Negative experience: Half the store reeked of vomit, it made all of us nauseous. If you love sports games, you'd LOVE this store since it's literally all they have. The shelves were almost all empty. It was insane to see a disk replay shop that bad off. Oh man, the smell was awful, the fact that they didn't even try to cover it up was insane.

Fantastic experience: Such a cool store! I got a lot of awesome finds and Carley was really helpful! Definitely going again soon.

Positive experience: I was selling a Ps4 with controller and power cable and the first 2 Spiderman games and they offered me less than what GameStop was offering me for the console and controller. They were polite and did a check on the console, controller, and games though. So buying is safe here.

Positive experience: I was greeted by one person who took our stuff, and said it would take 1.5 - 2 hours to go through our stuff. We went shopping and returned and was told it would be another 20 mins. We walked around the shop for probably 30 mins. Checked in again and was told it would be another 10 mins. So we walked around some more. The process was slow. My grandson got his used Xbox so that I was happy about.

Fantastic experience: Defiantly top notch. I was selling a couple things, including 2 seasons of Torchwood. I had the most pleasant and super geeked out conversation the whole time about the show and Dr Who with the cashier!! It was honestly the highlight of my week. Didn’t quite get as much as I hoped on the cash, but I want even upset because I had such a great time

Negative experience: I bought a GameCube almost a couple of months ago. When I opened it the controller was sticky and a stick drift, when I popped a game in it didn’t read it I had to clean the laser just for it to read. It’s a game shop that doesn’t know how to properly clean the consoles. Later I had yo return it due to it constantly freezing.

Fantastic experience: I came in with 3 trash bags of movies/games to sell, they were wonderful! There was no judgment at all, and super patient, they also had fair selling prices. I would definitely recommend mega replay to sell your electronics and movies and games. And even buying from there is cheap!

Positive experience: Coming from out of town, this store has lots of Gameboy and DS stuff you cannot find where I'm from, at prices you'll never see. Buuuut they're selling 2 very fake copies of Pokémon platinum for $100. Do not buy them, they are reproductions/fake/otherwise not authentic.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service experience last time I was there. They gave an extremely low cash offer on a product worth $1,000, and proceeded to get angry and verbally abusive when I asked for a better offer. The manager told me to get out of their store while initially refusing to give me my item back all while poorly attempting to bait me to go behind the counter to get my item back. Their reaction to my attempt to respectfully negotiate a better item was uncalled for. Beware of this place. They do not offer fair prices both when buying items and selling them. Hopefully people realize this and help put them out of business. They're nothing but disrespectful. I'd love to see Legacy Games in Columbia City (a family owned business) take Mega Replay's spot in this industry.

No arguing just friendly support and got in and out with a replacement in minutes. In all the years I've been going this was the first time I had an issue with something but then it became no issue because Chris had it replaced in no time.

Fantastic experience: This place was recommended by Half Price Books. I was unsure what to expect, but the place impressed me and I was quickly met at the desk with my games I no longer needed. While they went through the games, I got to look around the store. I found lots of interesting items to get in the next visit. I was called back to the desk and I was pleased with the deal given. I will recommend the store to friends and the great employee whom was a great help.

Fantastic experience: If you need to keep that play station going and the power supply shot craps, mega replay has your back. If you want some new games for you obsolete game, Mega replay has them. Lots of other stuff too. Posters, movies, new equipment too.

Negative experience: overpriced items and they buy things for 80% reduced value (not exact value) staff isn't very friendly or helpful. store is usually pretty dirty and disorganized. better to shop online.

Negative experience: I love mega replay as a place and they are convenient when it’s needed but at this point it’s become GameStop when it comes to selling them stuff I brought it in at least a grand of gaming stuff and got 150 bucks cash or 195 for store credit I about laughed in the ladies face but I know it’s not her fault but really like if I wanted to get robbed out of my money would’ve just taken it to game stop

They got posters, gaming consoles, Wii games, switch games and so much more; definitely a hidden gem:)

Positive experience: Super solid place. Have pretty much always gotten a fair price for trade ins. Not perfect but they offer better prices than other retail stores. If you want full value sell privately but this is a solid choice. The only reasons I am giving 4 stars is because as of late their video game selection has been fairly slim. Additionally customer service is either super solid and near perfect or borderline rude and passive. Some go above and beyond and have solid social skills. Others either don't know how to communicate well or just don't care. That said, still solid place and never had any real issues other than the occasional odd encounter.

Positive experience: For how much room they have in this giant store they have a small selection. To the right of the store they have around 15 games for each console or handheld. Then to the left of the store a dvd collection that happens to be their biggest stock. Which I imagine is just dead stock at this point.

Positive experience: It is a great place. But everytime I get the really tall greasy looking guy I leave irritated because he just doesn't care. I went in for 1 of the DVD sale but I got blu ray instead and he didn't say it is only for the DVD and not for blu ray and didn't say you got 5 here do you want to do the everyday sale of by 5 get 6 free . I heard him say it to the people in fornt of me. He is just the only 1 one that I get irritated with everyone eles is super friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Never had a problem with the staff, but if you sell them a console, make sure you 100% don't want it before bringing it in. They wiped our stuff before even making an offer, and we only found out about it when we got home after we were low balled.
