Fantastic experience: Long overdue rating but yes this place is great! One time my husband and I came to look around and as my husband was looking at some things I told him I was going to check out the Nintendo 64 section. Not looking for anything in particular but the thought of an old game I used to rent and play from Blockbuster as a kid came up. I don't recall well the name of the worker that helped me but I believe their name was Raven. (Sorry if I got the name wrong!) I went up to the front to ask if they happed to have the game Wetrix on the 64. I didn't think they would but they checked and said they had one copy left and I was eager to find it. They helped me check the games on the shelves and in the back there it was the last copy of Wetrix! I was determined to get it so I can share my childhood game with my husband. Honestly best game store I've even been too. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I love this place! We just bought the Mega Dream EX booster box and got great pulls. I prefer to buy singles but my husband likes to rip packs so the guy at the counter explained what cards we could possibly get and even pulled out a little booklet to explain the cards to us. Every time we go to Tronix we get great customer service, we never feel like we are a bother. People here truly just love what they do and love to help us and explain the cards to us and share stories. I grew up loving Pokémon and collecting cards and back then it seemed so simple now it’s hard to get cards and prices are insane. A lot of the time its overwhelming knowing what’s fair or overpriced. I just know what Pokémon I love and what brings me back to being a kid and this place makes me feel so happy and welcomed and secure in my purchases. I wish everyone could find somewhere like this. The store itself has a wide selection of decks, sleeve colors, and card boxes to protect your investments. The community calendar for game play is easily visible and packed full of opportunities.

Negative experience: I went in to buy a gift for my boyfriend before a date, and not only were they out of the pokemon cards that came out that same day (despite several employees opening packs right behind the counter) but the games I was trying to trade towards them, at first got rejected. The employee at the counter chuckled when he saw them and said 'nqh, we don't bother with stuff like this, take it somewhere else' at which point a middle aged kid who dressed like the 90s ending was the worst thing that happened to him came out, and pushed my stuff around with one finger and with a tsk called the employee over, and they whispered to each other for a second before the middle aged kid leaned against a wall staring at me the whole te, but never above my neckline, and then I got offered $5 for about 10 nes games. Needless to say I left unhappy, and feeling like I needed a shower, ladies, go literally anywhere else because "jose" gives off some dangerously creepy vibes.

Negative experience: Usually this place is awesome, but I had bought what was supposed to be a complete edition of Street Fighter 6 for switch 2; I had used my rewards points to cover a majority of the cost and then paid the remaining balance with a gift card. After finding out that I did not have access to the content because of a single use code for the game, for no way to get the 8 extra characters and stages, I decided to return the game and was only offered store credit with and the loss of my points, had I known that the game was used and did not have the content that is on the box I would not have purchased the game. The service here is always top notch but I feel like now I need to double check before I make an purchase here.

Fantastic experience: Fixed controller that my dumbass friend dropped. Took him 5 minutes and no charge for fixing the joystick cap that fell off into the controller itself. Would charge for a new one, but he did it in no time and didn’t charge. Highly recommend Kyle was phenomenal and definitely will be coming back here.

The repair service is always fast and they too have great advice. My last repair was done the same day. I always feel welcome and highly recommend visiting Tronix.

The customer service is everything I could've wished, dreamed and asked for. Polite, helpful and always fun to regularly talk to. There's this one Employee I met, her name was Raven and she was amazing. She had the same energy and enthusiasm as I did growing up and she such a great help to me. Love to hang with her sometime in the future. I'll definitely be coming to Tronix more than ever.

The staff is always super friendly and genuinely cares about their customers. They go out of their way to keep Pokémon product at MSRP whenever they can, which is rare these days and honestly one of the biggest reasons I trust them. Whether you’re already deep into the hobby or just getting started, everyone here makes you feel welcome. They’re great at explaining things, answering questions, and helping you find exactly what you’re looking for, Pokémon, Magic, sleeves, deck boxes, whatever. The play area is also a fun spot to hang out, play games, and meet people. It’s just one of those stores you walk into and immediately feel comfortable. Tronix has become my go-to place for playing and buying Pokémon, and I can’t recommend them enough.
