insanely rude and unprofessional, like it was a burden I called the store. It completely soured me on doing business with this location. Instead, Go to the Federal Heights location, save yourself a headache.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this level 7 location for several years. I find their staff to be knowledgeable, and the pricing more than fair (I’ve found many titles for less than I typically would on eBay). I primarily buy ps2 and Dreamcast games, and the selection is very impressive even compared to their other larger stores. I’m always asked by several people if they can help me find anything as well. I decided to try preordering a new game recently through them, and the process over the phone was seamless and friendly. This location specifically feels like a quality game store from when they were still easy to find. Can’t recommend enough.

Negative experience: The store was sub-par, I love level seven normally. But their staff seems pretty disengaged. They also been annoyed before when I asked simple questions about games. Englewood location is by far way better ran and managed location.

Fantastic experience: One of the best retro game shops I've been in. All 4 of their locations! The staff is super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and one of my favorite parts of coming in. Games are well displayed and taken care of. Everything you buy has a 90-day warranty and I've only had 1 issue in the hundreds of visits I had there (ff7 disc 1 had a scratch) Even though the game would play, it would get stuck during Tifa's limit break. They honored the warranty, even after trying to fix it for me, and I walked out that day to pick up my save for my first playthrough. PLEASE! Come visit these guys. There's a reason why they're the best in town

Negative experience: Smaller than expected. Not much to look at. Staff was kind of helpful, but had to look up prices for some TCGs on their phone which left me questioning how they price their products (video games, TCG, plushies, toys). Prices didn't seem consistent because I came across 2 to 3 different prices on a few games that had multiple copies.

Positive experience: Fast and easy, but if I would’ve held off an hour another place got back to me and would’ve doubled the money I made.

Normally no restroom available, but they were soo kind to me, after the crazy drive with rain and traffic trying to find the store. Fantastic experience: This place is great if you're a gamer. They have a wide variety of old school and new games. Staff is always super friendly! And very helpful! The parking lot is kinda a mess with potholes, so be careful.

Fantastic experience: Really great selection of games of every generation of consoles and a bunch of cards and trinkets and just everything a gamer like myself would want. I've come to this store a few times. But today I came and got a ps3 all 3 employees were so dope,incredibly helpful and just overall nice people. I called before hand and they had the ps3 I was looking for along with infamous 1 and 2. It works fantastic and the fact I get a warranty on it for 90 days. it's really cool they do that. I'm definitely gonna be back and that def jam fight for new york game is gonna be mine one day. Keep up the good work/gaming guys I truly love browsing through the store super clean and just overall good vibe when you walk in

Negative experience: Guy selling the cards wouldn't budge on $2 and ignored the kids questions. Won't Come back to this location. The hobby source is a much better option and pretty close by

Positive experience: Level 7 Games Denver fulfilled my immediate need by having the game I was looking for and accepting my trade-ins. However, the trade-in values were shockingly low, below what GameStop would offer. It's also worth noting their used game prices are notably higher than other retailers. This disparity between trade-in value and selling price suggests a pricing strategy that doesn't feel customer-friendly. While they had the product I wanted, I left feeling like I received a poor deal.

Fantastic experience: Great place to come check out. It was also a pleasure to come in many years later & see how different it looks. Great selection of games & surprisingly cards especially MTG & Pokémon. They also have really good prices when it comes to selling stuff with them to the point they probably will always be my go to now for that stuff.

Negative experience: Dude with the glasses at the checkout seemed super annoyed at getting asked questions. Only knew how to say no, and was probably the least helpful/ welcoming person I've met in a while. The inventory was nice, the store was clean, and it had a nice display for singles. If you're planning on visiting, know what you want and don't expect a whole lot in terms of help.

Positive experience: Staff was helpful and friendly, but their prices are more than others. Even after showing them I could buy from a store for $30 less (not ebay/Facebook, etc), they were only willing to go down by $10. They do have a good variety of things. Just wonder what else is over priced.

Fantastic experience: I had looked everywhere for retro games for cheap and couldn't have been more satisfied with my PS1 haul after hitting this hidden gem! The games are cheaper than most online sites reselling old games and they clean everything! The PS1 works and comes with cables and a controller. They have a lot more I'll have to stop by again soon!

Fantastic experience: Well I don't know what's going on but I already put in one posting on this place level 7 is a great place I loved it I think your kids will love it if you have any they have everything from Manga magazines all the way up to video games of all types all the way to where you could get something to eat in there and relax I love this place it's my first time going I would recommend it to everyone else

Negative experience: Level 7 games now is different than back then. I feel like they're getting too picky now what they decide to take in and what they decide to sell out I sold and bought all kinds of stuff from them I'm a pretty well-known customer and when I needed just a little bit of money they wouldn't even test my controllers they just sit there and look at it and say they don't even want it cuz the way that it looks or because a buttons sticky I encourage people not to go level seven their prices are okay but they're still high they could be doing better and yeah they're getting too picky I don't like level 7 anymore and back then they'll take stuff that are in still good condition and what they'll do is fix it up and resell them they don't even want to fix anything no more they just want it in good condition so they could sell it for a bigger price going to level seven is basically getting ripped off like a pawn shop

Fantastic experience: Literally came in i had a few games and a switch lite legend of zelda hyrule edition and they literally did a fair trade on everything got a switch OLED which gamestop would've been like 354 bucks out the door this place is definitely the place to go if your looking for a fair and honest opinion on things definitely can't go wrong and I'm happy they have premium stuff unlike gamestop it's a hit or miss it's nice they delete the information so your personal info isn't out there in the world either gotta say driving from aurora to that store was the best damn choice I made keep up the good work guys if I want any new games I know where I'm going lol

Fantastic experience: Although called and they were a bit busy and couldn’t help over the phone I took my family in late at night. Customer service was pretty good, prices were fair and they had some pretty cool stuff! Old cards, new stuff, toys and a TON of old games. Everybody left happy, I think Nick is who helped us. Awesome little trip and we’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Very nice well informative people who know there stuff at least to help. Consoles are not to expensive. And games are all reasonably priced. They all sell magic cards along with all the types of cards depending on location. There 3 here in my area. If you want retro or even where to start this is the best place to look if you want to go in person. Remember always check the discs before buying for scratches

Fantastic experience: Recently purchased a PS3 console at mine finally conked out on me. The PS3 I purchased from Level 7 is pristine and has operated perfectly! On top of that, the service I received at this location was top notch; everyone was very kind and helpful! I will definitely be back and will be stocking up on my favorite PS3 games.

Fantastic experience: Went in today and bought a copy of Radiant Historia on 3DS. Was very happy with the purchase. Afterwards we went in for lunch and I got a phone call from one of the associates that they had received the collectors edition of the game traded in shortly after we left and asked if I was interested in it. Such an awesome experience. Don't know of any other game store that treats their customers as good as these guys.

Positive experience: Jon the manager is the only employee to avoid when shopping here. If you ask him about a price and try and negotiate, he'll accuse you of trying to rip him off. Was extremely disrespectful and when I stated to leave me alone and I would deal with another employee, he continued to badger me and muscle his way into showing me his phone just to prove he was right instead of being courteous and explaining in an at least personable tone that I had made a mistake. Which I acknowledged my error and stated that if Jon had not acted like a jerk and calmly tried to explain, I would have had no issue. I felt bad for the other employees that the manager was behaving in such a way. Treating people who frequent your store, recommend the store to others, and spend hundreds of dollars at your store with any disrespect is abhorrent. I have had positive and friendly interactions with all the other employees who make you feel like a friend in my almost 3 years of patronage and this is my first negative interaction. I would like to put 5 stars because I still really like this store, they are super great and would prefer to buy from them than online, but my experience with Jon leaves me unable to give 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Great selection, good location, and awesome employees. Aidan helped me and my 3 good friends all get into Flesh and Blood TCG, outfitted us all with what we needed to get started, and even was willing to give us resources on where to learn the game/play locally. Intended to buy one blitz deck for myself, ended up walking out with a whole booster/sleeves/deck boxes! Aidan made me and my friends feel confident in what we were walking out of the store with without making us feel like we were being upsold at a car dealership. Aidan took what would be a quick pit stop at a local store (that i woulve only found myself in 1-2 times a year for gamecube controller parts), and made me a lifelong level 7 games fans/customer! (P.S keep stocking Flesh and Blood here, WE WILL BUY IT ALL and prefer to go to this location {1 mile away} vs the Federal Heights location which is over a 30 min drive for us)!

Positive experience: Wide selection from current games to retro games. They also sell full booster boxes of trading cards, which is good for Magic players that like to do drafts. Not a very big store but they're able to make due with the space they have.

Fantastic experience: The place is a little cramped but the amount of memorabilia, collectibles and retro games they've got on display is truly impressive. From vintage console games to new-gen platforms, trading cards from all types of different games and even a Manga section. The only thing it's missing is a gaming area but I still love going there.

Negative experience: Great store + great items but the 1 star is for poor customer service. Still recommend the actual store. Clerk rolled eyes at my question of whether they carry an item that to him I guess was the most obvious thing in the world ... But to me it was a part that's been out of production for nearly 10 yrs. The part I got was fine and available. Got home and I realized I needed another part/cord to go with the first purchase and that this was hanging up on the wall next to what I bought. Did clerk 100% have responsibility to point out to me that I might need the other cord too? No ... Not necessarily. That would be slightly above avg customer service and awareness. Do I think he probably had a chuckle at me for not knowing it myself once I left store ... Yes I do. I'll never know for sure, but due to initial interaction I would bet on it.

Fantastic experience: Prices are great all sealed games are retail price but used games are a really good discount much better then somewhere like gamestop or other chain video game retailers, had some cool niche games to even for mainline consoles along side alot of older games. Fantastic experience: The Guys here were very helpful. We picked out a few games and they asked us what consoles we were planning on using. Turns out one of the games wouldn't play our console and they spotted it and saved us a trip back to the store. Keep up the good work guys.

Fantastic experience: Visited the store 3 times in one week! I just couldn't get enough. It's small but the employee's hearts are so big and they all are so willing to take the time to help and answer any questions.

Positive experience: We found out about this place at FanExpo, where we stopped by their booth. My kid remembered the name and wanted to stop in. they have a decent 3/$10 Pokemon pack deal, and my daughter found a pack of stickers for $5. I enjoyed seeing a bunch of NES and SNES games that took me down memory lane. If you're into video games and you haven't stopped by, you probably should. They have two other stores too.
