Negative experience: Employee is misinformed with the items they’re selling. I went in to ask about the gaming mouse that is on clearance and they have a promotion going on that you get extra 50% off on clearance items. The employee said the item in question is already reduced by 50% which is at $129.99. Are you telling me that the gaming mouse cost $260 msrp? He didn’t even bother checking. To begin with the gaming mouse msrp is $129.99 but GameStop marked it clearance anyway. I went to a different gamestop and got the right price with 50% off. This store is losing a sale because of misinformed employees. I highly recommend the GameStop store @ Moore Plaza. They would actually help you with your questions and are willing to check whether some items are eligible with their promotions. They go beyond and do actual customer service unlike this store here where they’d rather stay in one place which is behind their counter.

Positive experience: Great selection, stocked often & the staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. The manager girl who's usually there is the best! My fave location in Corpus with the mall location being a close second. The Staples & Saratoga location is less busy inside the actual store, but the shopping center & streets around it stay super busy, so getting in & out can be a bit nerve-wracking. Great location for action figures & collectibles too, though! Well stocked.

Negative experience: Went in to look for myself and so much mother could see if they had a switch in stock. Guy was just very short and rude with my mom. I get it, he was maybe having a bad day but it just ruined our mood so we moved on to another store down the road to ask questions about when they'd be in stock. Best Buy seems to be the only retailer with switch lite if that's what you're looking for and the other Gamestop down the road has very nice workers.

Negative experience: bought 2 used controllers from this gamestop and both have been defected , and when i bought a controller yesterday it was filled with gunk and dirty and overall disgusting , and the fact that the left stick barely even works is just a bad add on.

Negative experience: I like how far this store goes to silent my yelp review which I type out yesterday which is still there by the way as to what I mean by that is the ridiculous charge made against me on January 4, 2019 as in befriended the manager making me wait 2 hours to get the remaining items calling a false domestic disturbance and force canceling of all my pay pre-orders and finally banning me from all gamestop stops in the united states also the employee went as far to blackout the bottom part of receipt so I can’t fill out a in store review.

Fantastic experience: Always quick to help. Super friendly staff who's rather informative on games and systems. This is my preferred game stop location. Even if im not buying anything the staff is so great that i can hang around and talk about soon to be released games and our hopes of how they will be.

Fantastic experience: There is a reason why this location is called prestige. The staff here are very helpfull and knowledgeable when it comes to question on anything game related or really anything. Setting this store as your home store is a blessing. There merch that they have in store are better than all GameStop's in town. They also have a awesome toy dispenser FROM JAPAN!!! This is the only location that has that machine. Also they just put in new flooring which looks very nice by the way! Buying and selling games here as never been so much easier than ever. Great place

Fantastic experience: Bought "Horizon Zero Dawn" from this location and it is easily the best video game I've ever played. Staff was helpful when I asked them questions, and a very energetic and helpful person answered the phone today when I asked other questions about trade-in values for other titles I might exchange in the near future.

Negative experience: Lousy customer service. Plain and simple. One employee even rolled his eyes when I asked a simple question, acting like "it wasn't his job" to help customers with questions. I went in the store with the intention of buying a new console, but now I'm purchasing my new system elseware. I wouldn't recommend spending a dollar here, let alone hundreds. I love gamestop, the staff just left me with a terrible experience.
