Positive experience: Overall nice store, it did lack a bit of variety and just generally seemed to have slim picking. Not awful for current gen though.

Fantastic experience: I love this location! I prefer quiet spaces when it comes to going out, and this place is it! It's not like a quiet kind of awkward, it's a welcoming silence. Staff is amazing as well

He was comical yet professional and super knowledgeable about the switch as this was my first dive into next Gen Nintendo since the wii! Fantastic experience: I visited this GameStop location after having a bad experience at Best Buy. I was greeted by Adam, who was incredibly helpful. Adam took the time to help me find the game that I needed. He also took a look at my account and helped me apply many coupons that ended up saving me a lot of money. He was very knowledgeable about the products, and informed me of many games, pop figurines, and other goodies to look out for in the future. While he was assisting me, Adam also helped two other guests simultaneously. He was like a wizard! It was a sight to behold. He was on top of everything and managed to assist three people at the same time all while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. Adam deserves to be recognized for his hard work. He will be the reason why I will return to this location and do all of my purchases through him. Thank you again Adam!

Negative experience: Poor service. Guy had no idea what i was talking about. I asked him 4 times about series x. Some kid stole a keychain and he never noticed. There was 1 customer ahead of me and it an hour for me to get out. Ya im shoping online.

Negative experience: There's really no need to make a long review here because this isn't a store that I frequent. My experience at this Gamestop is mediocre at best because the sale associates aren't that helpful, they stand behind the counter talking amongst themselves and not providing customer service other than saying welcome to Gamestop. The last time I was here, they didn't even acknowledge me and while I'm browsing the different sections, they didn't bother to ask if I needed any help. However, when another person came in who didn't look the way that I looked, they greeted them warmly and asked them if they needed any help, made suggestions and went out of their way to make sure this customer was satisfied. I wouldn't recommend this location because I didn't feel accepted and the customer service or lack thereof was disappointing. Gamestop, it is what it is!

Negative experience: I come here because it’s convenient but the customer service I received yesterday was not acceptable. Whoever the young man was working in the afternoon of 6/6 needs a little more training. I left everything I wanted to buy at the register to go somewhere else because he could not help me or be honest.

Negative experience: Used to like this gamestop a lot, they're the closest one to me, but I'm gonna have to go elsewhere, the manager is just too aggressive in trying to "help", rest of the staff seem okay.

Negative experience: 20 minutes before closing and they've got the door locked. The guy in there looked right at me from the counter and turned back to what he was doing with no words, no indication of anything.

Fantastic experience: This location is good, staff is pretty chill and laid back,they usually fulfill all my gamestop needs and aren't trying to upsell me. However one time one the employees slipped the disc protection plan without saying anything on a $12 dollar game I bought ended up being $18. I'm not mad , but I'm sure they have to succumb to this because their corporate forces unrealistic goals like sell "X" amount of "X" or your store gets in some sort of trouble or something along those lines, I've worked retail elsewhere and know how it is. Thanks for all your hard work guys.

Fantastic experience: Had a good experience there today. I believe his name was Shawn (store leader), was very helpful and took care of an issue I had. Good customer care, which is rare for Gamestop. I'll be be coming back to this location for future purchases.

Positive experience: First time being at this store, no customers present when we came in and left. Only came here because it was on our way to our destination. Friendly service from the guy working but the girl that handled our trade-in could have been nicer with less attitude. I asked a simple question since this was my first time trading in a system. And her reply was snarky and flat.

Negative experience: We purchased a pre-owned game and it locked up our newly purchased system. When I called to asked how eject the disk from the system - I was met with the associate telling me they do not repair inoperable systems. I expressed I simply needed to get the dis-functioning disk out of the unit. The mgr. hung up in my face (I attempted to call back multiple time however to no avail). This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced - and we are talking about a $24 game. Do not shop here- we are in exceptional time, a time which all opened retailers should value and appreciate all customers.

Fantastic experience: This GameStop is probably one of the best GameStop locations I have been to between NC and FL. I honestly can say that I drive out of my way to come to this store when there is a store closer to me and that if this store were to shut down or certain employees let go/leave that I would just go all digital and online. This current employees at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable as well as they are willing to share their true opinions to stop me from purchasing games which i would not enjoy or are just plain old bad. That said a lot of these 1-star reviews I am finding appear to be people mad about rare items, NES/SNES classics who want to believe they had more available than they did and claim to know people in the know but didn't invest time in waiting to get the item and instead showed up a likely hour or two, if that, before the store opened. The other half seem to be those who are mad about selling games to the store, to which I say "Please let me know of any store which gives a better amount of money for your used games ASIDE from selling on eBay or craigslist" because I always check GameStop and BestBuy and they're usually within 1-2$ of each other but of course there are rare occasions. So again please do not let these people deter you.

Negative experience: We got there an hr early for a release that wasn't possible to pre order. The door said 12 in stock so we counted and waited he hr just to find out they had 10 and not 12 (so they said)... and employee got there right around 9:30 and rather then saying anything he just let us wait like idiots which decreased our chances of getting it at any other location. I have on good authority they had 12 but set aside 2 for the employees. Not cool and not a way to run your business. Thanks for screwing us.
