Negative experience: Can’t even answer the phone, but when I went inside they are just sitting there. Unbelievable.

Positive experience: 1 star for a reasonable amount of games 1 star for good amount of equipment 1 star for good location 1 star for good collectibles 1/2 a star for good prices on controllers and game systems but not always available

Negative experience: Horrible service. Slow, the employee looked like he didn't know what he was doing. Learn how to acknowledged ppl too, or ask them if they need help.

Negative experience: Rude guy working behind the counter clearly doesn’t want to be at work. Let a guy drive to another store for locust he had in stock and didn’t offer much help so that guy drove to another store to find what he needed then it came time to help us and he truly needs ALOT of retraining because he’s just a blob behind the counter. Absolutely no help and no motivation to help customers. Rude staff and the worst service I have ever received. And to think there raising there pricing on the power up but yet the service just gets worse I’ll be better off buying from Walmart then any GameStop.

Negative experience: Me and the wife visited this GameStop location. The shopkeeper greeted us in a nice manner. However, the place smelled like burnt ramen, the shopkeepers kept staring at me and the wife like we were thieves trying to take something. Having someone consistently hover over you like you're a shoplifter is not a very pleasant experience. Please hire some better staff, guys. I get this place is on the side of town which isn't too kind, but if you got issues with theft, get cameras and adapt. Wasn't really even comfortable taking pictures here, to be honest. If I could give zero stars, I could. Worst shopping experience ever. Rudest staff and a heavy atmosphere weighing on your shoulders...

Most times i end up in a discussion about certain games im returning or buying. Just wish it was a bigger store like at Moore plaza or the mall

Negative experience: I’ve shopped here multiple times throughout my life and the people are usually kind but with this whole pandemic going on it’s getting kinda hard to go out like before, so lately I’ve been trying to call the store to see if they have some controllers (because lately they’ve been out of stock for some reason) but nobody has picked up a single one of my calls for weeks

Fantastic experience: This is the only game stop I go to. The employees here have always been nice to its customers. Been coming here for 5 years now. Not a huge selection but I always walk with something.

Negative experience: The management is horrible at the store, rude and sits on a high horse. It’s apparent that they believe it’s okay to be ugly to customer but once your upset they want to ban you and make threats without one apology. Multiple times my pre-orders have been sold without ever being notified that I had my product in store in the past. Pre order anywhere else and shop at any other GameStops where the staff treats you with value. It’s obvious management has a poor attitude and it reflex in the rest of the staff.

Negative experience: I ordered an item online for “Pick Up At Store”, got a e-mail saying the item was ready to pick up. I called the store to make sure it was ready so that I didn’t drive to the store for nothing. Spoke to an employee that said it was ready. When I got there she said the order had been canceled because they did not have it In stock.... so I drove to the store for nothing even after I called ahead. They don’t have it together.

Negative experience: The store manager Brittany was very rude both times I came in. I asked if I had warranty on a controller and she was very rude on how she talked to me, I will no longer return to this address as it is not the first time this has happened.

Negative experience: So if u have a credit/debit card, u can NO LONGER use it at GameStop. It’s disgusting that in this time of COVID that they would deny hundreds of people entertainment for their children. They won’t Even take it, if ur card needs no pin and can be processed as a credit card. Or if u just purchased something two weeks ago with no problem. Save yourself some time and just spend ur money elsewhere. Besides, they don’t even take money either. Lol. Disgraceful. They just lost my business.
